" That’s enough!" The Zombie king flinched when he heard an angry voice.

’ W-What?’ but it’s consciousness clicked when it realized that the voice sounded nothing like his majesty.

It’s ghoulish flaming eyes flickered when it saw who it was.

" You dare command me?" The zombie kings chilling voice said to Emilia who had walked through the group of women to come before him.

" Can’t you see that they’re frightened!" Emilia had no fear, standing face to face with the Lvl 3 undead.

" His Majesty clearly came here to save them. Not cause them harm, are you trying to go against his majesty’s orders?" She replied back, squinting her eyes at the end.

" W-What are you saying, I would never–" the zombie king stuttered. Her sudden accusing words frightened it more than it already was.

" And who said he was going against my orders." An icy aura suddenly pressed down on the vampire, forcing her to her knees.

Everyone instinctively glanced at the creature sitting on the throne with its chin propped up with a clenched fist.

The zombie king felt a wave of relief wash over it when it realized that the pressure was only aimed at the vampire instead of itself.

Emilia stared at Su Ping with dumbfounded eyes, struggling to understand why he’d done this. Her teeth clenched tightly as she struggled to resist the pressure on her knees.

" ARGH!" She chocked when the pressure increased even more, forcing her down on all fours.

" Hmm?" Su Pings expression darkened when he felt another magical pressure clashing with his, reducing the burden on Emilia.

" I think you’ve proven your point." The Wolf King stared at Su Ping with a flat look that secretly irked the draconian.

" Oh? I don’t recall ever asking for your opinion." Emilia winced when the pressure came back, forcing her to accidentally bite her tongue but that very pressure decreased once more right after.

The Wolf King calmly approached Emilia, the closer she got, the lesser the pressure the vampire felt.

" I’m sorry if I spoke out of turn then, but I was simply worried that you’d end up spending too much time here than you should." She sighed before smiling lightly. " I know that you’d rather be by her side than here if you could."

" S-Shut your mouth! What do you know about his majesty." The earlier frightened zombie king saw this as an opportunity and managed to muster up a bit of courage to talk down on the Wolf King.

"...?!!" It’s eyes trembled the next moment when a white haired figure materialized Infront of it as if an illusion coming to life, right after, it’s perception seemed to disintegrate like multiple falling blocks.

The Wolf King stared coldly at the zombie king who’s body had crumbled like diced radish before bursting in ghoulish green flames.

The Wolf King turned to glance back at Su Ping who’s gaze had never once left her. The both of them simply stared at each other in silence. The air growing stiffer and stiffer, the atmosphere became so tense that even the remaining zombie kings began to feel a bit pressured as if everyone were nothing but ants in the presence of two deadly beasts sizing each other up.

Emilia’s eyes glanced around in surprise when all the human women behind her all dropped onto the ground unconscious the next moment.

" Have some soldiers drop them off near the city. They should be able to find there way back from there."

’ I’ve already tampered with their memories so they should all be able to live their normal lives, although I’m not sure about they’re bodies... After all they’ve been to, they’re sure to react instinctively to some things...’ He said to himself before his body turned into a blur and vanished.

Emilia let out a breath of relief the moment his presence vanished completely.

" Thank you." She stared at the Wolf King with gratitude.

The Wolf King simply glanced at her before glancing at the unconscious women.

" Oh, ok, I’ll do it right now." She smiled weakly before getting up on her feet.

" No." The Wolf King placed a hand on her shoulder, she shook her head lightly. " You need to get home and rest." She said before glancing at the zombie kings.

" Be sure to take care of every single one of those humans... Bear in mind that we’re currently staying with his majesty in the human city, if I learn that so much as a single one of them is hurt..." He voice trailed of at the end yet all the zombie kings who were currently terrified, understood the hidden meaning behind her words.

" Please leave it to us! Ma’am!" They all said in unison before getting to work.

Emilia stared at the scene with a bitter smile, thinking to herself that she would one day love to see them behaving in such a way with her instead.

" What are you smiling for? Let’s go." The Wolf King snapped her out of her thoughts.

" Go? Go where?"

" Where to of course?" The Wolf King said. " Are you trying to annoy him even more by making him wait."

’ B-But he already left? Why would he be waiting for us?’ Emilia tried to sense Su Pings aura only then did she realize her counterpart wasn’t lying because she easily sensed him through the bond, just a few miles away, and he seemed to be stationary.

" But why is he waiting for us? I thought he’d already gone home?" Emilia said, while keeping up with the Wolf King from behind.

" You really aren’t that bright are you..." The Wolf King gave her a pitiful stare, while maintaining her speed. " Why would he leave when he promised her that we’d all return together?"

" I don’t like it but I have to admit... He seems to cherish her more than he does anyone." The Wolf King smiled bitterly. " Why else do you think the both of us are still in one piece without a single scar."
