Shattered by Fate, Restored by Truth-Chapter 1032: This Kid Needs a Lesson!
Fu Shiyi thought about her position at home and felt that Fu Shihan made a very valid point.
If she dared to call Li Mo, she would definitely hear something even worse than what Fu Shihan said.
"Wanwan..."
Her bravado instantly waned, and Fu Shiyi edged closer to Su Wanxin, frowning and holding her hand.
Su Wanxin noticed and shot Fu Shihan a glance, then led Fu Shiyi away.
The three women entered the bedroom, sat around the bed near the window, and looked at each other; the atmosphere was somewhat eerie.
Fu Shiyi lowered her head, feeling embarrassed at the thought of the scene earlier.
She didn’t even want to eat; she wanted to sneak away. But if she did, it would make her seem like she couldn’t take a joke and was very petty.
"It’s okay, my brother is pretty insensitive; he won’t take things to heart."
Su Wanxin noticed her awkwardness and smiled gently to comfort her.
"Yeah, yeah, my second brother is carefree; he’ll forget soon!" Su Yao nodded repeatedly, persuading her, "Don’t be too reserved."
Fu Shiyi nodded with a wry smile, sighing.
"But..." Su Yao suddenly leaned forward, approached Fu Shiyi, and asked softly, "Do you really not have a boyfriend?"
Fu Shiyi shook her head.
"What do you think of my second brother?"
"Su Yao!" Fu Shiyi exclaimed angrily, "Don’t joke with me!"
"I’m not joking... my brother is single too."
Su Yao sat upright and spoke softly, glancing at Su Wanxin, and the two exchanged looks.
No one knows what’s happening with Su Bai and that bisexual secretary; if possible, Su Yao truly hopes they break up soon.
Otherwise, if those two get married, she’d constantly be on edge, worried that her sister-in-law might push her sister one day.
It’s just too difficult... 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝓮𝒘𝙚𝙗𝒏𝙤𝙫𝓮𝒍.𝓬𝒐𝙢
Su Wanxin understood Su Yao’s intent, gently shook her head to indicate staying calm, then changed the topic to ease Fu Shiyi’s mood.
After chatting in the room for ten-plus minutes, Yangyang ran up to call them for dinner.
Fu Shiyi opened the door and headed out, looking at him and huffing coldly.
"Auntie." Yangyang proactively grabbed her hand, "Will you sleep with me tonight?"
"No." Fu Shiyi pulled away, "Let you trick me? I’m telling you, Fu Yu’an, if you dare talk nonsense again, I will get mad!"
"What did I say?"
"You...!"
Fu Shiyi angrily shoved her toward Su Wanxin, striding away.
"Don’t provoke aunt anymore." Su Wanxin patted Fu Xiaoyang’s head, warned, "Did you hear me?"
"I didn’t provoke... Then, I won’t let her play with my brother, I won’t."
Yangyang obediently agreed, making Su Wanxin smile in satisfaction.
Downstairs, the group sat around the dining table.
Lu Ci had returned and was talking about company matters with Fu Shihan and Su Bai; the scene seemed somewhat harmonious.
Yangyang quietly eating, listening intently to their conversation.
Once they had mostly finished speaking, Lu Ci noticed Yangyang being exceptionally quiet today, so he smiled at him and asked, "What are you thinking?"
Yangyang swallowed his food, looked at Lu Ci, then at Su Yao.
"What’s up?" Lu Ci asked, curious.
Su Yao raised her eyebrows slightly, her lips curling up, "What do you want to say?"
"I want to say..." Yangyang blinked and slowly began, "When will uncle and aunt have a little brother for me to play with?"
Su Yao was stunned, her chopsticks fell.
