The Black Shadow Soul Hunter-Chapter 28 - : The rise of the Champions

The Big Lion was making noises with its nose and his moves thundered the area. Crowd also got silent a massive Lion on the den of the hunters. The smaller Lion furiously ran fast to attack the fighters. Black Shadow, Bhule and Yoshimizu stopped attacking each other and began to keep their focus at the Lion. Probably nobody had anticipated that they have to fight against these real Lions.

One of the Lion, the bigger Lion lunged to attack Suma. Suma ducked away under the swipe of Lion's claws while he dropped his big stick from his hands, his big stick fell in the ground.

So, he had nothing to attack as he took a big Iron shield to face against the Lion. He tried to defend it with a big shield its attack. But the Lion was too strong, as it attacked with its big claws which is almost hard to defend even for the big guy.

On the other hand, the smaller Lion came charging to attack Bhule. The sudden shift in the air snapped him out of his thought. He fell down defending the fierce attack of the Lion and went down with the shield.

Black Shadow shouted, "Bhule, focus! Don't' fall back, get up and fight."

Hearing the plea of Black Shadow, Bhule rolled over with the shield and got back in the ground. He stood up, a grim chill run down his spine. He grabbed a silver shield, then he hold it firmly to save his body from the Lion's jaw and pushed the spear to counter attack the Lion.

Then gathering his full strength, he tried to push the lion with shield to defend himself, but he could not resist the strength of the lion and had fall in the ground, he gave a heavy blow to the lion with sword but the Lion fiercely bite the sword. Yoshimizu immediately defended Bhule with his shield and began to use the sword to keep the Lion away.

With a burst of speed Black shadow grabbed one spear that had a sharp edge in one end, he ripped it from a dead fighter's body. The he gathered his strength, made his legs firmed in the ground and threw it with his full power aiming at the head of the bigger Lion that was attacking Suma.

The powerful throw of the sharp spear pierced through the skeleton of the bigger Lion. The Lion cried loudly in rage and pain. The loud noise could be heard from miles. Then took another spear and instantly threw it aiming into the body of the bigger Lion that was fighting with Bhule and Yoshimizu.

Both the Lion became furious as they were hurt. Both these Lions became more furious and and charging towards Black Shadow to kill him.

Everyone had locked their eyes on Black Shadow anticipating the thrilling moment of deadly experience! The crowd was speechless. Amina closed her eyes and began to pray to her goddess for help.

Even fighter like were astonished. Suma spoke loudly and said, "Sayyad, Careful. Save yourself. Defend the attack."

Bhule stood up and with a smirk said, "The soul hunter will never run. He will face his most fierce opponents till death."

Black Shadow has anticipated the attack, he was mentally prepared for this. So, he turned his head focusing on the prey. His breath had thickened, and jaw clenched. He picked up a big axe in one hand and a sword in another.

The big Lion came close to bite him he was quicker to react with a powerful hit it to the head of that Lion. The blow of the axe was taken in the middle area between his two eyes.

By this the smaller one jumped over him. He rolled back and slashed the Lion hard with his power. Both the Lion fell down in the ground. Then he took two swords and confirmed the kill by piercing the blade to their head.

The scenery was unbelievable, nobody has ever seen any man single handedly kill two Lions like this. The crowd began to roar in joy as they have seen the greatest warrior alive. The area was thumped with the voice shouting the name, "Sayyad, the Lion Hunter." Even the champions were amazed by the ruthless fighting of Black Shadow.

After watching so many failed attempts and rise of a hero Hakim was furious. He shouted to his guards to kill them all. He asked them to show no mercy, just kill them.

Then the Ibex army realizing the situation took drastic measure as they released all the three tigers they had in the arena. They had to kill these champions. The tigers were approaching towards Black Shadow, Suma, Yoshimizu and Bhule.

These tigers ran quickly towards Bhule to attacked him, Bhule had to act quickly. So, he grabs a big spear. Bhule bends his body to take position and slashed the spear powerfully at one of the tigers that came to attack him. Then he hit it again and again with the spear and Suma confirmed the kill with the big hit to its head by his axe.

The other tigers did not held back. They came fast to attack the champions. Yoshimizu was a skilled swordsman, he jumped over the tiger and slashed the body, avoiding hit from its sharp claws. Then Suma picked up the axe made a heavy blow to its head to kill the second tiger.

The Black Shadow took a big sword in his right hand and slashed the sword to the body of the third tiger. Then he pierced the Spear with his left hand to its head.The blood spilled all over the face of Bhule, He was saved instantly from rage of Black Shadow.

The third tiger was hit with multiple heavy blow from Suma and Yoshimizu pierced a blade in its body to finish the kill. The crowd was astonished seeing the fury of the Black Shadow, Yoshimizu, Suma and Bhule.

The crowd chanted- "Sayyad! Bhule! Yoshimizu! Suma!"

Hakim got up, gave a growl like a monster. Everyone was silent again, Hakim shouted at his men to kill all the champions. So, crowd got afraid of Hakim and his men and began to panic. Black Shadow seized the opportunity.

He looked at Surman with like a hawk looking at its prey. Then he picked up a spear and threw with full force aiming it into the head of Surman. Surman's head was pierced with the Spear with massive force. He even could not have time to duck and his head was pierced with the wall. Immediately he was dead, seeing Surman dead Hakim got angry, very angry in deed.

Hakim raged in fury, he shouted kill these champions, make them dust. Hakim gave his Ibex army to attack them and he got up in his feet, then Hakim left the stage from behind.

The Ibex army began to pour in the arena to kill the Black Shadow, Bhule, Yoshimizu and Musa. The crowd was puzzled and got afraid seeing this and they began to run.

The King's guard began to take the king, the Queen and Princess to a safe place. King began to ask the Princess to depart with him.

Princess Rukhsana, hold the king and said, "No Father, you go with some guards safely to towards castle. I will take General Naveed and his men and stay here as my plan. I will explain you everything later. Just stay safe until now. General Naveed will ask for some reinforcement later on."

The king looked at the General and said, "Ok, General, make sure she our Princess is safe."

General Naveed the King's right hand, he bows down his head and answered, "Yes, my highness! You don't worry, everything will be done. I will protect our Princess with my life."

Both the King and Queen left the stage with their elite guards. Hakim took a horse in the entrance and took some of his army and left the area in rush.
