The Female Cannon Fodder With Boundless Merits-Chapter 1305 - 1318: The Last Earth Person (Part 8)
Da Li: "You know witchcraft?"
Da Li shouted at Su Li with disgust: "Hurry up and lift the curse on him."
For Da Li, no matter how wrong Ryan was, he was still the same species as him.
For those not of our kind, their minds must differ; this applies to any species except those truly selfless and boundlessly loving people.
Hearing Da Li’s words, Su Li was unusually stunned for a moment.
Familiar yet long-missed words, coming from an alien’s mouth, made Su Li feel particularly strange.
She patiently corrected him, "It’s not witchcraft, it’s witch."
Her lineage includes the legacy of the Great Witch.
In ancient times, the once-flourishing Su Clan descended to the Lower Realm to enlighten various life forms, leading those who appeared as mere ants to the Upper Gods, to resist natural disasters, teaching them how to weave cloth and wear clothes, learning to think.
These people referred to the Su Clan as witches.
All these actions by the Su Clan seemed meaningless and dull to the Upper Gods.
Yet they didn’t anticipate that the Great Witches of the Su Clan would gain massive merit from this, making the Su Clan’s power increasingly formidable, like an unshakable dragon lurking in their hearts.
Even the foolish people of the Lower Realm developed witches who could directly confront the Upper Immortals and Upper Gods with their frail human bodies.
This severely challenged the status of the gods.
After the decline of the Ancient Su Family, anything associated with witches was marked as evil and eradicated.
In the words left by predecessors about witches, they were also associated with evil.
Clearly, Da Li was misled by that ambiguous information.
The root cause was that Ryan’s current appearance was too horrifying.
The formidable bodies of the Dada Star People are among the best in the interstellar realm.
Other species may experience periods of weakness or illness for various reasons, but not the Dada Star People.
Once Dada Star People reach adulthood, their strength remains at its peak, only dying when the biological chain autonomously collapses.
Thus, Ryan had no worries about his life, and his hand seemed intact, but his cries of pain were as if he was being flayed.
The pain had reached a point where Ryan’s strong body seemed unable to bear it anymore, as he frantically pulled out a small knife from his pocket and stabbed his arm.
Such a frantic action was truly shocking to behold.
Although the other Dada Star People were unwilling to believe the weak Earth person did this, they immediately shut their mouths, instinctively backing away a few steps and stood far from Su Li.
Su Li’s correction fell into Da Li’s ears, becoming proof that she admitted it herself.
"How did you do it?" Da Li asked with clear disgust.
Weak and beautiful creatures evoke pity because one has enough confidence in controlling them.
But if such creatures are poisonous, they start to feel repulsive.
Da Li asked complexly, "What do you want?"
Su Li: ".....?"
Her mind couldn’t quite follow his train of thought.
Seeing Da Li’s ever-changing expression, Su Li wisely chose not to ask anything.
She said nothing, merely posing, "Hmm, it’s nothing, just a lesson. Never underestimate anyone..."
Da Li responded with a calm face, "Fine, I understand."
Su Li: ?
Understand? Understand what? Did I say something deep just now?
Who knows what bizarre things Da Li imagined, as Ryan, already in pain and rolling on the ground, was taken away.
The others shrank back in fear, stealing glances at Su Li.
A group of burly men shrank tremblingly, while the smallest figure, the fragile Earth woman in the middle, looked up calmly and smilingly.
This scene seemed incredibly ludicrous and eerie.
It turns out, regardless of intelligent creatures, the unknown fear is what they dread the most.
-----------
Three or four large Star Pirate ships stood among them, and many merchant fleets, upon seeing the large golden skull on the flags from afar, immediately changed their course in fear.
Amid three or four black and gold-themed Star Pirate ships, one ship was slightly smaller compared to the others but was more exquisite and luxurious in style.
This ship was entirely gold, and although it looked small, its weaponry was more refined and expensive than the other ships.
And in this ship’s control room, sat a handsome man with slicked-back hair and a gold suit.
The high glass he held at his fingertips was filled with blood-red wine like the freshest blood.
The blood-red wine swayed constantly with his movements, his crossed legs tapping to the rhythm of heavy metal in mid-air.
His head also bobbed with the music occasionally, and the diamond earrings on his earlobes glistened glaringly under the lamp’s reflection.
"Duke, it’s been so long, hasn’t the person been sent out yet? Could there be any changes?"
The Star Thief Boss was respectful in front of the man, his eyes showing a hint of fear.
"No, no, no, didn’t I tell you not to call me Duke?"
The man’s voice was gentle and soft, yet it made the Star Thief Boss’s legs almost give way, as he steadily apologized with his head lowered.
"I now go by Allen, don’t forget."
The Star Thief Boss responded quietly, "Yes, Allen."
Even so, Allen was somewhat dissatisfied, frowning caused the Star Thief Boss to feel a sense of panic and dread.
"Relax a bit, I won’t eat anyone... eh, forget it..."
Allen downed the wine in one gulp, suddenly standing up with both hands on the control table, eyes fixed on the ship in the center of the light screen.
"Not out yet? Then go and bring my Little Cutie out."
Allen revealed a wicked smile, tinged with a hint of red, making him appear like a sinister vampire in the dark.
His fingers tapped the screen lightly, displaying a photo of a bewildered and helpless woman before him.
"So adorable, it’s truly irresistible... wanting to destroy..." Allen’s excitement revealed two sharp teeth at the corners of his mouth, shining coldly.
After waiting for a while, there was still no movement from the surrounded spaceship.
Seeing Allen gradually display impatience, the Star Thief Boss felt anxious, wondering if sending someone in directly to snatch her would be faster.
After all, they were Star Pirates, adhering to the least morals.
But the master ahead hadn’t spoken, so the Star Thief Boss dared not make rash suggestions.
Fortunately, the torment didn’t last long.
The small spaceship’s hatch opened and a small airship flew out, heading towards them.
The communication channel received a message from the other party, some person called, what was the name?
The Star Thief Boss pondered for a while before remembering, it seemed to be Ryan, right?
"The person has been sent over, let us go."
