Strongest Necromancer System-Chapter 616: The Queen’s Morning
Anyone who tried to harm Queen Hesabeth would receive punishment from the world, and anyone who tried to kill Queen Hesabeth would be killed by the world. The world didn’t care about how it carried out this action. Just to protect this one woman, the world would even eradicate entire legions without any hesitation at all! And this was exactly what happened a long time ago when the world of Minori was about to be invaded by a parallel world that wanted to take control of their trade routes. The invading army had been crossing a large ocean to reach Minori, but a freak storm that came out of nowhere and killed off more than five hundred thousand soldiers! The leader of the invading world had also been caught in the storm, and after his death, Queen Hesabeth had taken control of that world without needing to send out even a single soldier!
It was a terrifying concept, and the fact that there was no way ot understand how Hesabeth’s powers actually worked drove away many of the mages that would have otherwise attempted to take control of the seventh Domain. Fighting against an enemy you do not understand was no different from throwing yourself on a sword and committing suicide.
So as of this moment, the seventh domain was regarded as not only one of the most prosperous Domains in the Primordial Expanse, but also one of the most peaceful. There had been no wars since the Period of Lawlessness, and there were no dangerous creatures attempting to take control of any of the worlds. And the world of Minori was at the epicenter of this peace. The Minori were creatures with a great similarity to humans; their world was also known as Minori, and it was a lavish landscape that combined nature and science in a way that the humans on Earth could only dream of. There were large hanging cities built into the mountain sides and massive towering cities on the ground that were surrounded by forests and lakes. In the center of the world was the largest city known as Esaton, and it had a massive castle in the center where Queen Hesabeth lived. Inside the castle, guards and servants could be seen going about their day quickly. The day had just started, and they knew that it would be time for this queen to wake up soon, so they had to make sure everything was perfect before she did!
Three short creatures walked down the hall of the castle. They were so short that it wouldn’t be out of place to call them dwarves, but their outfits prevented anyone from seeing what they truly looked like. The three dwarves wore a red, blue and yellow coat respectively with a hood that covered their heads and cast a shadow over their faces so that the only thing visible was the light from their golden eyes. The dwarf wearing the blue hood had a tray of food in its hand, and even though they were moving quickly, the dwarf managed to make sure the tray remained completely still. The servants and guards made way as the dwarves moved forward, and it wasn’t long before the dwarves reached a long hallway that ended in a pair of large, ornate golden doors. The dwarf in red stood underneath the door handle, and the dwarf in yellow climbed on its shoulder and placed its hand against a rectangular area on the door before sending mana through it.
Click!
The sound of the door clicking open echoed through the hall, and the three dwarves made their way into the room. The inside of the room was even more elaborate than the rest of the castle. And it was obvious that everything had been made using the finest materials! The floor was a glossy wooden material that felt warm under the feet even on the coldest days. There was a large window on the opposite side of the room that faced the east and allowed the rays of the rising sun to illuminate the room, and in the center of the room was a large Queen-sized bed with white curtains surrounding it.
The dwarf in red looked around and made sure there was nothing out of place in the room before it snapped its fingers in a special pattern that made the white curtains unravel to reveal the woman sleeping on the bed behind them. Hesabeth looked like an angel. She was lying perfectly still on her side with her hand under her head and a peaceful expression on her face. She wore only a thin silk nightgown that was translucent enough to show that she didn’t have any underwear on, and her fair skin shone with a divine radiance from the sunlight leaking through the curtains. This was a sight that any man would kill just to glimpse even once, but if any man saw this sight, then there was no doubt that it would be the last thing they ever saw, since Hesabeth would have them put to death immediately.
Hesabeth grimaced slightly when she felt the sun on her face, and the dwarf in red got on the bed and shook her softly while muttering something unintelligible.
"Gabbugabbugabbu."
The creature’s muttering made Hesabeth groan, and it wasn’t long before she finally opened her golden yellow eyes and glared at the dwarf who had woken her up.
"Gabbu."
The dwarf turned to the side as another dwarf brought the tray of food and put it in front of Hesabeth, and Hesabeth let out a small yawn as she sat up gently and rubbed her eyes. She then pat the red hooded dwarf on the head, and she waved them away as she sat up to face her meal. Each move she made was measured and perfect from years of practice, and as she ate with poise, she watched the three dwarves using magic to clean up the room. They got rid of the white curtains and dusted the walls and floor before mopping everything and drying it in less than ten seconds, and by the time she was done with her meal, the entire room was spotless. Hesabeth climbed off the bed and walked with bare feet towards the bathroom. She allowed her silk nightgown to fall off her shoulders to revel smooth, unblemished skin, and a perfect figure that would attract the gaze of any man, and she stepped out of the nightgown as she continued to the bathroom. One of the dwarves collected the gown and the others followed Hesabeth into the bathroom to help her clean up.
A few minutes later, Hesabeth let out a small sigh as she leaned into her large bath. She stared at the ceiling with a faraway look, and not for the first time that morning, she felt her mind travelling towards a certain man.
’I wonder if he attained his goal.’
Hesabeth felt a smile spreading on her face as she thought about Jason, and an image of his defiant eyes and scornful expression came to her mind. She closed her legs and sank deeper into her bath as she felt something flutter in her stomach. How strange. This was not the first time she would feel attraction to a man, but this was the first time that attraction had lasted for this long. Hesabeth had met many great men in her time as Queen, and many of them had been very handsome, but she had never accepted any of them as her partner because she could see in their eyes that they didn’t see her true self. They only exalted her due to the influence of her Primordial Bias. Speaking to those men was no different from speaking to a puppet under her string, and none of them had been able to look at her the way Jason did. They didn’t have that defiant glare in their eyes as they spoke to her, or that sarcastic tilt in their voice as they traded subtle jabs. Hesabeth could bend those men to her will whenever she wanted, and that was not a relationship she wanted. But Jason was different from those men, and Hesabeth couldn’t deny that she wanted Jason badly.
