Nitta felt the corner of his lips twitch at what the supporters on the stand shouting at him. Haruo and Ito stared at each other warily, getting ready to stop their ace if the boy suddenly let his intuitive thought win and said something stupid that could provoke the supporters. Fortunately, the ace was calm enough to take a deep breath and swallow all the words on the tip of his tongue back to himself.

"Don't worry, Cap! I know sometimes, I can be rash and immature. But I am not that stupid to ruin our chance, you know?" Nitta grinned widely, showing maturity beyond his usual style. Ito was taken aback for a moment, not expecting Haruo to get matured instantly like that. However, what the ace said next shattered that thought immediately. "Also, me? Cheating? Who the fuck did they think they are? It is clear that their team is the one who cheats! I mean, who would think of giving up points to their opponent freely like that?! Isn't this like a thief shouting thief?!"

After this, Lucas went back to the court, followed by a round of applause from all the people in the entire building. If only they could stop him, they would gain the momentum immediately. They were also confident they could do that, what with Haruo, the best blocker on the team was ready on the front line.
