Meanwhile, somewhere in the city, Aurora and Elisa took around the place they were assigned their mission.

"I keep getting these mixed signals from him." Said, Elisa.

Aurora lowered her head, as Elisa spoke to her, and even though she wanted to say something, she found herself unable to mutter a single word.

Elisa's lips continue to move, but after a few seconds, she paused.

"Was I wrong to tell him about how I feel, Aurora?" Elisa asked with a puzzled look on her face.

Aurora had been in a trace state, but as soon as she felt Elisa's touch, she regained composure.

Her eyes twitched, and she wanted to ask Elisa to repeat herself, but after considering that it was going to be a rude thing to do, as Elisa had been talking for over thirty minutes, Aurora brushed off the idea.

Instead, she chose to shake her head.

"Exactly! There's really nothing bad in doing what I did. I wanted to know where things were between us, and not just sex partners." Elisa said.

Seeing the look on Aurora's face, Elisa soon spoke.

"Don't get me wrong, the sex is amazing." By giving respect to whom it was due to, Elisa gave Aurora some details on what her man was capable of.

"He does these things in bed and," Elisa abruptly paused and then chuckled.

As she recalled the scene that happened between Raphael and herself last night, a light smile hung on her face, while her cheeks reddened.

Elisa soon heaved a deep breath, and as she made eye contact with Aurora, she shook her head.

"Anyway, forget about that. Let's talk about you." Elisa said.

"What have you been up to these past few months? I tried reaching you out during the break, but my effort was in vain. It was as if you had vanished from the world."

"Or did you finally go on a cruise with your man like you vow to do when you were three?"

Elisa's eyes were fixed on Aurora, as she spoke. It was certain that she expected an answer from Aurora about why she disappeared during the break.

And seeing the resolve to know where she went to, Aurora gulped.

She immediately took her eyes away from Elisa, however, much to her surprise not long after she looked elsewhere, Elisa appeared in front of her. Please visit f𝒓𝑒e𝓌e𝚋𝘯૦𝘷e𝗹. c૦𝒎

With her hands folded across her chest, Elisa peered deep into Aurora's eyes.

"What happened Aurora? Did something happen to you during the break?" Elisa placed her hand on Aurora upon seeing the look on her face.

If it wasn't obvious that Aurora was hiding something then, peering deep into her best friend's eyes, Elisa's realized it immediately.

Seeing how Elisa became, Aurora flashed Elisa a rough smile.

"There's something… I need to tell you." Aurora stuttered.

Aurora gritted her teeth, finding it hard to let those words out of her mouth. She stared at Elisa, and after a brief moment, she took a deep breath.

Aurora was well aware that telling Elisa the thing that happened during the break was going to destroy both of their relationships, but she didn't want to keep something like that from her best friend.

Even if she wanted to, it couldn't be hidden forever, the truth was bound to come out sooner or later.

"What is it, Aurora, you can always tell me anything," Elisa said as she looked directly into Aurora's eyes.

A slight nod came from Aurora. She loosened her hands which were balled into a fist and spoke.

"You weren't able to reach me because during the break I was in Dale city."

"Dale city," Elisa muttered.

She then raised an eyebrow, "Isn't that Raphael's town." She said with a bewildered look on her face.

"Are you saying you and Raphael were together during the break?" Elisa asked, and as Aurora replied with a nod, she shrugged her shoulder.

"There's nothing wrong with that. You're my best friend, and he's my man. In fact, if there's something I want the most, then it's for the both of you to bond really close." Elisa stated.

However, as Aurora heard Elisa her eyes turned teary and unable to control herself, tears rolled out of her eyes.

Elisa was too quick to move towards Aurora. She wiped the tears away from her face and said. "Don't cry. I know he might have said or done something to you, but don't take it too seriously."

"Raphael is a very caring and loveable person. He might not show it, but I'm sure he really cares about it." Elisa added.

The tears came rushing out as Aurora stared at Elisa.

Aurora somehow had Elisa thinking about what it was that Raphael could have said or even done that could Aurora turn out this way.

"Why don't you tell me what Raphael did," Elisa spoke in a soft voice.

"If he did something wrong to you, then I promise that I won't spare him when we get back to the mansion," Elisa said flatly. "So, tell me what did he do?"

After wiping the tears on Aurora's face, Elisa held onto her hands tightly, hoping she would tell her what was bothering her.

It took a few moments, and Aurora finally decided to say what exactly took place between her and Raphael in the city.

"I'm sorry Elisa, but in Dale city, Raphael and I did…" As those words were to come out of her mouth, Aurora gulped.

Her body trembled slightly, and after gathering a bit of strength around her, she spoke.

"The both of us had…" Just as she was about to say the last word, Elisa quickly placed her hand on her mouth.

Aurora's eyes widened, as she saw Elisa's hands on her mouth. She turned towards Elisa and see her shaking her head at her, both of her brows were raised.

"I heard something just now," Elisa muttered, staring at the surrounding.

It was barely up to a second after Elisa spoke, and a rhino appeared in front of her.

And while the rhino wasn't letting out a whiff of killing intent out of his body, the way it stared at Elisa and Aurora showed its intention towards the both of them.

"Would you like to eat or to be eaten?" The Rhino suddenly spoke.
