Ruler's Awakening: Inheritor of the SSS-Rank Dimensional Talent-Chapter 274: The Guardian Behind The Scenes
Both of Andrew’s eyes were immediately drawn to Aaron. He still had no idea that the man in front of him had such a large sum of money, perhaps even more than 8 million RL.
A big smile spread across Silvianna’s face when she saw this. Immediately, she transferred the money in her individual system to Andrew, so that he could directly distribute the budget to the city’s development centers in need.

"Thank you very much for the money, Aaron. Do you have anything to ask for?" Andrew asked.
"Nothing. I don’t need anything from you," Aaron explained.
"Our purpose in coming here is to meet Sokia," Aaron said.
"Did she go with Arthur?" Aaron asked, trying to confirm once again.
"That’s right. She went with Arthur, Annie, and two other members."
"That’s enough."
Aaron closed his eyes, changing his gaze to Arthur’s eyes.
Arthur, who was inside the Dark Pillar maze, gasped. He stopped walking which made Annie, Sokia, and two of his team members do the same.
"What’s wrong, Arthur?" asked Annie, curious as he tried to look at the man.
"We have to go back," Arthur replied, briefly.
"Back? But we’ve only killed a few monsters. We haven’t earned much money from killing maze monsters," Annie explained.
"No need. Andrew has earned big money," said Arthur.
Annie and Sokia looked at each other. In the end, they nodded yes. They would go as Arthur instructed, back to Sky Sword 10th Headquarters.
Arthur led the group to return to the first point of the monster raid at the 10th dark pillar. The man passed by the other members of the group, as they looked at Arthur and his group with confused eyes.
"What are you doing?" another member asked.
"We’re going back," Arthur replied.
"Going back? Did you get a lot of money? No one is allowed to return before the closing hour of the Monster Raid," the man said.
Arthur did not respond. He chose to keep walking out of the Monster Raid maze to get outside the Dark Pillar.
However, Arthur’s steps were not followed by them. Another group from Sky Sword returned to explore the maze to kill many monsters and earn money.
About 30 minutes after Arthur and his group members stepped in the Dark Pillar maze, they finally arrived outside and saw that there were several equipment stands provided by Sky Sword 10th.
The stands were not used to sell equipment or items, but to buy items at market standard prices. The price depends on how valuable and rare the item they get.
Sokia went to the stand and handed over the items that she and Arthur’s group had gotten during the five-hour Monster Raid. In total, Sokia earned around 87000 RL from selling around 12 items.
"Let Annie share the results of this raid. You have to come with me," said Arthur looking at Sokia.
"I-I? Where?" asked Sokia, shocked.
"To meet Andrew."
Arthur held Sokia’s hand, then flew quickly and strongly away from the place. Annie looked up, seeing clearly that something had happened to Arthur.
However, he couldn’t be sure what had caused Arthur to behave this way.
"Usually chairman Arthur is friendly and cheerful. But why are his facial lines so cold and indifferent today?" asked group member Arthur.
"I don’t know either. Do you know something, Annie?" another member asked.
Annie shook his head. He was indeed close to Arthur, even right when Arthur’s clone was created from Aaron. However, he did not know the current thoughts of the man.
Guessing was useless, Annie invited them to return to the city and rest.
From the direction of the city sky, Arthur and Sokia flew from the Dark Pillar to arrive at the temporary city government office. Some of the staff nodded and smiled, they knew Arthur well.
During the city recovery process, Arthur’s group always appeared as the group with the most contributions in every raid.
Certainly, the contribution of Arthur and his group members had reached the 700,000 RL mark in recent years.
Arthur raised his head, looking towards the third floor. He again invited Sokia to go into the city government office.
They walked up the stairs, passing several office staff, until they stood right in front of Andrew’s office door.
"Excuse me, Captain Andrew. I’m Arthur. I came with Sokia," Arthur explained.
Hearing Sokia’s name spoken from behind the door, the Dragon Prince began to change his appearance and stepped closer to the door of this room.
He opened the door with both hands, he saw a teenage girl standing in front of him. Sokia’s face looked shocked because the person she saw was someone from the mythological Naga race.
"Sokia?" asked the Dragon Prince.
"Wait! Sister? Are you still alive?!" asked Sokia, her eyes looking teary because she was happy to see her family again.
The Dragon Prince and Sokia hugged tightly, uniting the hearts of family members who had been far apart for a long time.
Arthur let them focus on releasing their longing, Arthur preferred to come closer to Andrew.
"What happened?" Arthur asked.
"Introduce, he is Aaron Lewis."
"Wait! Is it just me or do you look alike?" asked Andrew, squinting at the sight of two people standing in front of him like conjoined twins.
Aaron and Arthur looked at each other, then responded with the same gesture, nodding their heads.
"Actually, Aaron is my main body, Captain Andrew," Arthur explained.
"Main body? What do you mean?" asked Andrew, confused.
"I have the ability to create clones. Arthur is one of my important clones," said Aaron.
"WAIT! You’re a clone?" asked Silvianna, so shocked that she dropped the file folder she had been holding tightly.
Andrew nodded a few times, then sat down while leaning his back against his desk chair. Occasionally, he chuckled and shook his head, never expecting Arthur’s true identity.
"So, what did you put him up to all this time?" Andrew asked.
"To guard this city. If anything bad happens to Sokia and Annie, then he’s in charge of protecting them," Aaron replied.
"Besides, the Night Liberators are currently after me. My fight with President Killian isn’t over yet, he’s probably trying to chase me upstairs," Aaron said.
"President Killian? President of the Night Liberators? Great! I didn’t expect you to progress so much, Aaron," Silvianna praised.
"I can’t focus on monster raids while protecting a city. That’s why I put Arthur here with a higher monster tier than anyone else," Aaron replied, looking at Silvianna.
"Don’t worry, Andrew. I didn’t order him to take away your authority. I just assigned him to guard Sokia and Annie," Aaron said.
"Sokia will go with me, to the Dragon kingdom," explained the Dragon Prince, still hugging Sokia’s body.
Aaron looked back, staring at the seriousness that appeared on the Dragon Prince’s face. At a glance, he could see a happy look when the Dragon Prince could meet his sister again.
"Of course. She’s the Dragon Princess, the safe place for her is the Dragon Kingdom," Aaron explained.
"Then what about Annie?" asked Sokia.
"Annie will stay here with Arthur. He will guard the city with Andrew and Silvianna," Aaron replied to Sokia.
"HAHA!"
Andrew laughed out loud after hearing their conversation. Today, it wasn’t just the 8 million RL that shocked him, but many things had shocked him.
Starting from Arthur, Sokia’s identity, Aaron’s truth, to Arthur’s duty as Aaron’s clone on the 10th floor. Andrew really couldn’t figure out that Aaron had planned all of this behind the scenes.
Aaron and the others spontaneously focused their attention forward, looking at Andrew who was laughing loudly for no reason.
"As usual. You always come here with something that surprises me. I really didn’t expect it," Andrew replied, looking at Aaron.
"Don’t worry, Aaron. I’ll take good care of the city. I would find it very helpful if Arthur would help me. Perhaps, I can appoint him as captain of the raid team," Andrew explained.
"Thank you, Captain Andrew," Arthur explained.
Aaron left all decisions about the construction of the city to Andrew, as he was the only one capable of doing all this. Andrew got up from his seat, then stepped over to Aaron.
He stretched his hand forward, asking Aaron to shake his hand.
"Thank you for everything, Aaron," Andrew explained.
Aaron nodded. He accepted Andrew’s handshake graciously and smiled slightly.
After everything was done, Aaron said goodbye to them. Aerith tore through the dimensional boundaries to reveal the Dark Dimension.
It made Andrew and Silvianna recall the dimensional ability when the 10th floor city was destroyed a few years ago.
"All right. We’ll take our leave," Aaron explained.

"Yes, thank you for everything."
Aaron left and stepped into the Dark Dimension, followed by Aerith, the Dragon Prince, and Sokia. In an instant, the dimensional rift shrank and disappeared completely from that place.
Andrew looked at Arthur sternly, "Let’s work together to protect this city."
Arthur looked at Andrew’s demeanor, then glanced slowly to the side at Silviana. He stretched his hand forward and shook hands with Andrew, a sign that a deal had been struck between them.
"Sure. I’ll help you."
