The seemingly calm space started to crumble as an aged figure clad in pristine robes emerged. The Aged expert maintained a solemn expression while taking several steps forward.

Staring at Su Kun, the Aged expert nodded slightly before turning to stare at the hidden Five Links Ridge below.

Su Kun was shocked by the appearance of the Aged expert and her gaze twisted slightly and her expression turned slightly unnatural. “Senior, you...”

Finally, the Aged expert decided to speak. A hoarse voice rang through the air. “I separated a portion of my Void Origin and created a projection. I left it with my disciple and they’re currently in the Heavenly Lake Elysium.”

True Immortal Su Kun revealed a look of enlightenment. However, she didn’t think that the appearance of the Aged expert’s projection would cause too much deviations in her original plan and she chuckled softly, “Looks like you care a lot about your junior for you to send a projection in with them...”

The Aged expert was none other than True Immortal Chong Shan of the Emptiness Drifting Mountain. He turned to stare at True Immortal Su Kun before muttering in an indifferent voice, “I already have one foot in the grave and there’s no need for me to have too many concerns. As soon as she took a single step, the void in the distance started to peel open again as True Immortal Chong Shan returned. He stared at her with an expressionless face.

She couldn’t help but stop as she turned to look at True Immortal Chong Shan with a smile. “Senior, did you manage to catch the rat that escaped?”

Glowering in disappointment, True Immortal Chong Shan growled, “They probably passed through the heavenly screen and escaped into the vast sea of stars...”

True Immortal Su Kun gasped in shock. “How... How is that possible? Were they using rank six talismans?!”

Still shaking his head, True Immortal Chong Shan didn’t respond. However, a strange look could be seen in his eyes.

In the next second, True Immortal Tang Yu’s voice rang through the skies. “Senior Sister Su, hurry and stop the person who escaped! He stole the Heaven Supporting Jade Pillar!”

Su Kun wasn’t the only one who was shocked by the news. Even true Immortal Chong Shan was in disbelief at what just happened.

After he spoke, he turned to leave. However, he paused for a moment before tilting his head in her direction again. “Right. I forgot to remind you. There seems to be quite a few little rats in the Elysium. True Immortal Tang Yu, you better not get overconfident and mess this up!”

True Immortal Tang Yu gnashed her teeth and spat, “There’s no need for you to worry about me. Please take your leave whenever you like. I won’t be seeing you out!”

True Immortal Chong Shan’s projection took a single step and turned into a streak of light that flew out of the Heavenly Lake Elysium. All that was left behind was Shan Yunchao’s lifeless body.

The lustrous mist started to condense once again as a figure stepped out and started walking towards everyone below.

Lou Zhe and Dai Yikong revealed looks of fear as they started running in different directions, only to hear True Immortal Tang Yu’s mocking laughter echoing behind them.

However, it was quickly replaced by her loud gasp. Lou Zhe and Dai Yikong turned to stare at where they had left and discovered Huang Yu had already disappeared.

True Immortal Tang Yu’s voice boomed in their minds the next moment. “What is the name of your companion? How did he leave this place?!”
