Chapter 2290: Chapter 2288: The Indestructible Existence Form of the Human Species

As everyone explained the situation of the First Heaven and the Second Heaven to Peter Brown, he finally understood why he always felt that many settings within the First Heaven were so similar to the Second Heaven, and even surpassed the knowledge of the Second Heaven. It turned out that a Great Powerholder named Pangu had early on established these settings, hoping that the people of the First Heaven would surpass the Second Heaven in knowledge and insight sooner.

Peter Brown held deep respect for this Great Powerholder named Pangu, as he was truly someone who wanted the Human Clan to grow stronger.

Thinking of the legendary Pangu on Earth, Peter Brown had a strong feeling that it should be the same person.

However, how did the people on Earth know it was Pangu?

Everything was a mystery, yet there was no need to investigate further. For the Human Clan, the First Heaven was their foundation, and without it, the extinction of the Human Clan was not far off.

Seeing Peter Brown in deep thought, Imani White sighed and said, "I heard there are still a few people at the Breeding Layer of Our Human Tribe, but unfortunately, they have always been sent on tasks. They are among the strongest of Our Human Tribe."

Peter Brown shook his head secretly; they were only at the Fourth Layer. Even if such people came back, what could they really accomplish? Faced with those mindful races, they could hardly make any impact.

"How many of the Human Clan are there in the Second Heaven now?" Peter Brown asked.

Sighing bitterly, Imani White replied, "Our Human Tribe has only about a thousand people here, with only a few able to enter the sects, but sadly, not a single Nascent Soul stage cultivator among them."

"How could that be!"

Peter Brown was a bit shocked; he never expected the Human Clan to have dwindled to such small numbers.

Thinking of the First Heaven when there were so many people just on Earth, Peter Brown had a strong sense of crisis.

"By the way, there’s a land of the Phantom Realm in the First Heaven; what’s with the people there?"

Peter Brown felt his mind getting a bit confused.

"The Phantom Realm actually exists as a form of consciousness; the people there lack physical bodies. Those bodies are merely metamorphosed, or it’s a matter of perception. If you look with a Vertical Eye, you should see that they are merely People of the Luminous Bodies."

So that’s it!

Even though Peter Brown’s vision was awesome, he did not possess the ability of the Vertical Eye in the First Heaven. He felt that his eyes were even more powerful than the Vertical Eye, yet he still hadn’t seen the light bodies.

Ariella Mitchell said, "I’ve understood the cultivation techniques of the Phantom Realm. Their cultivation is actually a body growth process. Once they grow a physical body, they can naturally transform into people of substance and enter the First Heaven."

Got it!

Peter Brown recalled how he felt when he broke out at the time; indeed, he had a sensation of body growth. It turned out to be such a situation all along.

Imani White shook her head and said, "Pangu’s original intention was to create a Phantom Realm where the beings formed from luminous consciousness would possess even greater analytical and comprehension abilities. They could abandon everything to learn and grow through learning—this was a secret of Our Human Clan. Pangu hoped to devise a cultivation technique suitable for luminous beings so that such people could grow rapidly."

At this point, Imani White sighed again.

Ariella Mitchell added, "Yes, everything was supposed to proceed in secret, but suddenly, Pangu was ambushed by someone. I sense a conspiracy is involved. Perhaps the setup of the Phantom Realm among our Human Clan was leaked, and the strong ones of the Second Heaven did not want such occurrences to happen."

The Phantom Realm originated under such circumstances!

Peter Brown realized that this matter had once again led him to incorrect speculations. He always thought the Phantom Realm was of little use, merely a place for fun, never suspecting that it was the true secret place of the Human Clan.

Considering that he came from the Phantom Realm and had grown so rapidly, Peter Brown even discovered that in several crucial moments of his growth, he acquired some kind of knowledge he couldn’t comprehend. In hindsight, these were perhaps settings Pangu had designed in secret.

Perhaps Pangu’s setup had not yet fully formed or succeeded, but through his series of accidental encounters, he indeed emerged from the Phantom Realm.

"Wondering whether the people inside the Phantom Realm, as luminous beings, exist forever?"

Peter Brown suddenly asked a question he had been pondering.

Imani White replied, "The Phantom Realm is set with a reincarnation program. It is certain that luminous beings are indestructible. However, to ensure each reincarnation retains some crucial knowledge, it is set so they can reincarnate, sealing the previous memories within the luminous form. Only when they grow a physical body and exit the Phantom Realm will the memories return."

Peter Brown’s expression changed, asking, "If that’s the case, they will have various different lives upon reincarnation. When they grow a physical body, how will they face that?"

"This was considered when the setup was made. I heard that during reincarnation, if a new living environment is encountered, the original luminous form will retain the experienced memory content and split off a luminous body to partake in new societal developments. If, when a physical body grows, they have profound memories of a particular experience, they can choose to abandon it, using only the memory from that segment of time."

"Of course, there’s another way—though the luminous form reincarnates, within it, segments of split luminous bodies will never partake in a new life. If discovered by a Great Powerholder, should they decide to isolate a specific memory segment within a luminous form, allowing it to keep only that memory, they would simply remove that luminous segment."

Is this genetic memory?

Peter Brown thought to himself.

At this time, Peter Brown formulated a theory: if this was true, even he possesses a multitude of life experiences, and now that his physical body has been successfully formed, what remains is just a segment of memory from this lifetime. That is to say, even if his parents reincarnated, transforming into a new person, living a new life, he would only need to find that newly reincarnated person, locate the gene segment of his parents within their body, and he could extract it to allow them to be reborn!

As he thought of this, Peter Brown’s whole body trembled slightly; this was a completely new understanding. Indeed, this was also a form of immortal existence for the human species.
