The Billionaire Twins Need A New Mommy!-Chapter 760: We’ll save them
Beep... beep...
A long stretch of silence filled the room as everyone stood frozen in place. Their eyes were fixed on Atlas, watching him lower the phone to his side while staring blankly at it.
After a moment, Hugo strode toward him.
"First Brother," Hugo breathed out, assessing Atlas. He reached out and grabbed his shoulder, shaking him slightly. "Who was that? What do they want? Do they have Kiara too? The twins? First Sister?"
So many questions raced through Hugo’s mind, but deep in his heart, he wished it wasn’t all bad news. Even though just looking at Atlas already told him enough.
Slowly, Atlas lifted his gaze and met Hugo’s eyes. The moment their gazes locked, Hugo’s heart dropped.
"Sir."
Suddenly, Baby’s voice rang through the room.
Everyone turned toward the sound and saw Baby standing in the adjoining room where they had been earlier. He excused himself quietly and made his way toward Atlas, reporting in a firm tone,
"The Order was under attack," Baby said, offering Atlas his phone. "Pika’s on the line. He said... he needs to speak to you first."
He paused, drawing a sharp breath, his eyes still on Atlas. "And he said not to make a move yet."
Not to make a move?
Atlas almost laughed as he took the phone, his thoughts in complete disarray. All he could think about was how to rescue the hostages. Yet his own people were telling him not to act?
"I agree with him," Zoren finally spoke. "First, Second Brother, let’s calm down for a second."
"Calm down?" Hugo whipped his head toward him and scoffed. "Zoren, they have our family — my wife is in there. You wouldn’t say the same if it were Penny!"
He turned to Baby to confirm. "How’s Kiara? Was she saved?"
Baby didn’t answer. He only lowered his head in silence. Even when Hugo grabbed his collar, Baby kept his head bowed.
"The Madam went back to get Miss Kiara out of danger," Baby said carefully. "Unfortunately, from what I was told... they ended up in a pickle."
He made it sound less dangerous than it was, but everyone knew better. Even phrased that way, the situation was dire.
"Damn it." Hugo released Baby, grinding his teeth before shooting Atlas a look. With a sharp huff, he turned on his heel and hurried out.
"Second Brother!" Penny called, then stopped and glanced at the others. "I’ll talk to him."
She didn’t wait for a response before quickly following him, leaving the rest behind.

Penny rushed down the hallway, her steps quickening as she searched for Hugo. She had gone after him almost immediately, but somehow, she had lost sight of him.
"Where did he—"
Her voice cut off when she spotted Hugo rushing out of the hospital.
"Second Brother!"
Panicked, she sprinted after him, nearly bumping into a few nurses and patients along the way. As soon as she stepped outside, she saw Hugo marching toward his motorcycle.
"Second Brother!" Penny shouted, reaching out to stop him.
Hugo paused while picking up his helmet and turned to her quietly. "Penny, let me go."
"Second Brother, you can’t be reckless," she said bluntly. "This is exactly what they want—"
"So what?" His face twisted, his grip tightening around the helmet. "Penny, Kiara is in there. I can’t just stand around while my wife is in a situation I put her in."
He pulled his arm from her and hurriedly put on his helmet. Whenever Kiara was involved, he lost all sense of restraint. Sitting around and talking wouldn’t do anything.
He had to do something — anything.
"Damn it." Hugo placed a hand on top of his helmet, the other resting on the motorcycle seat. "Damn it... damn it! I shouldn’t have brought her into the Order. Not when the situation is already this bad."
Penny pressed her lips into a thin line as she noticed her brother’s trembling shoulders.
She knew Hugo. Among her brothers, he was the fearless one. The only time he ever shook was out of excitement. Even if he was shot, he wouldn’t stop moving.
Yet tonight, she wasn’t just witnessing her confident brother tremble — she was watching all of them being driven into a corner.
"Second Brother," she breathed as she walked around the motorcycle and hugged him from the side. "I’m sorry."
Regret and guilt flickered in her eyes. She didn’t know how to comfort them. She was used to teasing her brothers, not consoling them in moments like this.
Hugo lowered his head, standing still with one hand gripping the motorcycle.
He knew Atlas was in the same position. Their First Brother wasn’t just worried about one person — he was worried about his entire little family. Even the children.
But...
"What do we do, Penny?" he whispered. "I won’t forgive myself if something happens to my wife... to First Sister... to the twins."
He shut his eyes tightly and ground his teeth. "Shit. I should’ve stayed behind."
Penny hugged him tighter, keeping her thoughts to herself.
She couldn’t blame Atlas, Hugo, and Slater for rushing back to Anteca when they heard about their father’s accident. She knew them well enough. If it had been her or even Zoren, she was certain they wouldn’t have rushed back.
Not because they didn’t care, but because they trusted her and Zoren to handle it.
But their parents?
Even Penny would drop everything and fly across the country the moment she heard something happened to them. So it wasn’t surprising that the three of them had come here together.
"Second Brother," she whispered, clutching his leather jacket. "I don’t know what to say, but what I do know is... we’ll figure this out together."
Slowly, she stepped back and looked at him through the visor of his helmet. "I’m not telling you to do nothing. If you truly believe leaving now will change something, I won’t stop you. But what I’m saying is... we love Kiara, First Sister, and the twins just as much."
"They’re family," she added softly. "We won’t let anything happen to them. First Brother will never... let that happen."
Silence settled over them as Penny held onto the hem of his jacket. Her eyes shone with determination as she nodded at him.
"We’ll save them," she whispered. "And once we do, these people... are going to go down."
