Author's Note
This Chapter is more of a transition episode since I needed to show that everyone has returned and is beginning to build a magical village on Flamel Island. Honestly, I didn't want to drag out an entire Chapter just about that. Haha!
I know it might feel like the story's quality dipped a little, but not everything can be fun explosions and overwhelming action. Don't worry, I'm literally breaking my brain designing an exciting arc. I plan to include more fight scenes, but solo ones, because when everyone is together, coordinating it is a real headache.
Also, I'll start writing Chapters focused on individual characters, so they don't always have to be together all the time.
The next arc will be about building the village, but I promise it will be brief.

The Flamel family returned home after everything ended at Hogwarts. Obviously, they didn't feel like taking the Express; they simply went back with a portal from Stephen, regardless of whether anyone would have a complaint.
"What do we do now? That guy just vanished... like he never even existed," Tony said as he sat on the large sofa in the mansion's living room.
"Well, he said he was sealed. I suppose he's recovering his power," Stephen said while thinking slightly.
"Wait! Are you saying he's possibly stronger than what we saw?" Tony said quickly, staring intently at Stephen.
"I said 'I suppose'. Maybe he's just visiting acquaintances," Stephen replied quickly while shrugging his shoulders.
"I hope that's the case," Tony said with annoyance.
"Where did the idiot go?" Loki asked, looking around in all directions, not seeing Wanda nearby.
"I heard something about kidnapping a Gringotts goblin," Harry said softly.
"Great. Now we're going to have a war with the goblins," Tony said sarcastically, thinking about what his sister might do.
"She's excited about building the house where she'll live with Daphne, most likely," Natasha said with a smile.
"About that... Is it okay if I bring Hermione and her family to the island?" Harry asked a bit nervously, as suddenly all his siblings' eyes were on him, filled with interest and teasing. "In a few days, the Muggle world and the magical world will be separated. So, Hermione and her parents will have to come to this side. But you know how wizards are; they could be scorned for being Muggles, and that way here..."
"It's okay, Harry, calm down. You can let Hermione and her parents come," Perenelle said, appearing with a smile as she saw her grandson talking quickly, filled with nerves, while his other siblings teased him with their looks. "We should also invite the Weasley family. After all, the two little devils are Nico's students and friends of Stephen. Especially the youngest boy who's Harry's friend," she added quickly.
"Sure, I'll let Mr. Weasley know. I think he'll be quite happy to be near Grandpa," Stephen said as he walked outside.
"--------------------
"I'm not sure if this is okay, Stephen. Moving away from our home... you know," Molly said as Stephen talked to her about creating a new house on Flamel Island. "Especially since that's your grandparents' island. Moving there doesn't feel right."
"Relax, Mrs. Weasley. The island is huge; it could easily fit an entire village. Besides, it was Grandma's idea. She wants friendly and familiar families to have a safe place to take refuge," Stephen said while sitting in the Burrow's living room.
Hearing that, Molly was hesitant, as was Arthur. After all, they built this house with their own hands, on land the Weasley family had owned since their first child was born.
"What about this? I can create a secret portal that's connected to a house on Flamel Island. That way, you won't leave your home behind; it'll just feel like you've added another room... with a big garden," Stephen said, thinking aloud.
"Is that possible?" Arthur quickly asked, sounding interested.
"Yes, but you'll have to keep it a secret. The Ministry is already bothering me a lot about basic portals," Stephen replied quickly.
"That could solve the problem of leaving our home. What do you think, Molly?" Arthur said, trying to convince his wife.
"Mmm... Alright. It's for having a safe place. I can't say no if it's for the good of our family," Molly said, reluctantly giving in.
"Great. Now we can go and bother the boss and the others more often," the twins said, having been listening to everything while hiding behind the couch.
"You two stop eavesdropping on conversations that don't concern you," Molly said angrily.
"Obviously, it concerns us, mother. It's our new home," they said, both starting to argue with their mother.
"Well, I'll be off then. I need to give the same invitation to a few more people," Stephen said as he stood up.
"Sure, Stephen. Let us know if you need help," Arthur said, smiling as he bid him farewell.
After that, Stephen had the same conversation with the families of his friends and acquaintances.
Among them were Lee Jordan, Angelina Johnson, and other students. Also included were Amelia Bones, the Tonks family, and Sirius.
Most of them hesitated a bit, but Stephen made them the same offer as the Weasley family: they could connect their homes to the houses on Flamel Island and treat the island as a safe place.
Obviously, with so many portals to the island, it could pose an open danger, so Stephen planned to design a way that only people with permission could pass through the portal.
"I think we're creating some sort of private magical village," Stephen mused aloud.

Good morning and welcome to this week's magical news.
Under the new martial law proposed by the Confederation of Magic, the magical and muggle worlds have been forced to separate even more than they already were. This decision has sparked unrest in various magical ministries around the world, where muggle families have been protesting vehemently against being forced to leave their homes. Those who do not comply with this regulation will lose access to the magical world. In many of our magical towns, all sorts of barriers have been erected to prevent anyone who isn't a witch or wizard from entering.
Currently, the Floo Network is the only authorized form of transportation, causing numerous issues due to severe congestion.
Fortunately, the displaced families have received a glimmer of hope thanks to MagicTech, the company that owns the largest amusement park in the world and various magical facilities. They have offered free accommodation in their hotels and spas, a gesture that has greatly eased the housing crisis faced by the English Ministry of Magic, though some suspect this altruism has other intentions.
The future of this division remains uncertain. The Confederation of Magic has remained silent in response to press inquiries, claiming that all of this is being done to ensure the population's safety, though it is unclear what threats justify such measures. Minister Fudge, on the other hand, has issued several public statements urging the Confederation to lift martial law, calling their actions excessive. freewēbnoveℓ.com
Fudge has particularly condemned the separation of the magical and muggle worlds, emphasizing that the English Ministry of Magic has worked together with the muggle government on numerous occasions. He has even hinted that if this situation persists, England might consider breaking away from the Confederation of Magic.
In response, the Confederation has stressed the importance of allocating resources to relocate and feed the displaced wizards rather than engaging in pointless political power struggles. This statement did not sit well with Minister Fudge, who has launched a campaign to convince other ministers to join his cause and demand a vote.
On another note, the Triwizard Tournament, which hadn't been held for centuries, ended with a shocking operation led by Aurors under the orders of Amelia Bones. During the event, an ambush allowed them to capture 13 Death Eaters who had responded to the call of the Dark Lord. However, some managed to escape, and now "Wanted" posters are everywhere. Bones also announced the arrest of several leaders of the so-called "Snatchers" thanks to collaborative efforts with bounty hunters. Despite these successes, at least five fugitives managed to escape, taking advantage of the intervention of werewolves and vampires.
During a press conference, Amelia Bones stated:
"We have captured 13 Death Eaters, and their families are being investigated to determine if they were accomplices. We also arrested several Snatcher leaders with the help of bounty hunters. Unfortunately, five managed to escape due to the appearance of dark creatures."
When a reporter asked her about the Confederation and Minister Fudge's handling of the situation, Bones replied:
"Without having access to all the information, I will reserve my comments. However, I can say that I was there when dark creatures emerged from everywhere. If the Confederation believes we are facing a real danger, I will act with caution. That's all."
Finally, the presenter concluded:"This has been this week's magical news. Thank you for joining us. See you in our next broadcast."
