Solo Farming In The Tower-Chapter 23Vol 2. : Welcome to the Kindergarten of Destruction! ()
<Earth>
A dark night.
Tiptoeing softly...
Sejun °• N 𝑜 v 𝑒 l i g h t •° and his party quietly entered the Kindergarten of Destruction on their toes. They were trying not to wake Aileen and the children.
At that moment—
“Sejun, you’re back? You’re really late.”
Sensing their presence, Aileen stepped out of the room. No matter how quiet Sejun was, there was no fooling Aileen’s senses.
“Yeah. Something came up.”
“What happened?”
“Well... so what happened was... Ah, it’s a long story. Want to talk over a snack?”
“Yes!”
Aileen’s eyes sparkled at the mention of food.
So Sejun prepared a large spread of coffee and snacks, and began to recount the story of how Detective Sherlock Sejun had captured the honey thief, the honey badger Looney, and brilliantly lifted the Curse of Wandering that had bound him.
Gororong.
Kkyurorong.
Kkurorong.
Theo, Iona, and Queng—who already knew the story—dozed off beside Sejun, basking in strokes from both Sejun and Aileen.
Kihihit. Squeak!
[Hihit. That’s when the great Detective Kapang barked twice!]
Kkamang tried to butt into the story and brag about his own contributions.
Squeak...
[And then the great Detective Kapang...]
But in the end, he couldn’t fight off the drowsiness.
Kkirorong.
And drifted into sleep.
As time passed—
Chomp. Chomp. Chomp.
(Bat-Bat: Sejun-nim, and then?!)
Bat-Bat had woken up and was munching on a fruit platter, listening to the tale with great interest alongside Aileen.
“I was about to send Looney off and head back, when suddenly Piyot and the others...”
Just as Sejun was wrapping up Looney’s rehabilitation story and starting to talk about the adventure with Piyot’s party and the Four Heavenly Kings’ Purple Lightning, Moeli—
“Sejun, I have something to tell you too.”
Aileen spoke up, having finished all the snacks on the table.
“Huh? What is it?”
...She’s not going to say she wants to cook again, is she?
Sejun stared at her, slightly tense.
“We’re doing a Sports Day Battle with another kindergarten.”
“A sports day battle? With who?”
“With Imperial Kindergarten! The director of Imperial Kindergarten, Lee Myeong-suk, had the audacity to challenge me—the great Black Dragon Aileen Pritani, Director of the Kindergarten of Destruction—so I graciously accepted. I did good, right?”
Aileen asked with a confident expression, clearly expecting praise.
From her perspective, not destroying or ignoring such a lowly challenger, but instead graciously accepting their dare, was obviously a virtuous act.
“Yeah. When it comes to magnanimity, no one beats you, Aileen. You did great.”
Knowing how she thought, Sejun praised her generously.
“Hehehe. I am generous, aren’t I?”
Aileen beamed proudly at the compliment.
Wow. She’s beautiful.
As Sejun admired Aileen’s beauty, he recalled the Imperial Kindergarten.
Imperial Kindergarten? That was the one with golden spired towers like a European palace—it had a very distinct exterior. Sejun had seen it while traveling between towers.
Wasn’t it the most elite kindergarten in Korea, for children of the upper class?
Kim Dong-sik had told him about it after visiting to give a lecture on hunter-related careers.
But when did “battle” become part of a sports day?
Actually, the word battle wasn’t inherently bad. People used it casually for karaoke battles, eating contests, and so on.
The problem was that the one using the word was Aileen.
And when Aileen used it, the word carried a weight of tens of thousands of tons.
Should we really go through with this?
Sejun wasn’t entirely sure what was going on yet, but then—
Wait. No, this is bad!
That place is a kindergarten for normal kids!
His face began to pale.
Then—
“We’re hosting the sports day here at the Kindergarten of Destruction. The events are tile-flipping, relay race, tug of war, obstacle course, and smash-the-pot! We’ll start training the kids in the morning so we can win by a landslide!”
Aileen listed off the events with a clenched fist, her competitive spirit raging like molten lava.
No—it wasn’t competitive spirit. Aileen didn’t even consider the possibility of losing.
All she could think about was how to completely crush Imperial Kindergarten and raise the prestige of the Great Black Dragon.
Whew. Thank god.
Hearing her words, Sejun was relieved. He’d feared the “battle” would involve something dangerous, but at least there were no physical-contact events.
After all, contact could easily lead to actual fights.
“Okay. Let’s do our best.”
Feeling reassured, Sejun agreed to prepare for the sports day. The kids had no issue with physical strength, but technique would require practice.
And frankly, he didn’t want to see Aileen’s face if she lost even one match.
We’re winning all five.
Sejun made up his mind—Imperial Kindergarten was going down.
Once Aileen had finished speaking—
“Aileen, can I finish my story now?”
“Yup!”
“Hehehe. Listen well. So this time, my brilliant performance was...”
Sejun resumed his story about catching Moeli, naturally embellishing everything as his own accomplishments.

Kkamang’s Inner World.
“Huh? Did I fall asleep?”
Should I get up and go brag with Butler again?
Kkamang hesitated—should he keep napping or get up and talk about his accomplishments?
And—
“Hihit. I can’t miss telling the tale of how we mentally disciplined Moeli and Krekan and made them joint juniors.”
Just as he was about to get up and chat with Sejun—
“Huh?”
What’s this?
Kkamang noticed an envelope by his paws. The cover read:
[Invitation: Victims of Park Sejun’s Naming Convention]
“Butler’s naming victim support group?”
Grrrrr.
Kkamang growled in fury at the envelope.
The Great Kkamang-nim’s name is perfect! I’m not a victim!
He was angry at being considered a victim—
And enraged that someone dared to complain about a name bestowed by Sejun.
“First, I need to attend this meeting and find out who sent this.”
Kkamang resolved to expose the sender and all those dissatisfied with Sejun’s naming—
“I’ll report them to Butler.”
Hihit. Detective Kapang will wipe them all out!
He was excited by the thought of handing over the list and being praised by Sejun.
“Heeheehee.”
He giggled and opened the envelope to check the date.
“One week from now. Hihit. Can’t wait.”
Smiling happily, Kkamang shifted his consciousness back into the dreamworld. If he woke up now, he’d blab everything to Sejun.
His awareness faded, and he drifted back into deep sleep.

The Next Morning.
“Everyone, time for breakfast!”
Sejun called the children and served breakfast.
And—
Chomp. Chomp.
As the kids quieted down while eating—
“Let’s eat too.”
Sejun and his companions began eating as well.
A typical morning.
However—
“Starting today, we’re playing the tile-flipping game.”
After breakfast, the daily routine changed slightly.
“Queng, lay them out.”
Queng!
At Sejun’s command, Queng pulled out 10,000 human-sized stone tiles from the subspace warehouse using telekinesis—
Thud! Thud! Thud!
—and laid them across the ground.
One side of each tile was painted red, the other blue, but all were laid blue side up.
Sejun had made these tiles at dawn, and Iona had dyed them with magic that morning.
Training should always be harsher than the real thing—so instead of light boards, they were using heavy stone tiles.
“And today, you’ll be playing with Teacher Theo. Flip the tiles over for 10 minutes—the team with more of their color showing wins, got it?”
“Yes!”
The kids responded with excited enthusiasm.
“You’ll be split into two teams: Teacher Theo vs. all of you. Theo’s color is red. Yours is blue. Got it?”
“Yes!”
“Hehe. It’s already blue, so we’ll win! Right?”
“Yeah! Plus, there’s more of us! If we split up and flip tiles, we’ll beat Teacher Theo easily!”
The kids devised strategies with confidence.
Hmph. Won’t be that easy.
Sejun smiled knowingly.
“All right, begin!”
“Puhuhut. Victory belongs to Teacher Theo, Vice Chairman-nya!”
Whoooosh.
At Sejun’s signal, a gust of wind blew—
Rustle.
And in just five seconds, all 10,000 tiles flipped to red.
“Puhuhut. Chairman Park, I did well, nya?!”
Theo, now perched on Sejun’s knee again, beamed proudly.
“No! We’ll lose at this rate!”
“Flip them back!”
The children, panicked, rushed to flip the tiles.
Thud! Thud!
Despite their small size, the kids weren’t weak—tiles flipped fast.
But once the entire field was blue again—
“Puhuhut.”
Whoosh.
Theo moved again, and the yard turned red in an instant.
Then—
“Waaaah~! I quit!”
“Teacher Theo is too strong! We can’t win!”
“I don’t wanna play...”
Overwhelmed by the difference in ability, the kids lost their will.
“Then shall I play with you?”
To restore morale, Sejun stepped in.
Moments later—
“Yay~! We won!”
“Teacher’s weak!”
“Come back after more practice, Teacher!”
Pant. Pant. Damn it...
The kids’ morale soared as Sejun’s crashed. What was he thinking going 1 vs. 15?
After being utterly defeated—
“Next up, Teacher Queng. Go get them!”
Avenge me!
They played against Queng next.
Queng!
Using telekinesis, Queng flipped the tiles and completely crushed the children.
And—
“Waaah~!”
Once again, they were demoralized.
“Teacher! Play with us!”
“Yeah! Join our team!”
“If you win, you’ll feel better!”
They rushed back to Sejun, begging for a rematch.
“I was going easy before. Not this time!”
Kihihit. Squeak!
[Hihit. Butler! The Great Kkamang-nim will help you!]
Sejun gave it his all with the Kkamang Family—but still...
Pant. Pant. We lost again...
Squeak...
[Butler... let’s stop now...]
Somehow, the training turned into special training for everyone—kids, Sejun, and even the Kkamang Family.

Forest of Creation.
[Hmph. I’ve searched all Level 5+ worlds, but found no hint for the fifth trial.]
Then it must be in a Level 4 or lower world?
As Flamy pondered—
Impressive.
The Statue of the Trial watched Flamy with pride. Never before had a tree candidate performed so well in the Trials of the Tree of Creation.
She had passed every trial in record time and with top scores.
And she began the fifth trial faster than any previous candidate.
Though she didn’t know it, Flamy was already undergoing the fifth trial. She was simply unaware.
This trial came with no instructions. She had to realize it herself.
And the challenge of the fifth trial?
Raise the world’s level 10 times.
It tested how well a candidate could nurture the world. With no guidance, it was an incredibly difficult task.
Most candidates spent a century just discovering what the fifth trial was.
Only then could the statue reveal the trial to them.
But—
To discover the undiscovered fifth trial in less than a year...
Flamy had done it.
Of course, this was thanks to Sejun once again.
A few days ago, when Sejun raised Earth’s level from 2 to 3, Flamy’s fifth trial quietly began.
Unbeknownst to him, Sejun was steadily making Flamy into a true Tree of Creation.
And so, Flamy’s fifth trial continued—quietly and flawlessly, step by step.
