Music Recommendation: Good For You by Selena Gomez ft. A$AP Rocky.

......

"I have a surprise for you," Celeste said as they stepped into the elevator back at his pent house.

She pressed the button for the floor above their room, a secretive smile playing on her lips. Dominic leaned back, studying her with quiet intensity.

For a moment, he simply watched her, then he pushed away from the wall and pulled her against himself.

"I want you," he breathed against her neck before pressing a deep kiss there. "Can the surprise wait?"

Celeste’s lips curved as she tilted her head, granting him access. "No," she whispered, her voice low, and teasing.

Dominic shrugged off his jacket in one swift motion, letting it fall, and his mouth trailed down her bare back down to the low part of it.

"Dominic..." she gasped, her voice breaking into a moan.

The elevator chimed sharply, cutting her off.

Dominic straightened at once, his composure snapping back into place. His lips curved into a knowing smile as his eyes lingered on her.

The elevator doors slid open with a soft chime, the polished steel parting slowly. Celeste stepped out first, her gown trailing in a sweep of red against the muted gold of the hallway. 𝓯𝓻𝒆𝙚𝒘𝓮𝙗𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝒍.𝙘𝓸𝙢

She didn’t look back at him, not immediately. She let the weight of anticipation string between them.

Dominic followed, his eyes burning holes into her back. His strides were long, quiet, and predatory. His jacket was still draped over her shoulders. The fabric slipped down just enough to show glimpses of bare skin he couldn’t stop staring at.

Her heels clicked in perfect rhythm, and her hips swayed so diligently. Dominic’s hand flexed once at his side. He wanted to grab her, to pull her into him, and to end the suspense she was weaving with every step.

Celeste had told him no—the surprise couldn’t wait. So he let her lead, even though every muscle in him screamed to take control.

At the door, she paused. Her fingers toyed with the keycard, teasing the lock but not slipping it in yet. She tilted her head, her lashes brushing her cheeks as she glanced at him over her shoulder.

The look in her eyes was a dare, velvet-wrapped and merciless.

"Are you ready for me?" she asked softly.

Dominic’s jaw tightened, the curve of his lips dipping into a dangerous smirk. "For you?" he said, voice low, and deliberate, "Always."

She swiped the key card, the lock clicked, and the door opened.

And then, there was darkness.

A subtle glow came from sconces along the walls, purple and black lights casting shadows that moved like smoke. The air itself was thick, and perfumed faintly with sandalwood.

Dominic stepped inside and stilled.

It wasn’t a room. It was a world.

The walls were lined with silk-draped shelves, boxes closed and waiting, and velvet curtains hiding corners that promised mysteries.

Against one side, an entire wall gleamed with polished steel fittings, leather straps and cuffs gleaming like art.

Across from it, a bed stood in the center, dressed in black silk sheets and a canopy of deep purple that spilled down like midnight.

On the mattress, tools of temptation were scattered deliberately. Soft leather, coils of ribbon, feathers black as raven wings, and boxes he knew weren’t empty.

Dominic’s throat went dry.

His gaze swept slowly, devouring every detail with the precision of a man cataloging both beauty and danger. He took a step forward, then another. The silence of his movements was louder than anything words could have been.

Celeste stayed by the door, leaning lightly against the frame. Her eyes never left him. She studied his reaction with the kind of calmness.

"Celeste," Dominic finally said, his voice lower than it had been all night. He sounded extremely raw. "What is this?"

Her lips curved. She slipped the jacket from her shoulders, letting it fall to the floor without ceremony. The red gown bared her skin to the purple glow, and her figure melted perfectly into the decadent dark.

"This," she said, walking toward him slowly. Her hips swayed with intention, "is the surprise I have for you. And tonight, it’s finally prepared, and ours."

Dominic turned his head, watching her every step like a starving man watching a feast laid out just beyond his reach. She stopped just before him, close enough that her perfume tangled with the air, but not close enough to touch.

His hand rose on instinct, brushing a stray lock of hair from her cheek. His eyes had already caught on something else.

His eyes caught a feather. Black, and delicate, waiting like it had been placed there for his hand alone.

Dominic reached for it, his long fingers curling around the stem with a reverence that didn’t match the sharp smirk on his lips. He turned it once between his fingers, studying the soft plume, then lifted his gaze back to her.

Celeste’s breath caught when he lowered it to her skin.

The feather touched her back, just above the line of her gown. Slowly, and deliberately, he traced it down her spine. She shivered, her body betraying the calm control she once wore.

Dominic’s eyes darkened, satisfaction threading through his smirk as he watched the ripple of sensation move through her body.

"You planned this," he murmured, his voice rough silk.

"For us," she whispered softly, though her voice broke faintly when the feather brushed lower, teasing her nerves into fire.

Dominic chuckled under his breath. The sound came out deep, dangerous, and pleasing. He let the feather trail away, but his hand replaced it. His palm was warm and solid against her back.

Then his gaze shifted, catching on the wall of straps. His eyes narrowed, scanning the meticulous arrangement, and the gleam of polished leather and steel. His smirk returned, sharper now, and edged with a feeling close to awe.

"Celeste," he said slowly, his hand tightening slightly on her waist, "you’ve outdone yourself."

She tilted her head, her red lips curving wider. "Do you like it?"

His laugh was low, dark, and dangerous. He leaned closer, his lips brushing the shell of her ear as he whispered, "I love it. And I’m not sure if I should worship you for it... or ruin you inside it."

Celeste shivered again, her fingers curling against his chest as she smiled up at him. Her smile came out as a challenge and a surrender.

"Why not," she whispered back, "do both?"

Dominic stilled. Then he laughed, deep and husky, before his mouth crushed against hers.
