“Li Hao should understand this...” Red Dust murmured. “Unless he intends to turn this area into a battlefield and is concerned about affecting the people... That is only reason why he is choosing to evacuate them. Therefore, he wants to conduct the final confrontation here...”

He quickly laid out a map of Skystar Dynasty and compared it to the cities that Li Hao had announced for migration today. The young man was starting from the eastern perimeter, and this was only the beginning.

Red Dust sank into deep thought. The day the young man ceased moving the cities might be the day he marched against Barren. That would be the decisive battle. So why... was he delaying that showdown?

Hence, a body of one thousand meters is nothing at all! Today, I will move the city into the East Sea. There is no need for the residents to fear!”

Massive dragons manifested over Li Hao’s body—dao meridians. Thirty-six immense dragons emerged in a split second and the giant city started shaking.

The dragons burrowed underground, causing the city to tremble without pause. Some of the residents started to panic.

Li Hao’s voice rang out once more as he addressed the residents in the city. “There is no need to be worried, do not panic! You are all cultivators, is there a need to react this way? The Inspectorate, Night Watchers, and militia of the city will help maintain peace and order during this period of time!

“Kill anyone who takes advantage of this occurrence to make trouble! Who dares cause unrest while I am here??”

The city immediately quieted down at these words. The massive giant looked down over the metropolis and the world. Everyone swallowed hard. Who dared shout and yell after those commands?

As everyone was agog with shock, the city slowly rose into the air. Thirty-six giant dragons roared and growled from the effort.

All of Skystar Dynasty watched on with shock as the unbelievably huge city rose into the air. It remained intact and looked the same as before, but it was hovering off the ground. The dirt beneath had been dug clean and groundwater immediately began filling the hole. Where the city once stood was now a dark crater.

Li Hao grunted and raised both arms. There were multiple powerhouses in the surroundings, helping stabilize the city. However, the sky canopies only broadcasted Li Hao and the floating city.

Silence reigned beneath the heavens!

What was that?!

A god??

Were the gods this powerful? How could that possibly be a human being?

“Cultivate well.” Li Hao’s voice echoed throughout the world. “A new dao is upon us. I have only opened thirty-six dao meridians, which means 360 acupoints. That is only ninth level Sun and Moon! Everyone can reach this level, there is no need for shock and awe!

“These dragons are the manifestation of my dao meridians. Everyone can be a dragon and everyone will possess such immense strength. Today, we move the city into the sea. The five continents will be one soon!”

Li Hao charged into motion with his two hands holding a city high. He ran straight for the East Sea! The city in his hands erupted with cheers!

Due to its proximity to Barren Dynasty, the city’s residents had been worried about Barren trampling them. But today, their home truly was being moved away. Shock and excitement flooded their hearts upon seeing the city float in the air today.

There would be no more threat from Barren Dynasty. Meanwhile, they were accompanying a city as it flew through the air! How incredible!

They soon passed by another city; countless residents of the latter cheered and hollered on the ground. Although the city overhead blocked the sun, casting them into darkness, no one reacted negatively.

“The commander is mighty!” whooped countless people with glee. There were even an innumerable amount worshipping the figure overhead. Was that even a human being? Could people undertake such tasks just by cultivating to thirty-six dao meridians? They just needed to open 360 acupoints?

Some of them had opened seven or eight acupoints. It seemed very easy and thus, 360 seemed to be within reach.

They hadn’t been that enthused about cultivating before, but this stunning scene deeply branded itself into many people’s hearts. They simply thought that Li Hao was so magnificent that he did not seem to be human.

They needed to cultivate!

That thought firmly imprinted itself in their minds. Cultivate! They would be able to move cities at 360 acupoints, how amazing was that?

When Li Hao reached the East Sea, the massive city slowly lowered down. It settled with a thud, the city trembling once as it hovered over the waters. The young man immediately squashed the towering waves that it drew. A tremendous metropolis quietly settled into place.

In reality, landing the city was not so simple a process. Multiple powerhouses were suppressing the sea beneath it to keep it from raging out of control, coordinating their efforts with those keeping the city in one piece. When all was said and done, Li Hao felt something different—faith!

He could sense the makings of a myth and the ripples of the great dao!

When he fought Divine Nation, he’d wanted to borrow the strength of the people. However, he was quickly defeated by the Moon God that day. After that, he gave up on the thought and no longer pursued that course of action.

He would not borrow from the people again because he knew how unreliable that was!

But after moving a city, he found that all of the Hao Cosmos seemed to be shaking. Not only that, but heavenly will gathered over Li Hao’s head. It trembled like it was cheering as well.

The will of the people was the manifestation of the heavenly will. It also affected the heavenly will when everyone fervently believed in a person. It was just relocating a city, but the effect of such an action was better than anything Li Hao could’ve done.

Rolling out education reforms, raising the literacy rate, handing out seeds, sending out grain, repelling enemies, razing enemy nations... All of that was a little ordinary and far removed from the people. Only in this moment in which Li Hao used only his power to move a city, did that completely overcome all of Skystar.
