System Discord-Chapter 72: SysDi : Speed, Strength and Courage 5
With his eyes closed, there is a loud notification sound that reached his ears.
He didn’t have to open his eyes to know that whatever it was, was just there because of his passive ability danger sense that has been activated and had been telling him that he is in danger.
He is, he knows this. But there was just something within him that wanted to stay in the circle he is on and not move. Whatever it was, gut instinct or just plain stupidity, he didn’t know. He just had to stay still.
Evan didn’t dare take a peek, but it felt weird. He was waiting for the wild wolves’ attack that does not seem to be coming for him. Iva is silent. But then again, maybe death just go slow for everyone.
A few more moments pass, and he realized that it was taking a long time. He opened his eyes and was surprised to see that it seems like he was surrounded by mid-jump, frozen wild wolves all around him.
Iva is right where it was, but it wasn’t moving at all. It was as if it was also frozen along with the rest. This has never happened before.
In his mind, though he refer to Iva as an ’it’, Iva still speaks and moves around even if the Simulation Zone had everything frozen. He would have to ask it later what happened.
However, even if that is the most notable thing, the surprising thing were the panels that he is seeing right now, after he heard only notification sound.

Evan blinks his eyes after seeing this panel. He has never seen this on the left path when he finished it and he knows that he did finish that. What does this one in particular mean?
Was it because he stepped inside the circle in order to meet almost certain death? Was that what it meant by courage?
Evan’s eyes widened a little bit. He had finished the previous corridor of frogs by using his Void ability. That could be strength and speed combined.
Would that mean he was able to finish the main quest because he met all the requirements without getting to the end?
But that would also mean that even if he had finished the left path, there might just be one of the requirements there that he was not able to fulfill.
Setting that thoughts aside for later, he then turns his head to the to second panel, after he had closed the first one.

Rewards: [ Navie File ]
----- ----- -----
He remembered that he was no supposed to get a reward for this. Was there some kind of mistake? He doesn’t remember these panels every having a mistake at all. Before Evan could even question what Navie file meant, there is a panel that appeared before him again.
----- ----- -----
Welcome to the Simulation Zone
> Initiating summoned sequence...
> Error: Summoned sequence not found.
> Attempting to try again...
> Error: Summoned sequence not found.
> Sequence attempt cancelled.
> Awaiting user input.

It was the same panel that had appeared in front of Evan days ago before he found out that he can level up like he is from a game.
Is saying Navie file here the reward itself? It felt as if he had summoned this prompt out of nowhere.
He technically didn’t need to do the main quest, he was just at the right branching path to go and see which one is the correct route he needed so he can connect the left to the right or the other way around.
Evan looked at the blinking dot at the end, as if it was waiting for the user input- his input. He is the user after all.
"Navie File." He said.
Almost instantly, the panel in front of him began to type a bunch of number strings of ones and zeroes.
There were no words that Evan could understand. It was just that for a moment too long.
There was no Iva on Evan’s head at this point. He didn’t even notice that his background was turning darker and darker as the numbers continued to fill up the panel.
Nothing is left in his surroundings apart from total darkness. The floor he is sitting on, up to the walls around him and the ceiling... They were all in complete darkness like he has been swallowed by the abyss.
Then, panel stops showing ones and zeroes. Instead, it started out listing numbers from 1 rapidly counting up. Evan watched as it continues to count, until it stops on a number.
’ 4956 ’
It was what he was told his user number was. He remembered about that day. The very same one that the voice then, definitely not Iva but close to its voice, has called him in.
The blinking dot at the end began to type again. It is back on a language that Evan could understand. Just that, it was not Himea.
It was on the other language that Iva knows after it had began to read the smooth stone outside the stone hill cave. Because Evan could understand it, he can read the words slowly appearing on the screen now too.

> User Number 4956
> I am not, will I ever be an enemy of yours.
> Be not afraid.
> The truth or the curiosity may want to aid you in finding the reason.
> Be it for the ability the watch has or has given you.
> Make sure not to get blinded by the shiny lights.
> Seek the All-Seeing only if you dare.
> You may not understand it now.
> But the truth laid bare might cause you, your suffering.
> Heed this warning, and heed it well.
> This is for your own welfare.
> If you continue, I cannot stop you.
> For I, too, sought it after and got rewarded by the answer.
> Navie
