After exchanging glances for a moment, Ji Muran said, "Shall I give you a ride back home?"

"You came to the airport just to drive me home?" Shen Wenzhou slightly raised an eyebrow as he asked.

"Huh?" Ji Muran’s heart raced a bit. Looking at the man in front of her who was giving her a half-smile, she swallowed nervously, and her hand involuntarily tugged at her clothes.

"Then where should we go?" Ji Muran asked.

"Let’s go eat first. I didn’t have time for lunch and airplane food..." Shen Wenzhou didn’t finish his sentence, but the meaning was clear.

"Okay!" Ji Muran nodded enthusiastically.

They walked out of the airport, braving the cold wind and taking a long detour before they finally reached the parking spot.

Ji Muran drove while Shen Wenzhou sat in the front passenger seat, "Mr. Shen, what would you like to eat first?"

Shen Wenzhou didn’t respond. Ji Muran took a brief glance at him while driving, only to find him looking at her. Slightly confused, she called out, "Mr. Shen?"

"Are you planning to keep calling me that?" Shen Wenzhou asked.

This question stumped Ji Muran, "Then, what should I call you?"

"I’m only a few years older than you. Calling me Shen Wenzhou should be fine, right?" Shen Wenzhou teased.

Ji Muran felt a bit embarrassed, "I didn’t mean it that way..."

The reason she had always called him Mr. Shen was that she had known about the difference between them from the beginning and got used to addressing him that way.

"So, you still haven’t told me what you want to eat." Ji Muran quickly changed the subject.

Shen Wenzhou casually mentioned a restaurant he often visited, and Ji Muran drove there directly.

Since it wasn’t quite mealtime yet, the restaurant was almost empty. They sat in a corner, and Ji Muran tentatively asked Shen Wenzhou how his business trip had gone.

Shen Wenzhou didn’t seem to mind and answered truthfully. Seeing this, Ji Muran brought up another topic, and they chatted casually about inconsequential matters.

Before long, the waiter came to serve the dishes. Although Ji Muran wasn’t hungry, she still ate a bit to accompany Shen Wenzhou.

When they finished their meal, it wasn’t even six o’clock yet, but it was already getting dark due to the winter season.

About to say "Mr. Shen" again, Ji Muran stopped herself and continued after a brief pause, "You’ve been busy for so many days without resting, shall I take you home?"

Shen Wenzhou nodded in agreement, seeing the hopeful look on Ji Muran’s face, which made her smile happily.

Ji Muran knew Shen family’s address, having been there once before. However, at that time, Shen Wenzhou was away on a business trip, so they didn’t meet.
