She's Raymond's Woman-Chapter 68: Lead The Way

"Boss..." Candy called when she might have laid back on the bed, not she but Raymond actually helped her out.

She had that lingering want in her puffy eyes.

"You can’t follow me today" Raymond said because Candy had insisted that she will follow him to workout but Raymond rebuffed that.

"Why?" She asked almost pouting, she is looking like a puppy right now... Raymond observed.

"Because you need rest" Raymond finally replied to her, He got up from the bed and made to turn and walk away.

"But Bos..." She swallowed the rest of her words because of the chilly eyes Raymond snapped at her.

"It’s an order!" He snapped Candy to close up her mouth as she laid back on the bed. He turned to walk away but paused and turned to look at her.

"You’re off duty today" With these final words he left the room.

Walking outside, he brought out his bubble gum from his pants pocket...he removed its sack and put it into his mouth, chewing it ever so gently.

While jogging outside the Clan, Dickson jogged along with him.

"Boss," he called.

"Any Updates?" Raymond asked.

"Yes, we found Alex and his daughter’s hideout" Dickson replied, on hearing this he instantly paused as he turned to look at Dickson...he released a bubble balloon outta his bubble gum.

"Then get him rooted with his knees on the floor with his daughter also...drag him the fuck here" He ordered with his hard unwavering gaze on Dickson who stood with his normal hard face that displayed know emotions.

"We are on it boss" Dickson bowed slightly, he turned as he jogged off.

Raymond stood with his gaze fixed on his retreating back releasing a bubble balloon outta his bubble gum, he rubbed his temple.

"Your end is finally near Alex... everyday is for the thief but only day is for the owner of the house" He mumbled nonchalantly as he resumed jogging.

BACK IN CANDY’S ROOM-

She just came out from the bathroom because she was done freshening up and all...she put on her normal crop top and bum short looking as pretty as ever.

Staring at her reflection in the mirror, she forced out a smile.

"Since today is my free day, I got a lot of stuff to do today.

She forced herself to rebuff every thought concerning her nightmare this morning and the fact Raymond told her that her mother was murdered. He had promised to explain further to her but that will be a story for another day.

"You have to be strong Candy, so that you will be able to take in whatever the boss is gonna tell you" With these few encouraging words of hers, she opened her door and left. Stepping outside she snapped her eyes towards Raymond’s door.

"Is he around?" She asked herself as she moved and made to walk towards the door.

Two three steps towards the door she paused and turned away shaking her head at once.

"What’s wrong with you? Today is your damn free day Candy, get yourself together...don’t tell me you missed the monster already?" She muttered to herself smiling and blushing at once... remembering how Raymond hugged and consoled her in the morning.

Her innermost self wan’ be in his arms again.

Smiling so sheepishly, she made her way to the female outreach.

Rose had her head lowered, going nowhere in particular. Her face was pale and all that.

Guilt is really eating the girl up.

"Rose!!" That was the pleasant voice of someone calling her. Someone she least expected, someone she thought would never call her name again.

She gently raised her head up as she saw Candy running up to her... before she could know what was happening she hugged her up immediately, surprising her.

"I missed you Rose," Candy muttered sadly, rubbing Rose’s back so gently. She disengaged from the hug and stared into Rose’s face because the girl wasn’t hugging her back.

Rose was just looking at her with a guilt filled expression.

"I missed you" Candy repeated as she raised her hand and wiped away her already rolling tears.

She too tears were falling outta her eyes but she doesn’t care about that.

"Candy..." Rose muttered out so sadly.

"I’m sorry, I’m so sorry" Rose mumbled amidst tears.

"Is okay, I have forgiven you a long time ago... because my instincts told me that it’s not your fault...all I want from you now is to take me somewhere cool and explain things to me...I will be all ears now" Candy explained, making Rose hug her immediately.

"Thank you so much candy"

"Seems we are late" Jose said to Julie who had smiles all over her face watching Candy and Rose. They stood afar of course...they had come to reconcile both friends but it seems the reverse had been the case already.

"What a beautiful sight" Julie muttered.

"I’m happy for them," Jose smiled, making Julie glance at him.

"It’s now remaining us Jose" Julie mused out, making Jose look at her on the face as they both maintained eye contact.

Candy and Rose held hands as they both argued about who drinks more beer and whose head is stronger to take in the alcohol.

"My head is stronger, I can take in many bottles without getting drunk" Candy argued.

"That’s definitely a fart lie, I’m the one who had a strong head here...I can take in as many bottles as possible without getting drunk Candy" Rose retorted.

"Then let’s see who will win then" Candy grinned.

"Deal" Rose grinned too.

"I will keep the time then...I will be the time keeper and recorder" Someone said behind them making them both turn around to look at the person with a start.

"Gosh Stone, you scared us" Candy gasps for air including Rose...but her heart also skipped a beat in excitement and admiration.

Her cheeks blushed red.

"Hello ladies," Stone waved at them, smiling at once.

"You really scared us, Stone," Rose muttered, giggling at once.

"I’m sorry" Stone smiled and looked away from her towards Candy... whose brows were high up...she noticed the change of atmosphere within Rose who saw stone.

She now believes that Rose really likes Stone but does Stone like her? She will find out today.

"You said something about joining us?" Candy asked, Stone nodded in response.

"Yes, can I join? Atleast to..."

"Of course you can join us Stone, you can" Rose cut in immediately interrupting him.

Candy grinned as she gave out that wicked smile to Rose, who blushed, lowering her head.

"So let’s go ladies" Stone wrapped his two arms around their necks as they laughed and walked to the bar gisting.

Rose felt so much in heaven, she wanted to explode because of her fast beating heart.

Imagine her crush held her? God! Is she dreaming or what?

While going to the bar, they came across Raymond.

He was chewing so ever gently on his bubble gum as his hard sexy sliver eyes were fixed on the three people who seemed a little bit surprised to come across him.

He had his hand tucked into his pants pocket, with his eyes on Candy’s face he nonchalantly walked and stood before them.

"Boss" They all greeted him.

His eyes nonchalantly travelled off Candy’s face as it landed on Stone’s hand which was wrapped around Candy’s neck. Actually, the stone was in the middle of the girls.

Everybody held their breaths, especially Candy who was biting on her lips.

His eyes finally travelled off Stone’s hand as it landed on his face nonchalantly.

"What’s your name?" He asked. Stone exchanged hidden glances with the girls, why is their boss asking him that? Of course he knows his name.

"I’m Stone boss?" He replied, making Raymond give out a slight nod.

"I see...are you Gay, bisexual or straight?" Raymond asked, making them widen their eyes.

Rose was the most shocked, she snapped her head to look at Stone, she gulped down waiting for his reply.

What if he is Gay? Then her feelings for him will all be void and foil.

’I pray against that’ She prayed inwardly.

Stone on the other hand felt so uncomfortable with the boss’s question.

Why would he ask him that? That’s insane!

"I’m..." He finally opened his mouth to talk...Rose held her breath.

"You’re what?First remove your hands off the girl’s shoulder" Raymond ordered releasing a bubble balloon outta his bubble gum.

Stone immediately did as he ordered.

"I’m straight boss" He finally gave out his reply... Rose, who held her breaths, gasped for air as she smiled silently.

Her prayers were immediately answered, thanks be to God.

"I see" Raymond muttered nonchalantly, his eyes traveling off him as it landed on Candy who gulped licking her lips at once. He gently and discreetly scanned her from head to toe...his eyes fixed on her exposed thighs and long fresh legs.. then it travelled up to her stomach landing on her exposed Belle bottom because of her crop top...then his eyes travelled up as it landed back on her face fixing on her red glossy lips which she kept licking.

"Where are you taking them to Stone?" He asked his eyes still on Candy.

"To the bar" Stone replied,the man diverted his eyes from Candy as it landed on him.

He gently looked away, he released a bubble balloon outta his bubble gum as he moved and started walking away.

The three others released a sigh of relief as they moved to continue making their way to the bar.

"You!" Hearing Raymond’s cold voice they all paused with their breaths held again as they turned to look at him.

He had his finger pointing at Candy, his silver burning eyes were all on her.

Candy immediately gulped down her lump.

"Me?" She asked.

"Go back to your room and change that thing you’re putting on" He harshly scanned her from head to toe.

Candy lowered head to check herself out.

"Is this the only thing in your wardrobe, little mosquito?"He asked_Candy felt so much embarrassed and uncomfortable with her appearance.

"Boss..." She moved to talk to him but he immediately shut her up.

"Now!" His eyes were already displaying undiluted anger.

Candy, with her head lowered, moved to walk away, getting closer to him...she raised her head up to look him in the face but he was looking elsewhere. She lowered her head back and moved to walk past him.

"Wait..." He mumbled out making Candy pause on her tracks, and she turned to look at him.

He gently looked at her then he diverted his gaze off her face as it landed on Stone.

He released a bubble balloon outta his bubble gum, tucking his two hands back into his joggers pockets.

"I will join you guys at the bar, lead the way"
