The pebble, who had triggered the quest completion window, shot up into the air with a pop and began dancing gleefully, proudly showing off its round backside like it wanted to be praised.
On its soft, pale little bum was something that hadn’t been there before—a tail, round like a dumpling. It wiggled its tail side to side and, with hands just as chubby and round as the tail, waved to summon a new alert window.
[Detailed View and MP Stat have been unlocked!]
Now ecstatic at having grown a tail, the pebble launched a mini-firework display over and over. A series of dazzling sparks exploded in the air around the alert window—visible only to Ayra and the pebble. Ayra smiled and summoned her own Stat Window. Ever since the quest appeared, she’d been dying to know exactly what this “Detailed View” was.

MP of 54,000?! Ayra was delighted to see her stats finally reflect her identity as a proper mage—a typical glass cannon ranged nuke type. She looked down toward the bottom of the usual Stat Window, where a new [Detailed View] button had appeared. Fixing her gaze on it, the display took a second to load before unfolding new categories beneath the original window.

Current Thought: “Current thought tab? That’s nuts.”
Ayra’s gaze stopped on “Current Thought.” Just imagining being able to read someone’s mind in real time—how useful would that be... The other entries listed were all fascinating too. She shifted her focus toward the “Related People” tab, and a small window floated up beside it.

"What? Fifty-two? Fifty-two? It’s gone up that much? Is this a bug?"
Ayra blinked in disbelief when she saw her favorability toward Janus. Last time she’d checked, it was around 30. She couldn’t believe it had shot up so high since then. But as she clenched her fists and thought it through... maybe it made sense.
‘Still... Still... it’s not my fault. He’s a dragon!’
Back in the Solar household, Ayra had grown up like a flower in a greenhouse. It wasn’t until she entered the labyrinth that she first encountered a living ma-beast. That was when her obsession with ma-beasts began. And at the absolute pinnacle of that obsession stood: the dragon.
Within the labyrinth’s secret society, “Yong.Sa.Mo” (Mages Who Love Dragons), Ayra was part of the faction that believed dragons were a type of polymorphic, high-intelligence ma-beast. Members of that school dreamed of the day they could capture a dragon alive and keep it in their very own personal enclosure. But in truth, dragons usually fell into one of three categories: either they were mighty lords with power rivaling kings, wandering dragons who indiscriminately slaughtered humans, or dragons living disguised among humans. In short, it was a near-impossible dream.

And yet, right in front of Ayra, her lover had suddenly revealed himself to be a dragon. Even though he was now facing the being responsible for the potential destruction of her territory, Ayra—one of the labyrinth’s most hardcore ma-beast scholars—simply could not contain her excitement.
She had always believed that no matter which dragon she met, she would easily hit at least 30 points in favorability. She had to. With some effort, she forced herself to look away from Janus’s rising score and closed the Stat Window.
"So, what’s the next quest?"
