The Absolute beast Tamer-Chapter 50: THE HUNT’S STAYING
Alan: "One last thing: this is also for Lana."
Taking out the blue stone that looked like a jewel and putting it on the table in front of the couple.
Item: [tears of a purity]
Description: [a crystallised life essence mixed with Ena, an extremely valuable resource capable of cleansing the impurities inside the bodies of cultivators and beasts, increasing their talent, transforming the ordinary into extraordinary]
Alan: "You don’t need to appraise the stone; you already know I am an appraiser, so I wrote down my findings. Please read this description of the item."
Handing over a small piece of paper to Rosaline, she started reading it in silence.
Rosaline: "What!!! This … Are you sure about this?"
Alan: "I know you’ll have already heard about my reputation as an appraiser, so I’m 100% sure about this result."
Mason was curious as he looked at a small piece of paper, trying to understand why his wife lost her composure.
Mason: "This…. This is…. No Alan Do you understand what you have written here?"
Alan: "Yes, I fully understand. I’m telling you that it is true; this item belongs to Lana."
With a complicated expression on her face, Rosaline looked at Alan.
Rosaline: "I don’t think you understand. If this blue jewel-like stone is truly a purity stone capable of extracting impurities from the bodies of both cultivators and beasts, then this item is priceless. You have to know that for a cultivator or a beast to go through cleansing, they need to break through past the 9th stage. Having this stone can provide a heavenly opportunity to cleanse yourself earlier, enhancing your cultivation talent by manifolds. There is no price to put on such an item, and you are saying that this is for Lana."
Lana: "Alan, I don’t remember picking such an item; this is yours."
Shaking his head in denial.
Alan: "Do you remember when you were sleeping outside the tent? As you said that you didn’t like being alone, I found the small stone near your head while you were sleeping. You just didn’t know what it was, but this is yours."
Mason: "Are you sure about this, Alan? This is a huge favour; after all, I haven’t gone through cleansing yet, so you have to understand how valuable this is."
Alan: "I do understand; just to put you at ease, I hope that you will keep whatever I tell you next to yourselves, … hah… I have already gone through cleansing when I broke through from the third stage to the 4th.
Rosaline: "What!!!?"
Mason: "What the hell!!?"
Lana: "Alan!!!"
Alan: "Yes, I did, but please keep this for yourselves, so this one is for Lana to use."
Rosaline and Mason were both shocked to the extreme listening to this young man mention going through the cleansing process at the third stage, which was absurd; they had never heard of such talent. Rosaline looked deeply at Alan as she felt that she had underestimated this young man, who proved to be devilishly talented.
Mason: "Are you sure? Do you know what you can get if you put this treasure out there to exchange for an ungodly amount of resources?"
Rosaline: "Stop it, honey. Look at his eyes. This kid is determined, and he is as stubborn as a bull, but we can’t take advantage of you like this, so how about this: why don’t you marry Lana? I believe that is a fair compensation."
Mason’s face darkened.
Mason: "Honey!!"
Lana’s face was on fire as she screamed.
Lana: "MOM!!"
Rosaline: "What? He’s the son of my beloved sister Ariana. Other than his cold exterior, there is no flaw to speak of."
Although shaken on the inside, Alan did not let it show on his face.
Alan: "Indeed a charming proposal, but I have already told you that you don’t owe me anything. If Lana had not kicked it while she was sleeping, I would never have found this stone inside that cave. We have left Lily alone for a long time. I will go check on her."
Excusing himself as if he was running from an arranged marriage, he left the family of three at the dining table.
Rosaline: "We will perform the cleansing process for you, Lana, as soon as possible. Now, honey, follow me upstairs alone."
Mason, who was about to express his discontent about his wife’s antics as she wanted to give their daughter in exchange for a resource, suddenly shut his mouth as his face turned pale.
Both of them left, leaving Lana looking at the table dazed with a red face, sinking into daydreams about who knows what.
....
Today at dinner the atmosphere inside the Ortex humble little house was lively.
With the Ortex and the hunts having dinner together, everyone was enjoying their time, especially the little cute devil as she was being fed by both Alan and Lana.

Lily was enjoying a royal service to eat so many delicious foods with no need to raise her hand.
Rosaline: "This is so delicious; you are a great cook, big sister."
Ariana: "Thank you. If you find it delicious, then please eat more."
Mason: "Truly, thank you for your hospitality, but I think we overstayed, so we will go back to the hotel after dinner. We promise to visit you tomorrow."
Alan was annoyed thinking this man and his wife would be coming again tomorrow. At least they did not seem to have any nefarious intention.
Ariana: "Why would you go back to the hotel? Rosa, you are from out of town, and you say that I’m your friend. Even our children are close friends, so of course you will be staying here with us in this house. There are many empty bedrooms. You said that you are here to participate in the auction, which will happen in a few days. Until then, please allow us to play host."
Alan: "Cough, cough, cough."
Lana: "Here, have some water."
Alan: "Thank you, Lana."
Alan was struck by his mother’s invitation, as he did not expect her to actually extend such hospitality for the hunts, although they had a good relationship, but they were also practically strangers, so what the hell happened in the 15 days he spent at the secret realm?
Mason: "But we don’t want to be a bother."
Ariana: "There is no inconvenience at all; having you here will make the house much more lively, so please stay with us until you finish your business in town."
Mason: "But…"
Rosaline: "Ahem, thank you very much, big sister. I really don’t like staying in these hotels, and I can enjoy big sis’s company for a few more days.
Ariana: "No need to thank me, If I was in your town you would have done the same thing"
Alan’s face was so stiff that it almost reached the point of breaking.
The one who was pleased the most about this was Lana, whose face was burning as she was thinking about staying under the same roof as Alan.
...
Right before dawn, inside the training room, a bare-chested Alan stood in the middle, holding the twin demon daggers in his hands.
Unbeknownst to him, two people were watching him.
Taking a deep breath, standing there, he was the epitome of calmness with no aura and no bloodlust coming out of him.
The calm atmosphere was broken in an instant as he moved like a butterfly of death, cutting the air and dancing with two daggers in his hands at a speed that was hard to follow with the naked eye.
As he moved more and more, the calm young man transformed into a twin-horned demon while performing the dance of death as if every move was ready to reap a life.
Both Mason and Rosaline, who were watching, were extremely shocked as they looked at this young man training his art and practicing it in such flawless manners.
Mason: "I kind of understand why he had a cleansing at the third stage; such a demonic talent is …"
Rosaline: "You really can’t compare him with his generation. Even we fall short compared to him. The art he is practicing, I believe it was named The Twin Demon Daggers, to reach perfection and beyond in such an art with his age is almost unheard of.
Mason: "Yes, although the art is not the hardest out there, but still such a feat for a 16-year-old is way out of the norm."
Both of them watched Alan training as he danced inside the training room clutching the two daggers in his hands and moving at the speed of the wind.
The both of them sensed a presence coming from the 2nd floor, so they both immediately disappeared.
Lana, who woke up early, or, to be exact, she was so excited that she couldn’t sleep at all, heard the sound coming from the training room, so curiosity got the best of her as she walked to see what’s going on.
The moment she saw a devilishly handsome Alan bare-chested, moving like a butterfly of death and dancing so beautifully that you could never believe that this dance was meant for killing.
She stood there in a daze, her cheeks flushed with a rose colour as she was mesmerised by such a beautiful display.
Both Mason and Rosaline watched their daughter sneaking a look at the training room, standing there spellbound.
With a smile on her face Rosaline commented on her daughter’s action.
Rosaline: "It seems my daughter is about to become a woman; she is so smitten."
Mason: "No, my little baby girl!!!!"
