STRIKER: Independent Beast Tamer-Chapter 48: Part 2: Left everyone speechless
Jeremy replied, "Yes. I have one more beast head to submit."
After saying that, he took out the huge Tier-3 Decapitated Head of the Ground Snake Beast from the storage ring and placed it on the desk, the space was not enough.
Creak!
The table cracked under the weight of the Tier-3 Decapitated Head.
"This!"
"Tier-3 Corrupted Beast’s Head," the middle-aged man uttered in shock.
Gasp!

A loud collective gasp sounded. The aura of the Tier-3 Head caused a storm in everyone’s heart. The first-year students’ faces were written with horror and shock.
May Lindsey’s slim body trembled. Her gaze was fixed on the huge head of the Tier-3 Ground Snake Beast. For a second, she felt it was unreal.
Victor Scott was stunned. Huge waves went off in his heart. Looking at the almost lifelike snake pupils, he shuddered.
"It’s really fresh. Did you hunt it?" the middle-aged man asked. He couldn’t explain the shock he was feeling right now. A first-year Beast Tamer had taken down Tier-3 Corrupted Beasts, whose strength had almost reached the peak.
"Yes, I have hunted it. I can show you its remains," I answered with a confident smile.
"Come with me and show the location," the middle-aged Captain said before taking Jeremy Night to the location.
It all happened within a few seconds.
Gasp!
Another collective exclamation occurred as everyone heard the conversation between the two.
All the Department Representatives were astounded. They were expecting A-Grade Talent Jeremy Night to do well, but this overturned their cognition for a second.
The Department Instructors were in a state of shock as well. They looked at each other with confusion because they knew that all Tier-3 Corrupted Beasts and above had been cleared out before the competition.
"Underground Tunnel," the Elemental Department Instructor stated.
Hearing that, a look of understanding dawned on everyone’s face. Everyone knew Jeremy Night had gone to the Underground Tunnel to hunt.
The only possible place overlooked by the University Patrol Team was the Underground Tunnel. Now they understood why the Captain had taken Jeremy Night with him.
He wanted to confirm with his own eyes. If it was true, then it was their Team’s oversight. If the Tier-3 Corrupted Ground Snake had appeared outside tonight, there would have been a lot of casualties.
Jeremy Night had saved many lives by killing the Tier-3 Corrupted Beast. The faces of the Medicine Department and other lower Department Instructors were filled with fear.
They had missed such a hidden danger lurking in the Tunnel. Now they felt more thankful to Jeremy. Not only them, but some of the Beast Tamers also realized the danger of facing a Tier-3 Corrupted Beast at night.
"How is this possible?" Petra was shocked to the core. She couldn’t explain what was happening. How had Jeremy Night killed a Tier-3 Corrupted Beast?
Then she suddenly thought of something. Before leaving City C, she had heard from her father that Jeremy Night had saved the people living at the Western Lake Settlement.
Her father had mentioned that Jeremy had possibly encountered a Tier-3 Black Wolf threatening that place. But there was no concrete information about that, so they had ignored it.
But now that she recalled it, she thought that information might have been true. Otherwise, it was difficult to explain Jeremy’s combat strength to defeat a Tier-3 Corrupted Beast all of a sudden.
Levy Glass’s smile was ironic, but his inward feelings were different. He had heard the piece of news from his father back at home. At that time, he had made fun of it. He never thought that could be possible.
Now, seeing the decorated head of the Tier-3 Snake Beast, he sighed inwardly.
On the other hand, Jacob and Ariel were speechless. They kept looking at the Tier-3 Corrupted Beast. For the Instructors, the Tier-3 Corrupted Beast was nothing. They could kill it with a snap of their fingers.
But it was different when it came to someone who had awakened his talent recently.
"I guess this was the surprise he wanted to show us," Ariel said with a smile.
"It’s not a surprise but a shock. His performance sidelines two S-Graders," Jacob commented with an incredulous smile on his face.
"Wait!"
"The virtual screen is on!"
Someone shouted from the crowd. Then they saw the Attack Department Instructor turning on the Virtual Screen.
Buzz!
A huge virtual screen appeared showing the image of the Captain and Jeremy Night. They were standing in the street looking at the Draining Cover.
Meanwhile,
"It’s the entrance," Jeremy Night said.
"Okay," the Captain replied.
Jeremy didn’t know whether there were remains. They could have been eaten by other Beasts. He had only killed Corrupted Beasts that attacked him.
He didn’t know how many of them were hiding deep inside.
"Let’s go inside," the Captain said before opening the cover.
He then removed the cover before going down first.
Jeremy Night followed him in as well.
When they touched down, Jeremy led him to a location that was a few steps away from the cover.
Shortly afterwards,
They saw half of the remains of a Tier-3 Ground Snake Corrupted Beast. The body showed traces of having been eaten by other Corrupted Beasts.
The Captain’s eyes fell on the neck region, which had traces as well. But he could see the sign of the head being severed by a sharp blade.
"Are you a sword user?" he asked without turning back.
"I use a Katana," Jeremy replied, taking out the black katana to show him.
"These are indeed the blade marks. It’s unbelievable to think you managed to kill it," the Captain said with a sigh.
"I have killed Tier-3 Beasts before," I replied nonchalantly.
"What?" the Captain was dumbfounded.
Hearing that, Jeremy started explaining about the Tier-3 Black Wolf posing a threat to the Western Lake Settlement back then.
A few minutes later,
The Captain sighed again. Now, he understood the reason behind the confidence of this young man.
"A-Grade Talent!"
"It can be called S-Grade Talent," the Captain gave him high praise.
"Let’s go and show it to others. They will be shocked," the Captain said with a grin.
Jeremy smiled in response as well.
