Leon held his head that was adorned with an ornate bone crown in thought. He was shocked beyond belief at how ridiculous the stats of his summons were. It was as if they were bosses in their own right. In fact, at this point, he would not be surprised if each of them were able to go toe to toe with Onyx!

He did not even bother checking the stats of his other elite summons, much to the dismay of the summons. He simply stood up with a sigh and turned to them.

"Now that we have undergone this race advancement and reached a new high in our strength, it is time to end this battle. These continuous battles are ruining the land that I will build my empire upon. Go, and wipe the battlefield of our enemies!" Leon waved his hand and the elite summons all bowed before him, falling to one knee and bowing their heads with reverence.

In the next moment, like flickering lights, they all vanished, leaving Leon and Nedra alone in the room. Leon turned to his Spirit Companion next.

"Let us check on Elena first before we head to the frontlines to meet the dragons." He told her and turned around to head to Elena's room where Mica watched over her.

When Leon pushed open the door, Mica's body shook from his position where he lay beside the bed. The young dragon cracked open an eye, and upon confirming it was Leon, he stood up and shook his body. Then he paused and took another look at Leon, as if trying to verify Leon's strength.

"It's me, don't worry. I simply grew stronger." Leon waved his hands to calm down the young dragon. The change between himself now and before was quite drastic. Although his looks had always been quite flamboyant and eye catching, it was at least twice as worse now.

Right now, Leon had changed from his armor to simple regal robes that showed his status as a monarch. The robes had come with the race advancement and suited him quite well.

Black, purple and white swirled together on one cloth. Black was the main color, while the purple and white were designed as flourishes and lines that drew all over the black robes, giving it a stylish, yet reserved and noble visage. Coupled with the prominent crown that had many high quality mana crystals embedded into it, Leon's image could not look any more lavish. It was fitting for a true monarch!

Mica settled down again after Leon confirmed his identity. He could clearly sense it was Leon, but the change in power left the mental image that Mica had of Leon a bit fuzzy and inaccurate.

Leon walked over to the side of the bed where Elena had yet to wake up. Only a few hours had passed and she had yet to wake up, but it won't be long now. However, he could not remain here, waiting for her to wake up. Now that he had gained this strength, he had to put it to good use.

"Watch over her. When she wakes up, make sure she doesn't go to fight." Leon told Mica before turning around and leaving the room. He knew that even without his words, there was no way Mica would lay down and let Elena go to fight again.

When Leon left Elena's room, he paused at the stairway that led to the ground floor in thought. He was now wondering why the dragons had come looking for him in particular. He had never had any dealings with them before. The only dragon he had come in contact with up to this point was Mica, and even then, he did not answer to Leon, but to Elena.

Leon's powerful intuition could not help but link this matter to Mica. After all, he was a young dragon. Not only that, but he had displayed a strange ability to heal injuries that looked much different from normal healing magic. ƒ𝔯𝗲𝗲𝙬𝒆𝚋𝐧oѵℯl.𝒄𝑜m

"I will know for sure when I meet up with them." Leon muttered to himself and walked out of the mansion. He then made his way through Fort White, taking in the different sights that had emerged ever since he had brought Balder and the other traders to this place. From a desolate city, it had turned into a flourishing and safe place. Despite the way that went on in the same region as the city, there was no aura of fear or despair in the air. That meant that the inhabitants of this place did not fear for their lives, and believed they were safe under Leon's care.

An hour later, Leon had completed his stroll though the city. It was not necessary for him to walk through every corner of the city, so it did not take much time. His senses were already able to blanket the entire city, but he wanted to see certain parts of it with his own eyes. 𝘧𝑟𝘦𝒆w𝚎𝙗nov𝘦𝗹.𝐜o𝓶

"Who would have thought that that desolate and ruined town of nearly a year ago could have turned into this?"

As Leon was walking, he suddenly heard a voice speaking in the distance. Only after taking note of the voice did he notice the familiar auras of three people.

"Ha, no way. Not these three again." Leon chuckled and made his way over to the street. He turned the corner to find the three familiar adventurers admiring some wares in a store.

Adrian was engaging in a discussion with the store owner as he tried to beat down the price of the fruits he wanted to buy while Malaki and Bella stood behind him, busy with a discussion of their own. They all failed to notice Leon's approach until he stood directly behind them and the store owner saw him over Adrian's shoulder.

"Oh, oh! Your Lordship! How can this humble store owner help you?" The old woman was completely taken aback and completely threw aside her conversation with Adrian to attend to Leon, stunning the three adventurers.
