When I heard this, I couldn’t help revealing a faint bitter smile.

After all, this was hard to explain.

The representative from the Sorcery Empire deeply knitted his brows when he heard this before turning to look at the representative from the Brownie Kingdom. The representative from the Brownie Kingdom took out some reports that he handed to the representative from the Sorcery Empire.

While they had been interrogating me, they had also sent people to explore the castle that had crashed and these reports were from them.

When everyone saw this, they had the confirmation that they needed.

Everyone knew what this trident was and where it came from, so they knew that this was a divine artifact that had been passed down through the royal family of the Merman Empire.

Only a divine relic would be able to resonate with a Relic of Destruction like this.

So at the very least, they were certain that this thing was the Relic of Destruction like I said.

But after that, it wasn’t as if they were able to do anything else to it.

Once it was confirmed, there were even some people that couldn’t help taking a few steps back while looking at the Relic of Destruction with a wary look.

It was clear that many of them were thinking about what they should do next with this Relic of Destruction.

After another silence, the Sorcery Empire representative was the one that broke it by asking, "What do you plan on doing with it now?"

"I want to take it back and seal it away. I think that the Holy Empire is the most suited for performing this task."

There was a mixed reaction that came from the crowd when they heard this.

There were some that agreed with this and naturally there were some that didn’t agree with this.

But the ones that didn’t agree with this weren’t doing this because they doubted the powers of the Holy Empire.

Rather, they didn’t agree and simply didn’t want to let this Relic of Destruction be taken away like this. Rather, it was clear that they wanted to take this Relic of Destruction for themselves.

It was just that there was no basis for them to act.
