Kaiden took his time to admire the beauty of his precious mate. Her height was just right against his, almost like she was created just for him. Her beautiful emerald eyes were gazing back at her with so much participation and a mix of nervousness.

Her long brown curls were scattered across his pillows, covering them like a blanket. Her lips were swollen after all the kissing and the sight of them made a smile make its way to his lips.

He found his eyes moving past her alluring collarbone and down to the nipples at the top of her round breasts which had a pretty, flower-like pink hue. He felt his fingers itching to massage her full mounds but he held himself back... for the time being.

His eyes continued their journey downward. Considering the amount of time Emily had spent training her body physically throughout the years, there was no surprise that she had a perfect and healthy body. Those sounds coming through her lips were doing unimaginable things to him and it was really a surprise to Kaiden that his wolf wasn’t trying to take over and mate with Emily; something he was really grateful for.

Sex was a different matter while mating was on completely another level, and Kaiden knew better than anyone that it was far from the right time for them to complete their mate bond.

While Kaiden continued with his kissing, Emily was trying her best to keep up with him. She blinked slowly several times as her sense of self started becoming hazy. Whenever his lips brushed against her skin, she felt titles of sweet sparks erupting all over her body.

"You smell like heaven, love..." Kaiden whispered in a hoarse voice as he nuzzled his nose behind her ear before pushing it into her hair. His wolf nose completely ignored the smells of her shampoo or body lotion, and only focused on her natural scent - the one that lured him like a magnet.

It was a natural scent. It was her unique scent. He realized for the first time that someone could smell so good and he just couldn’t seem to get enough of it. He wanted to get drunk over her smell. She smelled like the sweetest and most innocent flower that could ever exist.

He continued to get drunk from her aroma, kissing her soft skin and licking her in places that he knew would drive her crazy. Whether his taste buds or sense of smell was making him feel drunk was unknown.

Her skin was soft like silk. When he licked her skin, it was perfectly smooth and delectable. She felt so small and delicate at that moment that, unlike his naturally aggressive personality, he found himself treating her gently, and he was enjoying himself very much.

Whenever his lips pressed against her skin, she would tremble in the most lovely way, urging him to continue with her sweet teasing.

He placed a couple of kisses down her throat before pulling away slightly to gaze down at her haze-filled eyes. She looked slightly surprised and curious as if she wasn’t expecting him to suddenly stop and it made another smile appear on his lips.

He took hold of her delicate wrist and brought it closer to his mouth, not shifting his gaze from hers even for a mere second. He placed a little kiss on the inner side of her wrist and watched as her eyes fluttered in response. Not wasting any time, he gave her another surprise as he sucked on her skin right before grazing his tongue over her visible vein.

A sense of satisfaction filled Kaiden’s heart when he heard her sucking in a breath. Once he confirmed the pink mark on her skin, he made his way to her other wrist, providing it with a similar treatment as its twin.

Once he had left his marks on both her wrists, he returned his attention to her lips. However, he needed the kiss just as quickly as he started his.

He traced his lips from her neck down to the vicinity of her breasts, but he made sure to not give her exactly what her body was craving for... not yet.

Emily waited for a while as she kept her eyes closed, waiting for him to finally kiss the part of her body that had been waiting to gain his attention. But it seemed like despite her long wait and patience, the man had no intention of moving past her face and neck.

As frustration finally took hold of her senses, she got ready to reprimand Kaiden but before she could have done anything other than just think about it, she felt her eyes flying open in shock as a gasp of surprise left her lips instead of words.
