Sweet like Wine: Love Your Dimples Even More-Chapter 84 - 51: In the Hands of Fate (Part 3)
"I’m serious, Summer Lowell seemed to see me too." Sean Lowell put down his utensils.
Sean Lowell was very certain he saw Summer Lowell, but his feet felt like they were filled with lead, completely unable to move.
What kind of identity, what kind of opening line should he use to approach Summer Lowell?
"Sit down for a second, what’s with you losing your mind in broad daylight? If it were so easy to run into her, why have you been searching for so many years?"
"Gordon, I really saw Summer Lowell. She was with a tattooed man." Sean’s eyes went from dazed to clear, and he quickly found a reason to visit Summer Fairmont: "A muscular man covered in tattoos, he doesn’t look like a good person, could Summer be in danger? She definitely needs help, right?"
Not help from her brother, just that kind of sense of responsibility from being a fellow Celestar in a foreign land.
This should be easy to explain, right?
Sean jumped up from his seat.
"Alright, alright, you saw her. You’re here on Islay, and if your sister is really in Port Charlotte, she’s not going to get lost, is she? Just look at you, looking between human and ghost, who do you plan to scare like this?"
Gordon pressed Sean back into his seat: "I’ll go out and check for you. If I really catch a glimpse of something, I’ll call Mr. Vaughn and ask if his sister’s friend has already returned to Scotland."
Gordon didn’t quite believe Sean had actually seen Summer Lowell.
He himself had only come in shortly, having learned a bit about Sean’s situation from the hotel owner downstairs.
At that time, there was indeed a muscular man sitting at the bar, but there was absolutely no Summer Lowell as Sean mentioned, not even any woman at all.
Seeing Sean like this, Gordon couldn’t just do nothing.
From the restaurant to the door, Gordon heard the loud roar of an engine.
At the door, Gordon saw the dangerous tattooed man Sean described, driving a super cool Dodge Tomahawk V10 motorcycle, vanishing at the end of the road like the wind.
Only one person was on the motorcycle.
Once again, it was confirmed that Sean must have been so eager to reunite with his sister that he started hallucinating.
But the next second, Gordon saw a girl in a form-fitting motorcycle suit, leaning against the hotel corner, one foot on the wall, typing a message on her phone.
The next second, Summer Fairmont disappeared around the corner.
Gordon had only seen Summer Fairmont once, but that icy presence was something absolutely unforgettable.
According to Gordo’s temper, he would definitely go straight over, stop Summer Fairmont, and tell her someone at the restaurant wanted to see her.
But now, he was not the top streamer, but the most handsome and responsible agent on Earth.
His job now was to solve Jilted’s problem, not to create trouble for him.
Gordon could hold Sean down for now, but not the worry deep in his heart.
In less than five seconds, Sean followed him to the door.
Sean looked around at the empty street and, filled with disappointment, turned to his partner: "Gordon, you saw her, right?"
"Who did you see? I just saw one muscular guy driving a motorcycle loud enough to kill someone all by himself. Not even a woman’s shadow, just your sister." Gordo carelessly told a small lie.
The muscular man and Summer Fairmont left separately, without the safety issue Sean worried about.
Gordo was very angry, angry at himself, angry at his massive brain for not having thought of a perfect solution by now.
Fortunately, he still had enough time to seriously come up with a good plan that satisfies all.
"Impossible, Summer must have been here. Somehow, I was meant to meet my sister at this moment. Gordon, I missed so many years of her growing up, I can’t miss any more of her future days."
"I’ll go back and report this so-called Winters Ambassador and get them arrested. Has it messed up your brain to this level? What degree of injury is this? If you’re going out, come with me to the hospital and have a doctor evaluate your condition." Gordon, seeing that Sean was not heading back, simply pulled him outside.
Hearing Gordon venting his anger at Artie Vaughn, Sean finally calmed down a bit.
Was it really just his hallucination?
Did he miss Summer so much that it led to these feverish aftereffects?
"Let’s go back." In the years away from the mundane world, Sean had best learned to suppress his inner desires.
It was precisely because of these years of desirelessness that fans equated Jilted with being detached from the world.
Yet at the moment Sean turned around, Summer Fairmont appeared once again at the corner of the hotel.
