Ruler's Awakening: Inheritor of the SSS-Rank Dimensional Talent-Chapter 259: Aaron Vs Yena
Aaron had about 12 glasses that night. The situation turned quiet, no one was still lounging around at 9pm. Many of them chose to sleep.
"Have you got a place where you’re going to sleep?" asked Gordon.
The man in front of Gordon shook his head. He had just arrived in town and this bar was the first place Aaron had come to. Therefore, Aaron hadn’t found any lodging for his stay.
"I see, yeah? In that case, you can stay overnight on the second floor of this bar. Incidentally, I have one empty room that I didn’t fill," Gordon explained. Stay updated with novelbuddy
Aaron took some RL and gave it to Gordon, as the cost of the many glasses of beer he drank. Gordon declined, saying the first service was free. However, Aaron hated being indebted.
"Take it. You need this money more than I do," Aaron retorted.
He threw a medium-sized black cloth bag at Gordon. Gordon accepted the bag and couldn’t resist more.
"Alright. Thank you," Gordon explained.
"Follow me. I’ll show you—"
"I’ll find an inn for me. Do you know where the nearest inn is?" asked Aaron.
"Aren’t you going to sleep at my place?" asked Gordon.
Aaron was silent, a simple response from the man who was reluctant to continue to trouble Gordon. Gordon saw the look on Aaron’s face, then realized that the man refused to stay with him in this place.
"Alright. You seem like the kind of guy who refuses to be helped," Gordon replied.
He explained the location of the inn to Aaron. There were two inns in town, the first had 10 rooms and the second had 15 rooms.
However, since many of the townspeople preferred to build houses, they didn’t occupy many inn rooms.
Aaron listened to Gordon’s explanation. He fully understood the location of the two inns. Not wasting any time, Aaron left the place after saying goodbye.
Gordon accompanied Aaron to the front. There, he waved goodbye to Aaron’s departure from the place.
Aaron stepped on the main street of the city to find the whereabouts of the inn that Gordon was referring to. From afar, there were two buildings facing each other, labeled motel.
"Maybe this is the inn Gor meant," Aaron explained.
Just as Aaron was about to step inside, he was startled by the sound of someone moaning in pain.
He looked around the area, finding nothing but someone walking alone in the middle of a city street, stepping slowly with his head bowed.
Aaron squinted, looking carefully at the person. Suddenly, the person fell unconscious and limped helplessly.
With lightning movements, Aaron left the area in front of the inn to arrive near the person who was limping helplessly.
"Yena?" asked Aaron.
"Get your hands off me, damn it!" said Yena, trying to get up.
The woman’s body seemed to be covered in fresh wounds, her cheeks were scratched and her hands were cut. She tried to continue walking from the battle area in the forest to reach her home.
However, after only a few more steps, Yena had already fallen again. Now, her body couldn’t bear the pain all over. Yena collapsed helplessly.
"I can’t leave her here alone," Aaron explained, sympathizing.
Putting his arm around Aaron’s shoulders, the man led Yena away from the town’s main street to one of the nearby inns.
Aaron didn’t know the exact location of Yena’s home. It would be better for Aaron to take Yena to the inn first, then drive her home when she recovered.
The man took one of the rooms and put Yena on the bed. She was injured so badly, Aaron didn’t expect her condition to be this bad.
’The battle between the Integrity Knight was terrible,’ Aaron explained.
Dimensional cracks appeared in the place. Aaron turned his head to the side, looking closely to see if Aerith was coming.
She came because she saw that the situation in the place around Aaron was safe, unlike when she was in the bar.
Aerith came, seeing a woman lying limp on a bed with a body full of wounds.
"So, who won the battle? Yena or Yacht?" asked Aerith.
"It looks like she beat Yacht. If she lost, Yacht wouldn’t have let her live," Aaron said.
The woman nodded. The conclusion that Aaron made was enough to Aerith, Yena could live because she managed to defeat Yacht.
"Can you do anything about her?" asked Aaron.
"I’ll try to restore her condition. You don’t have to worry," Aerith explained.
Aaron nodded. He stepped far enough away from the bed to give Aerith the freedom to restore Yena’s condition.
She pointed her hand forward, emitting a maroon light that entered and illuminated Yena’s body. Because Yena’s injuries were so severe, the recovery process took a long time.
Aaron waited with his arms crossed in front of his chest, keeping an eye on Yena’s recovery process.
Two hours passed, and it was 11pm. Aerith stopped channeling her magic when the wounds on Yena’s body had recovered 80%. Aerith fell to her knees, her breath coming in gasps as the magic energy in her body was completely drained.
"I need to return to the Dark Dimension to recover my condition," Aerith explained.
Aaron walked quickly towards Aerith, then guided her to leave. A dimensional crack was created by Aaron, Aerith stepped alone into the place.
Now, only Aaron was left alone in that place. He must continue recovering Yena’s condition, at least she must recover 100% at this time.
Aaron channeled his purple magic energy forward, absorbed into Yena’s body without any resistance. Slowly, her external wounds recovered with the help of Aaron’s magic.
Just when Aaron was recovering Yena’s condition, the woman suddenly woke up and sent a magic attack in the area of the inn’s room.
Aaron’s reflexes. He flew quickly away from the inn room that exploded from Yena’s passive magic attack.
From the black smoke, Yena’s figure appeared with a face full of anger. Both of her hands brought up her scythe sword talent, ready to attack Aaron.
"You?! What are you going to do to me?!" Yena snapped.
"I was about to save your life. I’m helping you recover," Aaron replied, firmly.
"Lies! You’re trying to kill me to get that artifact, aren’t you?!" raged Yena, leaving Aaron confused.
"Whatever you’re planning. I’ll fight you!" snapped Yena.
Yena lunged quickly into the sky while swinging her scythe sword at Aaron. Aaron brought up the Dark Azazel spear, swinging the spear until it pushed Yena away.

"What kind of weapon is that?" asked Yena.
"You’re annoying!"
"I did you a favor, but is this any form of thanks from you?!" snapped Aaron.
"You don’t deserve my continued help."
