Reincarnated With An SSS-Rank Talent In An Apocalyptic World-Chapter 109: BITCH!!!
Chapter 109: BITCH!!!
It took a while, but I narrated everything that had happened with the Solinthar Empire—leaving out how they assumed I was a mythical being of destiny meant to liberate them—and also informed them of my plan to keep helping until the rift collapses and we’re forced to return.
When I was done, everyone was silent, pondering on my words. They had nothing to lose staying here, so no one was against it—except Kenza, who was worried about my safety. However, she couldn’t abandon her post or assign soldiers to me.
American interest must always come first as a soldier, and it made her feel helpless.
I found it funny, seeing many emotions run through her eyes. She couldn’t beg me to stay, and she couldn’t order me to either. Even though I was the lowest-ranking Limitless here, I wasn’t a soldier, so I had complete autonomy over my actions—as long as it didn’t jeopardize the mission.
And this was why I refused to work for the military.
"Bullshit..."
A resentful voice rang from the other side of the campfire.
I didn’t even need to look to know it was Righteous throwing a tantrum again. He jumped to his feet with a scornful look, slowly making his way over to my side with a disdainful glare.
"Who do you think you are?" he snapped. "A hero?"
"Yes... Yes, I am." I responded without hesitation, and he froze for a moment.
"Tell me... Where were you in the fight for Louisiana?"
He clearly didn’t expect a fast and confident response. Usually, I would ignore him while he rants, so the change in energy caught him off guard.
"I..."
Righteous stuttered while looking around.
Be it the ascendants or the support team, they were all part of the military. Naturally, they had more respect for Limitless who stand and fight with them in wars—and the fact remains that all the ascendants present watched me battle the orc champion alone.
Even if I wasn’t worthy to be considered a hero, I was worth more than a C-rated Limitless who spends all his cash on new weapons and silly jackets.
"Adam... don’t."
Kenza reached for me, but I shrugged her off and rose to my feet, walking around the campfire to meet Righteous.
Thud!
Standing directly in front of Righteous and towering over him, I looked him in the eyes and continued.
"The fame and respect I have today cost me six months of my life. If it hurts you so much seeing someone half your age achieve so much—be useful!" I sneered.
At this point, Righteous was trembling, his face reddened and his eyes flaring with anger.
"That’s enough, both of you!" Kenza yelled from the side, but clearly Righteous couldn’t hear her and swung at me.
Pa!
A resounding sound echoed through the hill as I effortlessly caught his punch like it was nothing. Even with the weakened state from Berserk Mode, I still had a bonus of 5 points to all stats, pushing my Strength and Speed to 12 points.

Crack!
Righteous’s face contorted with pain as I crushed his hand under my grip, my eyes revealing a burning crimson light.
"I can see your mama didn’t teach you any manners," I snarled, tightening my grip. "I’ll help her out!"
Bang!
Ramming my forehead into his nose, I let go of his hand and watched him stagger back, blood running down his nose like an open tap. That part of his face had caved in—I was sure I split his skull open.
Covering his bloodied nose with both hands, Righteous shot me a vicious glare as his body began wobbling unnaturally.
"I’ll kill you!" he threatened in a muffled voice.
"You will try and fail like all those that came before you," I snorted disdainfully.
Swoosh!
Suddenly, two clones of him emerged from his body and sprang forward. One took hold of his longsword while he snatched a few daggers from his utility belt as they rushed forward.
"I SAID ENOUGH!" Kenza screamed furiously—and with it came an immense weight, like a mountain had been placed on my back.
Bam! Bam!
The clones fell to the ground face-flat, while Righteous quickly dropped to one knee. I could feel the weight pressing down on me hard, causing my knees to wobble a bit—but it was far from enough to make me kneel.
However, the pressure seemed to be getting stronger over time. I could feel my bones cry out in pain, while my insides felt compressed. It felt like my organs were going to explode at any moment.
"BITCH!" I snapped furiously, glancing in her direction with my burning crimson eyes.
"Aah!"
Kenza yelped in shock at my reaction and resistance, staggering back in fear.
The ascendants quickly pulled their weapons and pointed them at me, but they didn’t dare shoot. A moment of surprise was all it took to break her concentration, causing her power to deactivate.
The weight vanished—but my legs felt numb. My eyes shifted to the messages tucked away in the corner, and I frowned upon noticing how much damage I had sustained trying to resist the pressure from whatever ability she used. ƒreewebɳovel.com

Blegh!
Without warning, I felt blood rushing up my throat—and I couldn’t resist. Blood squirted out of my mouth, staining my lips, while my body swayed from side to side.
But even then—I refused to fall!
My throat hurt like crazy. It hurt so bad, I didn’t dare speak. Even breathing was painful and difficult.
Once again, I shifted my gaze to Kenza, who seemed shocked by my condition. She probably didn’t expect I would be able to resist her power, so it led to an outcome she didn’t foresee.
But was she expecting to bring me to my knees like that weakling?
"I... I didn’t..." she stuttered, but I didn’t bother paying attention to her excuses.
[Door Activated]
"Wait, Adam!" she called out, but I didn’t spare her another glance.
A spatial gate opened, I walked in, and the doors snapped shut behind me.
Another door opened into the room assigned to me by the queen herself.
Staggering out while clutching my chest tight, I was going to fall on my bed and just sleep it off—but I noticed someone standing next to the door.
She was tall—slightly taller than me. Maybe somewhere around 6 ft or 6’1’’.
Her long scarlet hair was a beauty to behold, and she had a striking resemblance to Prince Caelum.
Ding!
