Sweet Wife So Charming: CEO: Hold Back Your Heart-Chapter 10: Help
Moira Young’s phone has a tracking system, and Julian Sinclair arranged for people to check the taxis on all the roads near that factory, eventually receiving Moira Young home.
But because Heath Sterling was still at that place, her body kept trembling, and she felt extremely anxious and guilty, this feeling pushing her to the brink of collapse!
Two billion!
It was clearly enough for the lives of the two of them! It was just a matter of saying the word, but why was Julian Sinclair unwilling to save Heath Sterling! Why!
A few hours later, Julian Sinclair hurried back on a private plane.
Even he couldn’t explain his hurried and anxious look.
Upon arriving at the hall, he saw the disheveled Moira Young trembling all over, and without hesitation, he walked forward to embrace her.
Julian Sinclair’s embrace did not bring Moira Young a sense of security, but rather added a layer of fear.
"Why? Why didn’t you save him?" Moira Young asked with a sob in her voice, suddenly unable to understand the man in front of her, suddenly feeling she didn’t know him at all.
Julian Sinclair looked into Moira Young’s tear-filled eyes, seeing for the first time distance and indifference in those once intimate eyes.
His heart was suddenly pierced with pain, his extraordinary features gradually turning grim, like the Satan from hell.
"You were frightened, I’ll sleep with you tonight." Julian Sinclair stopped talking to her, picked her up and walked toward the bedroom.
"Heath Sterling had his leg broken protecting me! And what about you? What else did you do besides give some insignificant money!" Moira Young struggled and cried, pounding Julian Sinclair’s chest and even biting his shoulder.
But Julian Sinclair was unmoved.
Upon reaching the bedroom, he placed Moira Young on the bed, then personally went to run bathwater for her.
"Go take a bath." Julian Sinclair said expressionlessly.
"I won’t bathe! Heath Sterling is on the brink of death!" Moira Young continued to cry and fuss like a child.
Julian Sinclair was annoyed, suddenly leaning close to Moira Young, holding himself up on the bed, staring at her intensely.
"Moira Young, I’ll say it again, go take a bath!"
Moira Young stopped her sobbing, clearly hearing the anger in his voice.
Julian Sinclair looked at the girl who’s now frozen, her delicate and smooth skin reflecting the sparkling light of tears into his eyes, piercing into his heart.
A tumultuous wave hit him, he furrowed his brow, swallowed, and immediately stood up.
He almost forgot, his girl had already grown up.
"After bathing, return to your own room." Julian Sinclair turned his back, trying to control his tone, at least not to appear somewhat out of control.
He hated most when he lost control.
Moira Young, while worrying about Heath Sterling, was also afraid of Julian Sinclair getting angry, she felt crushed under the dual pressure.
"Uncle... Heath Sterling—"
"Shut up!" Julian Sinclair finally lost control, all Moira Young talked about was Heath Sterling! She never argued with him over anyone, but now, for someone irrelevant, she was being stubborn with him!
Moira Young shuddered in fright, it was the first time she had seen Julian Sinclair so angry; she didn’t even understand why he was so furious...
She looked at Julian Sinclair’s dark and gloomy eyes, tears falling continuously, the more she thought, the more wronged she felt.
"Uncle, you’ve changed." Moira Young wiped her tears recklessly, got up from the bed, pushed Julian Sinclair away, and ran out without looking back.
She didn’t want to see him for even a second, not even one!
Only then did Julian Sinclair realize he had truly scared her, his exquisite features slightly furrowed, he never thought he’d lose control over something like this!
He truly couldn’t understand why he was bothered by a completely irrelevant young boy!
Julian Sinclair impatiently attempted to remove his tie, but failed several times, growing even angrier, he kicked the door hard!
Fucking damn it!
At this moment, Mr. Miller came hastily, having been sent on business to another province, before even reaching the destination, he heard Julian Sinclair had recklessly taken a private plane still under maintenance, it frightened him greatly.
"Young master, are you alright?" Mr. Miller inquired worriedly, though he knew Julian Sinclair didn’t like being fussed over, but Mr. Miller had watched Julian grow up, he genuinely felt concerned for him.
"The plane has gone back for further maintenance, it was a narrow escape this time, I hope you won’t be so reckless again—"
"Mr. Miller, do you also think I’ve changed?" Julian Sinclair turned around, full of exhaustion.
Mr. Miller was stunned, unsure how to respond.
"I won’t forget my plans."
He showed no emotion, revealing neither joy nor anger, yet exuded extreme coldness.
"Everything is still under control."
As he finished speaking, a dark aura filled his eyes, like a black gemstone dredged from a millennium-old ice cave, beautiful yet fearsome.
Mr. Miller pursed his lips and remained silent, bowed slightly and retreated.
It was another sleepless night.
