The Eclipsed Bloom-Chapter 122: Make him infertile
Hemiros sat on the sofa, gracefully crossing her legs over the other, looking at the official coldly.
"so what did that person want"
the old man eyes widen caught off guard by her rudeness.
’How can she address king without respect? Didn’t she love her life’
"Duke the king has send the future duke and his little sister here to live with you"
Zara, sitting beside Hemiros, looked at Cathan, who was looking at her without much emotion on his face.
Hemiros frowned slightly, hearing him.
"what do you mean by that,"
Sweat appeared on the old man’s face as he stared at her dark face.
"Ah Duke, it’s like this. The future duke needs training so he can take this position easily in the future without much difficulty. So king has thought you can train him under you."
Cathan snorted hearing him, and turned his attention toward his sister.
The little girl looked at Cathan with puppy eyes and whispered.
"Hey big brother, will we stay here now?"
Cathan shook his head to deny, but hesitated seeing her hopeful eyes.
With a tired sigh, he nodded with a soft glint in his eyes.
"Yeah, it’s king order, so we will stay here, Tamia."
Tania’s eyes shine brightly.
"Really, then we don’t need to live in castle anymore."
Cathan nodded and patted her head.
Hemiros looks at the kid, then at Zara, and seeing sympathy in Zara’s eyes as she sees the kids, makes Hemiros hesitate.
"Tell him I understand, and also tell him don’t bother me anymore or I will make him infertile."
Old man’s body started trembling in shock. He quickly stood up and walked outside, not wanting to be inflicted and killed for treason.
[Zara’s POV:]
A wry smile tugged at my lips at her crude threat. I turned toward the children and stood up, walking over to the little girl. Sitting beside her, I gave her a soft smile.
"What’s your name, little one?"
The girl looked at me with wide, uncertain eyes, fear lingering in them.
"T-Tania..." she mumbled quietly.
I gently patted her head, keeping my tone kind and warm.
"Tania. That’s a lovely name."
She stared at me for a moment, then smiled brightly.
"Thanks, sister!"
My heart almost melted when she called me sister in that sweet, innocent voice.
But suddenly, the room grew cold and chilly.
Turning my head, my lips twitched at the sight.
’Really, Hemiros...?’
There she was, sitting with arms crossed and eyes narrowed, glaring daggers at little Tania.
Tania noticed her intense gaze and let out a small yelp, diving into her brother’s arms and hiding behind him, her little body trembling.
Cathan, gently patting her back, glared at Hemiros with quiet fury.
"Hemiros, stop glaring at her. She’s just a kid."
Hemiros snorts and looks away, but suddenly she looks upward at the ceiling with a cold face.
’Huh, why did her face turn so cold suddenly?’
Following her gaze toward the ceiling, there was nothing abnormal.
"Darling....."
Hearing her voice, I look at her confusedly. She stood up, her face still cold.
"Darling, stay here. I’m going to meet some old friends."
I parted my lips to question, but she vanished suddenly.
Rubbing my head, I sigh and look at the empty sofa ahead.
’I can’t understand her thoughts sometimes; normally, all things on her mind can be seen on her face.’
Looking back at kids, I beam and said.
"Tania Cathan, let’s go. I’ll show you your rooms."
Tania nodded while Cathan didn’t respond; they both stood up from the sofa.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Seeing the dark chilly space ahead, Hemiros looks coldly toward one direction.
"You can come out, old friends."
Hemiros said in a chilly voice enough to make anyone shiver in fear.
Odin appears in front of her wearing golden armor, hiding his entire body except his face.
"Lady of love, go back to your seal. We don’t have any intention to kill you."
Odin stated, raising his spear, pointing toward her.
’as if they can kill me’
Hemiros ignores his blabbering and sneer.
"Ohh where are the other snails hiding? You are not brave enough to come alone."
Odin narrowed his eyes and gritted his teeth.
"Lady of love, you have become a wild person; even your speech has become wild from innocence."
"What can I do if you don’t understand what a person can do for love?"
Odin fist clenches against his spear.
"It’s not love, lady of love, it’s your madness."
Hemiros sighed and said coldly.
"Are you here to lecture me or here to fight? Do something quick. I need to finish this drama quickly."
A voice interrupted her from behind.
"So this is the person, huh? She doesn’t look strong enough to survive one of my punches, and here I was thinking she was some scary one."
Hemiros looks behind her with her head tilted, and says sarcastically.
"Well, well, who freed this dog from his leash? What an annoying bark."
Varek’s eyes twitched, hearing her.
"Grrrrrr"
Hemiros chuckled, shaking her head as if scolding some puppy.
"Tch, kid. You will not get treats even if you bark, get lost from here, or else I have to talk with Frances personally."
Varek’s hairs turn white; his muscles bulging, white hairs grow on his body.
"WHO DO YOU CALL DOG?"
Hemiros raises her eyebrow in amusement.
’So easy to anger. Did Frances teach nothing to this guy’
Varek growled and flew toward her with speed several times more than sound.
Hemiros Yawn, seeing his slow speed, as Varek reached near her and raised his hand to attack.
Hemiros clenches her fist and punches his stomach, the thud sound echoing and vanishing because of space.
"Kaghh"
His body flew backward far away from her.
Clapping her hand, she looked at Odin.
"Is that your accomplice? he was a little bit weaker than I thought."
Odin takes his stance.
"he did not even use a little bit of his power."
Hemiros roll her eyes at him.
