Saintess? Not Anymore! I'd Rather be a Destroyer-Chapter 319 - 256: Exploring the church 2
"You’re just showing us every random place in the church and not in a chronological order," Jugi grumbled, annoyance written over his face.
"Hmph, if you don’t like my tour then find someone else to take you," Aurianna scoffed.
Jugi gave a frustrated sigh, "Aren’t you the White Gemaris goddess’ Apostle or Saintess? So it’s clearly your job to show all of us, couldn’t you do it better?" he said teasingly.
"Mmmm just shut and let’s continue our tour!!"
"Here’s the market," Aurianna and the others appeared at an open area with beautiful but empty crystal stalls which everyone admired before they disappeared.
"Here’s the alchemy room," a room appeared before them with various tools, pots, and glass bottles. Many lab coats were hung up as well. 𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝐰𝚎𝕓𝐧𝚘𝘃𝗲𝐥.𝐜𝚘𝕞
"Here’s the Altar room," they then appeared in a huge room with a huge statue of the white Gemaris goddess who was looking forward straight faced. The word to describe it would be graceful and beautiful.
"Here are the sleeping quarters," Aurianna announced, appearing at a large building that resembled an apartment, "This building is for rank 5 members. In our church, there would be 5 ranks. Rank 1 as the highest and Rank 5 as the lowest. And there’s clearly Rank 5 writing on top of it and to the left is the Rank 4 to one building. And Rank 1 is the best, you can explore later..."
"Here’s the public bath, the guy’s bath is on the other side. Rank 1 and 2 have their own private bath and washroom," Aurianna stated as they appeared at a large bathing area filled with 30 huge round baths with hot water flowing in and out of it. And on the other side were showers that were too numerous to count, but it was clearly there for those who didn’t want to use the round bath.
"Um... What about the toilets," Zagan asked, his face being slightly flushed.
"The other ranked toilet room is distributed all over the church. You never know when you gotta go," Aurianna answered using her finger to run his head.
They were transported again, appearing before a place filled with several large houses. It was simple looking but not plain, the overall size made it look costly.
"Here’s the estate, once someone is rank 3 and has enough money they can afford a house in the estate to live here," Aurianna explained.
"Here is the prison," Aurianna said with a slight coldness in her voice. Before them was a dark room with many metal cells, it had this gloomy atmosphere about it. "We even have a torture chamber so you can come and explore later!" She said excitedly.
"Here the conference hall," before them was a great room with many seats lined upward like that of a cinema but way bigger, and Aurianna and others stood on the stage for some time before they disappeared and reappeared in a grassland filled with many trees and strange looking plants.
"Here’s the farm," The area in the middle had a huge tree whose branches covered in leaves looked like an umbrella, and its visible roots were spread through the ground. There were many fences and barns spread throughout. For as far as could be seen there were no animals however.
Right after she showed off a big aquarium. Just like the farm however, it was empty. Not a fish in sight.
"Here’s the kitchen and here’s the Dining hall," Aurianna stated as they appeared at a huge hall with many long tables filled with chairs, and before them was a counter with a variety of food which made those watching through the screen drool. Especially Yui, who while having multiple snacks in hand that she was eating heartily while watching the tour, and Catherine shook her head. Her colleagues seemed to be a gluttonous idiot. ’I guess I must help lady Yui be more ladylike!’ She huffed to herself.
From a bit further away Deprixon looked at Yui in disdain, ’How can she still be hungry? She must’ve had at least 50 treats...’ He thought to himself.
Suddenly, Yui turned, noticing someone looking at her. She quickly found the source, locking eyes with Deprixon. She smiled at him but if it was her eating habits or simply being awkward, he didn’t return her smile, looking away from her.
"Here’s the ballroom," Aurianna said as she and others appeared in a huge room with crystals floating throughout it. The ballroom in the church, compared to the ballroom in Sandeph, was at least 2 times greater. If this was too one-up her so-called "father" or just because she felt like it, she made sure it was as grand as possible.
"Here’s the training room," they now found themselves in a huge room. It was large enough to fit at least 300 people. Meaning there wouldn’t be an excuse for the church members not to train realistically. Inside the walls were coated with a blue coloring, a sign of the room being protected by a layer of magic. There were fighting dummies and weapons strewn up on racks. Lastly there were various types of golems having all shapes and sizes. Aurianna walked up to one slowly, before it suddenly swung at her and she could easily dodge it.
"So, as you could see the golems are neutral until you walk up to one. These golems specifically attack once you enter a 5 meter radius. I have them put further back in this room so you don’t accidentally trigger one. They make excellent punching bags for you all. It might be a challenge though."
"Now, here’s one of the most important things. Here’s the revival point for anyone who dies. One of the benefits of joining our church is that whenever you die you’ll revive right here," Aurianna said as they appeared in a new massive room and she pointed toward the various crystal circles on the ground.
"Here’s the transportation port," they appeared at the edge of a cliff, filled with many ships, having a similar magic engraving as the one they rode to the Sandeph Church. There were also strange-looking chariots which floated, being kept in place by some white chains.
"Wait a minute, how’d you get so many ships?" Deille asked confusedly. "This is a rare item so for you to have one, let alone this amount is absurd."
Aurianna smirked. She enjoyed Deille’s confusion. It was a nice look on him, she thought. He always came off as completely calm, even when he wasn’t, like when he was in his last moments.
"It’s simple. When I had this church constructed I simply analyzed that we’d need transportation. I just made more, based on the designs I had seen."
Deille was giving her a look, a doubtful one which soon faded after her explanation. He could tell based on her expression that she was telling the truth.
He held his head slightly, "I...don’t understand but if that’s what you say."
Aurianna turned away from him, chuckling under her breath before the two of them were transported.
"And lastly here’s the entrance to our church," Aurianna stated as she and the others appeared before a bridge. Before the bridge however there were two statues, being feminine looking. They stood at a whopping 40 feet tall, cloth being wrapped around them as they held a jar on their opposite sides.
Sparkly white shards floated from the jar and into the clouds but didn’t sink any. further. It was a marvelous view to look at, especially now since it was darker outside. The 3 moons shone beautifully in the night sky.
