Taming the Hybrid Mate: Desired by Five Alphas-Chapter 232: They are finally back together 2
Andria’s POV
"Yes, what’s wrong with you, Becca? Tell me," he asked nervously.
"Arlo, I’m sorry for ever making you feel like you aren’t enough. You are the most genuine soul I ever met, the most loving male wolf I ever met in Ashwood.
We were friends even before we became mates. I’m sorry that I ever made you change yourself; that was stupid of me. Your personality is what makes you distinct, and I shouldn’t have tried to change that..."
"Becca, now that’s enough. What’s wrong with you? Tell me where you are, and I’ll see you there immediately.
You know you would need your mate in times like this, even though our wolves seem distant these days because of recent happenings, but we can sort all of this out later. I just want to be sure you are okay, Becca," Arlo said.
I was crying already. Arlo really cared about Becca, even though they were having issues.
"Stop it," Allison whispered. 𝙛𝒓𝒆𝙚𝒘𝒆𝓫𝙣𝓸𝙫𝓮𝒍.𝒄𝒐𝓶
"Stop what?" I asked.
"Stop crying. It’s not that deep," she said.
"It’s deep for me, Allison. I don’t have a stone heart as you do," I replied to her.
"Whatever, Ari," she replied nonchalantly.
"I just miss you, Arlo. And I want to speak with you and sort things out," Becca replied.
"Where are you?" Arlo asked, his voice calming down a little.
"I’m in my apartment. Aria’s apartment. But I prefer to come over to your apartment," Becca suggested.
"Don’t bother yourself too much. I would come over to your apartment, and then we can come back to my apartment together," Arlo replied.
"Ok then," Becca replied.
"I’ll be there in thirty minutes," Arlo said
"But it’s late already," Becca protested.
"No time is too late to come and see you, Becca," he replied and then hung up.
"That was too easy," Allison squealed. "I didn’t know it would go this smoothly. I was expecting some tension and nonchalance.
Arlo is a great mate, you should be careful with him, some other she-wolves would take him if they get the chance, especially now that he seems to be pulling off some masculinity," Allison teased.
"Damn yo,u Allison," Becca said, heading to her room.
"I guess it’s only the two of us spending the night in this house tonight," I said to Allison.
"I never expected that, too," Allison concurred. "I wish I had a mate."
"Oh, please shut up," I cut her off. "Who is Khalil of Westbrook?"
"It doesn’t matter because right now it feels like I don’t have a mate," she joked.
"You are so silly. I thought you said it wasn’t so deep when I was crying," I teased.
"You were being dramatically emotional," she shot back.
"And you are being overly dramatic with exaggerated lies," I retorted playfully.
"There’s no winning a banter with you, Ari. Is there?" Allison teased.
"I doubt," I replied, playfully nudging her on the shoulder.
We turned back to the screen, delighted with the outcome of tonight’s event.
"I’m delighted we sorted Becca and Arlo," I voiced.
"Me too. Now I can watch this comedy with a good feeling and really enjoy it," Allison added.
"Warner is a clown. Did he think that by closing his eyes with his hands, the pursuers would be unable to see him? Look now, he had fallen," Allison laughed, pointing at the screen.
"Warner is actually the most foolish character amongst the foolish brothers," I added, and we both burst out laughing.
And just immediately, there was a knock on the door. I stood up and opened the door.
It was Arlo; he looked like he just rushed down to this place immediately after hanging up the phone, although he seemed breathtakingly handsome.
"Hey, breathe," Allison called out from behind me.
"Where’s Becca?" He asked immediately.
"She’s in her room. But you have to calm down, she isn’t dying," I replied to him.
He immediately barged in, walking straight to the room with her name on the door.
He tried to open it without knocking, but it was bolted from the inside, so he had to knock on the door first.
Becca opened the door, and he walked in immediately, and they locked the door behind themselves.
"Uh-huh, I love them. They are so cute," Allison remarked, she was staring at them just as I was staring at them too.
"They are really adorable," I added. "Now let’s get back to our movie."
We watched the movie, laughing at every funny scene and then throwing popcorn on ourselves, until we grew dizzy and fell asleep on the couch.

"Wake up," I said, tapping Allison awake.
She rolled to the other side and continued sleeping.
"You are even worse than I am," I whispered into her ear. "Wake up, my sitting room is in a mess, it’s morning already, and we have to clean up."
"Ari," she grumbled. "You should know that I’m not a morning person."
"I know nothing, Allison. Just wake up already, let’s clear this mess up."
She reluctantly woke up. I handed her a hand brush and a dust pan while I was holding a towel.
We cleared the whole mess we made in the sitting room in less than thirty minutes.
"Did Becca leave last night?" Allison asked, yawning.
"I think so, because I’ve knocked on her door and no one seems to be in there," I replied. "She probably left when we were asleep."
"Yes, I think so, because I didn’t see them leave. We are indeed deep sleepers, oh," Allison remarked.
"I was a deep sleeper last night. I’m not always a deep sleeper," I countered.
"I will be heading back to my apartment now," Allison announced, taking her items from the sofa.
"Won’t you clean up first?" I asked.
"I’ll do that as soon as I get to my apartment. I feel more comfortable doing it there," she replied, moving straight to the door before I could stop her.
"Alright then," I replied, closing the door behind her.
