Reincarnated as an Evil Harem God-Chapter 44: You Reap What You Sow
Chapter 44 - You Reap What You Sow
Sylvaris gritted his teeth, sweat dripping down his chin as his white sword clanged against the walls surrounding him. Sparks erupted, the sound ringing in the air, but no matter how hard he tried, the rune prison wouldn't budge. His frustration burned hotter with every failed attempt.
"Good, next time I catch you, Nyasha, I'll make sure you bite the sheets as I fuck you for days and nights," he muttered under his breath, glancing at his system screen.
[Harem God System]
[Level 5: 70%]
"Ugh... not only did I let her slip away, but I also failed to level up. At least there's progress, though..."
He scrolled down and saw her status:
[—Nyasha—]
[Love: 20%]
Those numbers were low, but it was something. Only thirty percent more, and Sylvaris could add her to his harem, boosting his power. But for now, he only had two women—one of them being the goddess of life. And somehow, she didn't give him any bonuses or power boosts. Was it because she wasn't around? He thought, still standing naked in the rune trap.
Seriously, author, make him dress up already. Nobody wants to see a naked man just standing there looking lost.
Thank you...
After finally getting dressed, Sylvaris was still left with the problem of escaping the rune prison. He needed a solution—fast. He sighed, rubbing his chin.
So my holy skills are useless... Should I try the dark path? He frowned at the thought. That could attract unwanted attention. But maybe—
Then, a sudden realization hit him.
"Liraeth's magic..." The words slipped from his lips, sending a shiver down his spine. He hoped she hadn't heard him earlier. If she found out he'd been fucking another woman, she'd likely kill him. Even though she was part of his harem, there was a fit of jealousy lurking behind her calm exterior.
"Nah, I'll be fine," he chuckled to himself, oblivious to the fact that Liraeth was preparing a rope and fire, eagerly awaiting his return to roast him alive. The fox girl was desperately trying to calm her down, claiming they'd misunderstood.
R.I.P. Sylvaris. Can't wait to see what happens when he comes back to the two girls... it's going to be hilarious.
He scrolled through the system until he found Liraeth's menu. A new feature caught his eye: [Inherited Skills].
He tapped it, revealing several new skills.
[>Ancient Elven Magic: Chronoshatter(50 mana)<
>Type: Temporal Curse (Restricted)<
>Effect: Deconstructs non-living targets by unraveling their time-thread.<
>Current Limitation: Cannot affect living beings.<
>Visual: Silver rune spiral – counterclockwise rotation.<
>Activation Method: Mark via touch or gaze. Object collapses in reverse.<
>Note: Time denies the object's existence.<]
[>Ancient Elven Magic: Witherlock (20 mana)<
>Type: Temporal Entombment (Offensive)<
>Effect: Traps a target in a sealed time-loop where time flows a hundredfold faster inside.<
>Basic Use: Induces paralysis and extreme fatigue in seconds.<
>Advanced Use (Level Too Low!): Rapid aging, cellular breakdown, death within moments.<
>Sylvaris Compatibility: Partial – can slow a target, but cannot sustain a lethal loop.<
>Duration: Variable – depends on mana input and willpower.<]
Wow, an ability to control time, similar to how she trapped me in that time prison before... and it looks like I'll be able to use it in the future. Sylvaris chuckled darkly. Very nice. I can already imagine how I'll make any fool who goes against me die miserably, trapped in a time chamber, their bodies aging to dust while they live out the rest of their pitiful lives. It's going to be fun to watch.
His smile twisted into something more sinister. Truly vile thoughts, but necessary if I want to become a demon lord. No human has ever reached the level of villainy that a demon can, but... I'm going to be even worse.
"But for now," he murmured, his eyes gleaming with a dangerous anticipation, "let's test this out. Chronoshatter... sounds like a pretty badass name." He scanned the rune prison surrounding him. "I just hope... I can break this fast. I'm starving, and I have to catch up to a beauty on the run."
He knew exactly where she'd gone—toward the city. That was perfect. Not only would he be able to enjoy some time with the fox girl, but Nyasha was also within reach. All for him to claim.
Sylvaris stretched out his hand. As the name of the ability echoed in his mind, a strange sensation crawled up his fingers. Almost instantly, several symbols began to form around his fingertips—five different colors, most likely representing five elements: Water, Fire, Earth, Wind, and Metal.
The moment his fingers touched the translucent runes, it felt like time itself began to flow backward. He could swear he saw Nyasha's naked form flash in front of him for a moment before the rune prison shattered into pieces, like it had never existed at all.
This is powerful magic, he thought, awe flashing through him. In the future, who knows how strong I'll become? Maybe I'll even be able to reverse death itself with this kind of power.
"Haha! I fucking did it!" His face lit up as he marveled at his fingertips. If not for this prison, I wouldn't have had the chance to test out this broken skill. It's amazing!
But just as quickly as his excitement had flared, reality crashed back down on him.
He looked around. No animals in sight. No dinner today then. And he knew that when he returned, the girls would scold him. But hey, he was the man, right? I can take a little scolding.
Before he could even think about how to explain himself, a massive log hurtled toward him, slamming into the ground where he'd just been standing.
"You piece of incompetent bastard!" Liraeth's voice rang out. She was standing nearby, seething with anger, her hands gripping a burning log. Despite the fire, she didn't seem to care—it was clear she was ready to make him regret whatever had happened.
Sylvaris barely dodged in time, only to have another log fly at him, smacking him across the forehead.
"Ouch!" he grunted, but the pain was nothing compared to the danger he was in.

"Where the hell did you go?" Liraeth screamed, pacing toward him. "Out there in the woods, fucking someone when you were supposed to bring us food!"
She picked up the log again, her hands scorched by the flames, but she didn't seem to care. Instead, she threw it at him, and he scrambled to dodge it, barely staying out of the way.
The entire situation was chaotic, almost like a scene from a romance comedy—two teenagers arguing, one throwing fire and the other desperately trying to explain himself. But Faylira, watching from the sidelines, couldn't help but laugh uncontrollably. She was starting to enjoy this.
And deep inside, she began to realize there was something about Sylvaris—some secret power or charm—that made him irresistible to women. As she watched, a new plan began to form under her innocent mask, her fox tails swishing mysteriously in the wind.
"I— I can explain!" Sylvaris stammered, dodging another flaming log. "Wait, Liraeth, put that down! It's hot! I said—!"
But his words were lost in the madness as he desperately tried to avoid being burned alive. His long black hair narrowly missed being singed by the flaming debris.
Sylvaris... huh... very well. Faylira thought, a wicked gleam in her eyes. I'll see if you're fit for my queen, or if you're just another good-for-nothing womanizer.
The other two would never believe that this shy and scared fox girl was secretly plotting against them.
