Chapter 167: Her Very First Love

This is the place she loved—The Earth!

She watched as it took shape as her father created it. Calantar was with him the whole time, and they appeared to be having a good time making the place. She saw Calantar destroying a big asteroid coming towards earth with just a flick of her fingers.’ 𝒻𝓇𝑒𝘦𝘸𝑒𝒷𝓃ℴ𝑣𝘦𝑙.𝒸ℴ𝘮

There was nothing on earth at that time, and then time passed. Life formed on earth, and humans and other beings occupied the earth.

Alexandra, with a smile on her face, observed everything happening in front of her, suspending in space.

*Bam*

A bright wave of light hit her eyes harshly and she covered her face. When she removed her hand, she saw Calantar standing near her. Her eyes were red, and her lips were trembling. She was staring at something. Alexandra followed her eyes and looked where she was looking.

[Mother!]

She saw her father chasing her mother playfully. Both of them were giggling and it was apparent that they are in love.

Alexandra’s heart skipped a beat and she turned to her side. Calantar looked angry. She moved forward, wanting to hurt her mother and Alexandra instinctively reached to stop Calantar. But her hands passed through Calantar.

Alexandra got anxious that she couldn’t do anything, but reminding herself that this is the past, she calmed herself.

Calantar didn’t attack her mother, but she went and started destroying the lives around the other realms as she knows. But looking from this place, she saw that those places were not other realms. They are distant places from Earth in the universe.

But the portals that were used as a shortcut to go there, give the impression that there are many realms.

Alexandra could see the destruction far away. Entire civilizations getting wiped out by Calantar, and there was no one to stop. When she looked at her father, he now had two children—she and her sister.

Getting no attention, Calantar came back and this time, her eyes were fixed on the beautiful blue planet. Her father refused to attack Calantar. Alexandra saw her mother stepping up to protect her homeland and her children. With bouts of lightning and fire, her mother subdued Calantar and drove her away.

[Wow! Mother is so powerful!]

Alexandra has heard about these stories a little when she was young. But seeing it happen right in front of her made her realize how dire the situation has been.

Then there was a big fight between her parents. She didn’t remember knowing her parents were fighting. They kept it to themselves.

But she understood why her mother went entirely silent and distant from her father. She didn’t understand why her father didn’t want to fight against Calantar though. But when she started a fight with Calantar, he didn’t try to stop her. He warned her to be careful though.

Alexandra remembered how the love of Earth came to be. She was close with her mother and her mother would tell her how the technologically primitive humans are the ones she loved the most.

The first time she came to earth, she wanted to learn more about the human race. And like her mother, she fell in love with the Earth. She loved them so much, and she did the thing she was forbidden to do—interfere in the affairs of the creations.

Times were different then. Since one of the human females became the mate of the Dragon and gave birth to female dragonlings, the status of a female was higher back then. Females are the ones who can create and nourish a new life. And they were exalted to the extent, males were treated as lesser individuals. That was the reason she chose the appearance of a human male. And that too, the appearance of an older human male who was of the lowest of status since older males will have no use because they cannot reproduce or work.

Alexandra felt another yank and this time she saw herself, in her appearance of an old man—her first "incarnation" if it could be put that way. She was called Anyara then. She was meeting Iorhael for the first time.

There was some time skip as she saw her walking around the place, helping people.

She helped the humans as much as she could with the knowledge she has. The elves were a little more advanced than the humans although they were living in the same world. Iorhael aided her in concealing her identity as the daughter of the Dragon King and they spent their time creating a new world.

Then came her fight with Inanis. Iorhael was not with her then as he returned to his home. He was mad that she is not offering help to the elves. She met Inanis as a man with dark attributes and she never knew him as a woman. But that was not important as she ended up sealing Inanis.

After that, she started living with the humans more, trying to change their way of life. She wanted them to treat both genders the same. And in the absence of Iorhael, it was tough for her to keep her identity a secret.

Alexandra watched her not able to even have a bath in the river as she pleased. She had forgotten this part at all.

Like she is watching a play, Alexandra was watching Anyara(herself) in the river.

The flashing forward of events stopped as Alexandra watched her(Anyara) taking a bath in the river one day. Her clothes were in the river bed and as she was too relaxed, she had put down her cloaking spell, revealing her true womanly, celestial beauty.

Alexandra saw a figure creeping behind the tall reeds. Anyara did not see the man peeking from the safety of the tall grass, but Alexandra, in her invisible form, could.

Alexandra moved closer to have a look at the man who dared to have a peek at the Great Father having a bath. By now he should have realized that the one there is a woman and not an old man. If so, why is he still staring?

[What a pervert!]

Alexandra moved lower to his level to have a look at his face. When she was just a couple of meters away from him, he turned and looked in her direction as if he was seeing her.

Alexandra’s heart jumped and she froze.

Although she was surprised by the amber eyes that met hers perfectly as if he is seeing her, she was more shocked by his appearance. The dark raven hair, the sharp nose, the shape of the jaws, and his playful smirk...

"Maximus?" she mumbled, placing her hand on her chest.

[How is he... Wait... is he the first of the Lukyan then? No wonder he is a pervert!]

Alexandra glared at him. She forced herself to glare at him. She missed Maximus so badly and she wanted to hug this man who shares the exact appearance as him.

But this is not Maximus! He will never stare at a bathing woman! This is the ancestor of the despicable Lukyan family.

The man staring at her got disturbed as he heard the sound of splashing water. Alexandra saw herself getting to the bank. She had used her concealment spell and now she looked like an old man. She wore her clothes while the man was watching her still.

Alexandra fisted her hands. She wanted to do something, but she knew she will be able to do nothing.

And then that man did a more annoying thing. He ran in front of Anyara as she left the river and knelt in front of her.

"I want to be your disciple, ye great one!" he bowed in front of her with his forehead touching the ground.

"No! No! Do not accept him as your disciple!" Alexandra shouted.

She didn’t remember this day until now. This was her first meeting with Lukyan—the first of the Lukyan family.

But Alexandra’s shouts were not heard by Anyara and in the end, Lukyan became her disciple. Alexandra watched as Lukyan gained the confidence of Anyara and became her right-hand man.

Alexandra did see the changes in Lukyan. At first, he seemed to be having an agenda to be by her side. He probably wanted to tease her for being a fraud or something, but slowly, he became truly devoted to Alexandra.

Time slowly passed, and Lukyan became an adult. The ones who aided Anyara changed over time, but Lukyan remained as constant support beside her. He rooted himself beside her and Alexandra remembered the times when she thought that she cannot operate without Lukyan.

[No...that was not the feeling I had...]

Alexandra held her chest. In front of her, another incident played.

It was a cold night. Anyara and Lukyan were sitting under a tree and were discussing the nature. She was telling him how the moon is revolving around the earth and the earth is revolving around the sun. Lukyan was listening to her eagerly.

After some time, Alexandra saw the distance between those two have reduced, and they were sitting shoulder to shoulder. And she was asking him about his future plans and who he will marry. Lukyan said nothing and stared at the distance. She smiled, burying her face in her knees.

Alexandra, watching her face knew the meaning behind the smile. She remembered the feeling she had then.

Love... She was in love with Lukyan!

The very first person she fell in love with was the first of the Lukyans.
