Eugene stared, dumbfounded at the scale of powers that were being displayed by the projected image in front of him. In that image, he watched as the three loyal summons that had been by his son's side unleased powers that were enough to devastate the entire city that he had held sway over from the shadows.

But even with their spectacular display of power, he could see that they were unable to gain the upper hand against their opponent. In fact, if it were not for the special effects of the magical contraption that was responsible for projecting the live images, he would not even have been able to see anything!

Boom!

The sky shook with Leon's appearance and even Eugene had to take a step back. The projected image of his son shook and wobbled as if just showing Leon in that state was something that the device was straining to do. A moment later, Rakon confirmed the man's thoughts.

"Of course, just the image of the master is enough to strain the projector." The white haired Royal White Millipede nodded his head. Behind him, his two aides did the same thing, praising their master's strength and overwhelming presence.

The next moments showed off Leon's shockingly short chase of the man who had posed a hindrance to his three most powerful summons. Eugene was shocked at what his son was capable of. Leon kept on surprising him more and more with each passing moment in this world.

Already, quite a number of people had mistaken him as Leon before realizing heir mistake. Upon hearing that he was Leon's father, their respect did not lessen, but rose even more as they realized that he was the one who fathered such a terrific being.

"You have done a great deed, fathering such a monster into this world. You will be shocked to know that your son has only spent roughly nine to ten months in this world, yet he has grown to such an extent. Yet, old monsters that have spent decades or centuries find it difficult to match his prowess." Rakon turned to Eugene and said when the battle came to a close. The projected image vanished and left the four of them in the underground room.

"I did not do that much. In fact, I was barely present in his life. I do not deserve any praise for how he turned out. He is his own man." Eugene bowed his head in shame.

"Whatever you think and feel, direct those emotions into your training from now on. We begin now." Rakon told him.

Leon made his way through the white walled underground fortress that had been built by the White Millipedes in his absence. The walls were seamlessly integrated into the makeup of the underground nest that had once been here.

Whoosh!

He landed at the bottom of the pit that led to the formation that drew in mana into the underground fortress. Bright High Grade Mana Crystals lit up the underground space. It was the stark opposite of how it once was before Michael had intervened and built a temple here.

He felt the strong and abundant presence of mana around him as he walked through the tunnel. When he had left and seen part of the world outside, he had entertained the thought of changing this formation to better suit his needs. Now, he felt that such thoughts were quite stupid.

Perhaps before, his sensitivity to mana was so poor that he did not notice how high level this formation was. ƒ𝘳𝗲𝑒𝒘𝐞𝚋𝚗𝐨v𝘦l.𝒄o𝐦

"There is no way Nedra's former master was behind this thing." Leon told himself.

Over time, he had come to find out that Nedra's former master was a Peak B rank. His exact Class was still unknown as Leon had no idea what Class would give a person the skills to biologically engineer creatures and turn them into living, loyal servants.

However, even with the man's genius, Leon highly doubted the story of him being the one to have crafted this powerful formation. Even at Leon's current strength, he highly doubted that he could create something comparable.

"It must have either been a God or an incredibly powerful person." He came to a possible answer, but had no way to find out if he was right or not. "I will only have to wait and see. Perhaps I can find out who is behind this. But for now, I have other plans." Leon spoke to himself as he came to the large cavern where the formation was.

Nedra appeared beside him suddenly.

"What are you up to, Leon?" She asked curiously. Leon had not visited this place much, so his presence here was something she wanted to know of.

"I want to tweak the formation a little bit." Leon said with a small grin.

"Tweak it? Are you sure? What if it all comes falling down?" She asked with worry.

"Don't worry. Don't you trust me?" He smirked at her and walked forward.

As usual, the formation was surrounded by giant mana crystals of the highest grade. The mana within them was almost blinding, and Leon was sure that they outclassed all the smaller crystals by a significant margin.

The giant mana crystals formed a circle, and in the center of them, a glowing blue formation had been inscribed into a sturdy stone slab. The stone slab itself must have been quite something. Anything that could withstand such enormous amounts of of mana flowing through it for so many years must have been quite the material.

All these little details had flown right over Leon's head when he was weaker, but now that he understood so many more intricate details, he could point out these things much easier.

"What exactly is it that you want to do to the formation?" Nedra asked as she moved closer to him. She had changed into her true form and maintained a moderate size. She was roughly the size of a bear from Earth.

"Hehe... Have you ever seen a floating city?" Leon mischievously laughed.
