Arad returned back to the demonic castle and he found that demon woman he left her standing there with an entourage of servants all lined up and waiting for him. "Your lordship, welcome back to the castle." She rushed toward him and knelt down, followed by everyone else.

"Did the others arrive?" He asked looking at her and she looked up, "Ye…yeah, the ladies have already arrived and they are resting in the royal quarter with fifty servants."

"I’ll go see them. And about the war outside the city, it’s already over." Looking at the smoke rising in the distance.

"Lady Lamy was with you earlier, is she coming as well?" The demoness asked and Arad shook his head, "No, she is staying with her family for the day."

"And what about her? The little girl." The moment she asked Kali appeared standing behind them, "Are you looking for me?"

"Since when you were here?!" She gasped and so did the entourage of servants. Those demonic maids were all powerful demons with sharp senses and enough power to put a whole kingdom through hell, yet none of them could sense this little girl.

"Me?" Little Kali extended her arms, growing two more pairs so she now had little arms. "Catch me!" She burst running away, knocking the vases and skulls the demons used to decorate the hallways.

"AHHHH!" The demoness cried, "You’re destroying everything!" They had spent days decorating the place for Arad’s arrival and now she is causing such a mess.

"My lord! What should we do?!" She looked at Arad with a worried face and he shrugged, "Catch her if you can. She is just playing around."

The demoness looked at one of the demon maids, "Catch her." Find your next adventure on novelbuddy

The demon maid stood at eight feet tall, rivaling Arad in height but her skin was as black as coal and her eyes burned with a green flame. Instead of hair, she had a large bush of sharp spikes growing out of her head.

The maid’s spikes perked up as she glared toward Kali, "I won’t harm her." The maid suddenly disappeared, moving at a speed that even Arad had to smile. She is powerful, really powerful. Maybe nowhere near a demon lord, but all of those maids working here were nothing short of walking disasters.

As the maid’s hand reached Kali, she suddenly disappeared. "Where did she go?" The maid gasped, looking around for Kali, unable to realize that she was latching to her back.

"She is on your back!" Another maid yelled, lunging to catch Kali.

Kali dodged the maid, making her hit the first maid. "Wait to play catch?!" Kali looked at them with sparkling eyes and the two started to realize that this little girl was nothing but normal, she came with their demon lord so why didn’t they guess she’d be a problem?

Before long, nine demon maids were running after her, still failing to catch her. The maids weren’t stupid so after realizing that this little girl was probably as strong as a demon lord they decided to stop challenging her speed and find another way to catch her. For Kali’s sake, she stood on their hands as they tried to catch her and stole some of their armbands and belts away to play with.

The maids finally managed to corner Kali. "Little lady, please calm down, playtime is over." She had already caused so much destruction and chaos that Arad had left to his wives. She had embarrassed them so much that they wouldn’t dare go look at him in the face anymore, how could they fail to catch a little girl?

"Catch me!" Kali turned around and ran into the way, busting a hole in her silhouette as she bolted away, smashing through the steel walls like they were nothing.

"Stop her before she destroys the place!" The demoness overseeing the castle yelled and all of the demon maids rushed after Kali.

She then rushed to check on Arad only to find out that he locked the royal quarter with a barrier. She could probably break in, but that would clearly alarm him and he might end up attacking her. It then took her a few seconds to figure out that this barrier blocked sound from getting out as well, probably cast by that white-haired mage that came earlier.

At that moment the whole castle shook and a large pillar of dust rose to the sky from the front garden. She rushed to look out and saw a purple, fifteen-meter-tall demon with lightning for hair standing there. "My army has disappeared, come out." He growled and all the maids in the castle looked at him with worried faces.

That demon was Radon! The Demon lord of thunder, the one living in the layer beneath them. The overseer of the castle jumped out of the balcony and landed before him, "Lord Radon, What brought you here today?"

He looked at her with burning red eyes, "Half my height, four arms, three breasts, an extra mouth on your stomach, and those ruby eyes. A half-asura demon, a rare breed. As expected of Sawless, collecting rare demons like skulls."

"You know of us?" She gasped and he laughed.

"Of course, half-blood like you are an eyesore. Weaklings who still worship a long-dead demon god." He laughed, "I know a useless piece of shit like you isn’t of any help to my lordship. Scram, I want to meet Sawless or whoever rules this castle now."

The moment his eyes met hers she could feel all power escaping her body, the sheer weight of his demon lord pressure almost crushed her soul and she fell to her knees, shaking. "Bug! Scram!" He lifted his arm, conjuring a greatsword of lightning.

As Radon swung his sword down, the demon woman, Asmin, saw her life flash before her eyes. Unable to dodge that strike, she felt the urge to alert Arad, but…he should be busy now…NO! She is a proud Asura Demon, a servant of the previous demon god, and even if she had lost all of her power after her god died, she wouldn’t let anyone belittle his name.

Asmin suddenly stood up, the ground shattering beneath her feet from how fast she moved, clapping her four arms on the lightning sword falling on her head.

As she caught the sword, her wrists shattered, her bones cracked, and her muscles ripped. Blood gushed out of her eyes and ears as the pressure crushed her down, even her ankles ripped and splashed blood everywhere. Such a heavy hit…her body was falling apart just from trying to block it.

Asmin screamed, pushing upward with all of her might. The sword was already slowly slipping from beneath her palms so she pushed on it with her head, letting it dig into her skull. "GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" With a roar, she boldly sparked with golden flames as she pushed the lightning sword up, shattering it.

Radon looked at his shattered lightning sword with an amused yet confused face, "You actually blocked it, even broke my sword." He looked at Asmin who was now on her knees, bleeding all over her body, barely able to see.

"As expected of a follower of the old demon god of destruction. Breaking things is your thing, even your bodies aren’t an exception." He conjured another sword with ease, he could create thousands of such blades and throw even more attacks than what Asmin had blocked. He wasn’t even putting a tenth of his strength into what he had dropped on her earlier.

He lifted his sword up with a smile, "Asura is dead, this abyss is no place for the weak. It’s your own fault for following a failed dead god."

Asmin knew that Radon was right, but she couldn’t help it, she couldn’t just abandon her belief in Asura, even after five thousand years, she could still remember him leading the whole abyss.

TIP! TAP! She blinked and Radon halted, both of them looked to the side. Asmin could see a large muscular man standing at ten feet tall, he had six muscular arms, golden skin, short white, and red hair, and burning white eyes, and his whole body was covered in golden jewelry and gems.

Her eyes opened wide, but the sweet giggles of a little girl made her blink, and it was then that she realized that what she saw was just her imagination playing tricks on her. It was Kali who was running toward them with a happy smile, running away from the maids.

"A little girl? And those arms, an Asura demon? Is this place filled with nothing more than ants?" Radon growled, swinging his sword casually at Asmin to finish her off. It was at that moment that Kali disappeared from his vision.

Blood splashed and his wrist flew away with the sword. He didn’t even flinch, but his eyes slowly turned back toward Asmin, seeing Kali already at her side, patting her head. "Don’t cry! Look, I found a cook bug!" Kali handed Asrin a demon beetle.

A little girl that looked no older than five, she wore a tattered and dirty tunic, and her long and pink hair was silky smooth but covered in dust. Running around barefoot and her six arms, pink eyes, and fair skin, almost glowing with golden sparks of strange magic. She looked like a slum brat, a homeless child who got lost and found her way here…but for some reason, Radon could feel it, she was a problem.

"Demons rule with power. Might make right. but that doesn’t give you the right to bully those far weaker than you." Kali slowly turned toward Radon and pointed to the ground with one finger, "Apologize to her." She said with a pout.

Radon giggled, "I beat anyone who stands in my way."

"That wasn’t a request." Kali lifted her tiny foot and tapped it back on the ground. Radon’s face flew straight to the ground smacked on it. "Apologize, I won’t repeat myself." What was more horrifying was that no one could feel any power out of Kali.
