SIGNING IN: BEING SHOWERED BY HEAVENLY BLESSINGS FOR FIVE YEARS-Chapter 686 - 684: FRIENDLY CHAT 2
Chapter 686: Chapter 684: FRIENDLY CHAT 2
"Hehe, you agree?"
Diamond shrugged helplessly as she looked at Raize. "Yep. If I don’t try this time, I might not know my advantage."
"Haha, that’s good. I will share the good news with the others," Raize cheerfully clapped her hands, happy to hear that.
"Raize, don’t forget to tell her that we will be having guests from Srad tomorrow," one of the three racers reminded Raize.
Raize upon hearing that slapped her forehead, a sigh escaping her lips, looked at Diamond sheepishly and said to her, "I nearly forgot about that. But this month’s race we will be having racers from Srad. Some of them are here watching the races."
When Diamond heard that, her brows raised in amusement, she couldn’t help but look at Wyatt for confirmation. He nodded at her in response, and her gaze went cold.
"That will be interesting, then," she coldly said, her lips raising into a smirk.
If she wasn’t mistaken, there were a few acquaintances she used to know who loved racing. Would they be coming as well? She couldn’t help but be curious.
Raize didn’t know what angered Diamond, but she didn’t want to be part of it at all. So, she pretended as if she didn’t sense that and hurriedly shared everything, she knew about the races tomorrow. frёewebnoѵēl.com

Moments later, when Diamond and the others were leaving, Raize looked at their backs, lost in wonder.
Maya, who had at some point joined, couldn’t help but nudge her elbow, forcing her out of her thoughts.
"Um!" Raize hummed at Maya, wondering what she wanted.
Maya pointed at the backs of Diamond and others and asked, "Do you think that she might cause drama tomorrow?"
Raize was stunned by that question. To be honest, she looked at Maya dumbfoundedly, forcing Maya to rearrange her question. "Do you think that she might have beef with people from Srad?"
This time, Raize understood Maya’s question. She sighed as she rubbed her temples before answering. "I am not sure. I am just worried if she could race or not."
"Who cares if she could race?" Maya sourly responded and earned a warning glare from Raize, forcing her to shut up.
Raize narrowed her eyes at Maya and warned flatly, "Maya, I don’t care what strange thoughts you have towards Diamond, but don’t you dare expose them in front of her. And don’t go around thinking of any scheming."
She didn’t want to say this to Maya, but her retort earlier made her recall Maya’s attitude towards Diamond. While Diamond might not know or understand Maya, she and the others knew her well.
There was something wrong with her. The way she was enthusiastic about Diamond didn’t feel right. She didn’t want to know or be involved in what Maya was up to. So, she could only warn her now, hoping that she wouldn’t go any farther.
Maya snorted and rolled her eyes at Raize.
"What do you think I can do?" she retorted at Raize before walking away.
The others watched that amusedly, wondering and curious about what was transpiring. Unfortunately, the answer wasn’t something that they could get from these two. So, they could only swallow their curiosity.
Raize watched helplessly as Maya left and began to wonder if these two had ever crossed paths before. However, the more she thought about it, the more confused she became.
Seeing no connections whatsoever, her temples ached and wanted a rest.
With so much to deal with, she decided to forget about this stressful matter and focus on making sure that the night ended peacefully, without any quarrels.

Meanwhile, Diamond and her group of male friends didn’t exactly return to the stands as they had planned earlier.
They all went to the parking lot.
It was nearly midnight, and Diamond had received a call from home, making her recall that her parents were still at home.
As a result, there was nothing she could do except return home. Besides, she had agreed to race tomorrow, so she needed ample rest and to look into who the other racers might be.
"Are you really planning on racing?" Wyatt asked seriously as they stood next to Diamond’s Cagda.
Diamond looked reassuringly at the guys and nodded. "Um. Since I have said it then I will do it."
"But .... There are dangers in racing. Some people don’t have manners."
Diamond knew about that, but did it even matter at this stage?
"Don’t worry. I will take care of myself. I won’t let myself be hurt no matter what," she promised them.
Seeing that she was adamant about racing, they could only offer some advice, hoping that she would be fine tomorrow.
Dissuading a grown-up person was difficult. As friends, they could only support her now, the same way she supported them.
After coaxing her male friends into supporting her, Diamond happily got into her car, turned on the ignition and drove away after biding farewell.
By the time she left, it was already past midnight.
It would take at most two or more hours to reach home, but it didn’t matter. She had Andrea with her, and she happily gave the steering wheel over.
Diamond was busy looking through the profiles that Andrea had generated of the racers she might run into tomorrow. There was a list of racers from the ZOOM club and those from Srad City.
However, she was more interested in the ones from Srad. She just hoped that she wouldn’t meet someone she once crossed paths with.
When she went through the profiles, she heaved a sigh of relief upon finding no acquaintances.
She just wanted to have a good time racing or watching races, and not get into arguments with anyone. She didn’t have the energy to do so.
{Mother, will you be driving?} Seeing that Diamond was done reading through the profiles, Andrea asked curiously and concernedly.
Diamond chuckled when she heard that. Honestly, she wasn’t expecting Andrea to ask her the same question.
However, unlike other people, Andrea was her confidante. She could tell him anything and don’t have to worry about it being exposed.
So, she shared her thoughts truthfully, leaving Andrea speechless for a very long time.
