The Greece Antagonist-Chapter 784 - 5 You Are Prohibited from Hosting Silver Parties
Chapter 784: Chapter 5 You Are Prohibited from Hosting Silver Parties Chapter 784: Chapter 5 You Are Prohibited from Hosting Silver Parties Time flew by, and decades passed in the blink of an eye.
The delicate morning light streamed through pristine clouds, casting the majestic silhouette of Asgard. The thick canopy of the World Tree Yggdrasil penetrated the heart of this divine realm, its lush branches and leaves meeting the starlight of the sky, mixing water vapor and clouds like pigments to outline a splendid rainbow around the Immortal Palace.
Rustle~~
A few tender twigs, mischievous as children’s hands, snuck into a temple, gently sweeping around.
“Achoo!”
Luo En, lying on the wicker chair, felt a tickling sensation at the base of his nose and couldn’t help but sneeze heavily, waking up from his sleep to look helplessly at the mischievous twigs in front of him.
After benefiting greatly from the betterment of the Great Chasm’s environment and the sacrifice of the Ancestor Giant Ymir’s divinity, the World Tree had taken quite a liking to him as its benefactor.
So since he had taken residence in the Immortal Palace, the World Tree often lowered its branches to engage him in these intimate interactions.
...
To Luo En, however, these behaviors were undeniably childlike and unavoidable.
Rustle~~
The drooping twigs gently swayed, several green vines coiling around Luo En’s arm, tugging outward.
“Alright, alright, I’m going out.”
Sensing the growing strength of the vines, Luo En resignedly raised his hands in surrender and stood up to walk out of the temple, proceeding to patrol the borders of Asgard as usual.
The so-called patrol was more akin to taking a leisurely stroll or walking a dog.
The main route involved circling the World Tree’s canopy, occasionally knocking on the trunk and touching the bark to check for pests and fallen leaves. This dog-walking-like interaction was meant to let this now somewhat sentient pillar of the Nordic World feel cared for.
Normally, due to the World Tree’s importance, this routine maintenance was overseen by Odin. However, with the Light Elves and Dark Elves of Alfheim engaged in an intense battle recently, he had to lead an intervention, leaving the care of the World Tree temporarily to his good brother Luo En.
Counting the days, had the newly-appointed Divine King already been gone for over two months?
Luo En sighed and came to the edge of the Immortal Palace, overlooking this godlike world, which had been completely rejuvenated.
Since the Ancestor Giant Ymir was sacrificed, the world underwent a dramatic transformation due to the leakage of his divine power. The Nine Great Kingdoms that formed around the World Tree, along with the various races, were born from this event.
Firstly, the Immortal Palace—Asgard.
This was where Odin and his Asa Divine Race resided, positioned at the top of the World Tree, comprising twelve districts. According to Odin’s original design, the twelve divisions of the Immortal Palace were to be governed and managed by twelve Chief Gods wielding divine authority.
However, due to heavy casualties sustained by the Asa Divine Race in a fierce battle with the Ancestor Giant Ymir, and most of the twelve Norse Olympians from Luo En’s memory had yet to be born, most of the Chief Gods’ temples were vacant. Only he and Odin qualified to reside there.
Secondly, the Elf Country—Alfheim.
After the Great Sacrifice, maggots emerged from the corpse of Ymir, and they were endowed with sentience and humanoid figures thanks to the nourishment of divinity and divine blood, giving birth to the Elf Clan. The maggots that gravitated towards the light became Light Elves, while those that shunned it became Dark Elves. The Light Elves, born exceedingly beautiful and possessing tremendous magic power, were natural spellcasters. They tended to flowers and plants and were the most light-loving and kind mimic creatures. Loved by the Pantheon of Gods, they established the Elf Country near Asgard for the Elves to dwell in. However, the Dark Elves, though kin to the Light Elves, were ostracized by the gods due to their deceitful and gloomy nature, ultimately relegated to dwell in the underground of Alfheim, leading a life devoid of sunlight.
Faced with such disparate treatment, the Dark Elves gradually harbored resentment towards the Asa gods and their Light Elf kin, often instigating rebellions and filling the Elf Country with turmoil. Since the Light Elves were gentle and not adept at battle, the Asa Divine Race, as their protectors, were often forced to deploy military support for their delicate allies against the aggressions of the underground Dark Elves.
For instance, Odin had gone to provide aid to the Elf Country due to the Dark Elves’ rebellions this time.
Thirdly, Midgard—the central courtyard.
Located at the very heart of the World Tree, hence named Midgard World, it serves as the hub connecting the Nine Great Kingdoms and the future birthplace of mankind. The tri-color Rainbow Bridge, composed of ice, fire, and air, is the passageway uniting them all.
Fourthly, the Immortal Realm—Vanaheim.
This realm, situated to the west of Midgard near the ocean with a warm climate, is inhabited by numerous Magic Beasts, thus becoming the Asa Divine Race’s hunting ground. However, it seems a band of outsiders has been active in that area. According to available information, they call themselves the Warner Divine Race, wielding authority over the reproduction and growth of all things within heaven and earth, mastering oceans, winds, and many mysterious spells unknown even to the Asa Divine Race. With intense nature worship, they strongly disapproved of the Asa Divine Race’s hunting practices.
While no large-scale conflicts had occurred yet between the two factions, there have already been several frictions.
Fifthly, Giant Country—Jotunheim.
Positioned to the east of Midgard, this area is home to Frost Giants and Mountain Giants, mostly belonging to the former with a minority of the latter. A river named Ifing separates Asgard from Jotunheim, and the boundary between Midgard and Jotunheim is marked by a terrifying “Iron Forest,” which is essentially a barrier formed from Ymir’s eyebrow hairs.
When the Great Sacrifice occurred, Divine Blood surged from Ymir, engulfing the earth and resulting in the primordial flood. Consequently, most of the original Giants were dissolved by their kin’s Divine Blood, with only a few surviving. Among them was a Giant named Beigelmier and his wife, who, with great difficulty, escaped the overwhelming deluge in a makeshift boat resembling a mortar. They reached the distant east, where they founded the Giant Country, Jotunheim, and from there, birthed a new race of Giants, vowing eternal enmity with the gods.
The sixth, Dwarf Country—Svartalfheim.
After the maggots on Ymir’s body transformed into Light and Dark Elves, the gods were inspired and created a race from the remains of Ymir’s flesh and blood, known as—Dwarves. Though short in stature, they possessed the strength of Giants and were tasked by the pantheon with supporting the earth. Additionally, Dwarves were skilled craftsmen, endowed with mysterious powers and profound knowledge, responsible for forging various treasures and Divine Artifacts for the gods. However, their greed was also a major flaw; to persuade them to act, the gods often had to offer substantial benefits.
The seventh, Netherworld—Helheim.
Located at the lowest layer of the World Tree, Helheim was a cold and foggy place, a land of eternal night, only reachable by the departed souls, and a realm for those who died from illness or old age. Here, the departed souls and the filth of the world gathered. Since the Death Goddess Hela had not yet been born, the land remained unclaimed.
The eighth, Mist Country—Niflheim.
This was one of the two primordial worlds that existed before all living creatures and the world itself came into being, situated to the north of The Great Chasm. It was perpetually shrouded in thick fog, blanketed by snow and ice, devoid of light, with scarce life. However, the origin of the world’s first Active Spring—Hvagmir Spring—flowed through here.
The ninth, Fire Country—Muspelheim.
The other of the two original worlds, located to the south of The Great Chasm. Its environment was bright and scorching, filled with Flames and light, and ablaze throughout. The extreme heat made it inhospitable to all forms of life except the Giants of Fire, thus no living creatures from other Realms could enter. The King of Fire Giants, Surtr, was also dissatisfied with his own dominion, setting his sights greedily on Midgard and the Immortal Palace.
Currently, although Odin had perfected the Nine Great Kingdoms through the Great Sacrifice, the land that the Asa Divine Race truly controlled turned out to be only the Immortal Palace, Asgard.
Netherworld, Midgard, and Mist Country were still unclaimed territories, but either the conditions were severe or they were contested:
Giant Country and Fire Country were occupied by Giants who were mostly mortal enemies of the Asa Divine Race;
The Warner Divine Race, who had migrated into the Immortal Realm, Valhalla, seemed to have designs on usurping it and would likely soon come into conflict with the Asa Divine Race;
The Dark Elves of Elf Country were often embroiled in civil wars, requiring the Asa Divine Race to frequently send troops to quell the rebellions;
The Dwarves of Dwarf Country were greedy and lustful, difficult to motivate without the promise of rewards…
In summary, the Nine Great Kingdoms of the Nordic World were truly a vibrant landscape, bustling with life and competition.
Luo En sorted through his thoughts and shook his head helplessly.
This was the disadvantage of creating a world with a sacrifice but lacking sufficient power.
Without a thorough conquest and exchange of power, the Nine Great Kingdoms retained many enemies of the Asa Divine Race, each one defiant and ungovernable.
For Odin to become the true Heavenly Destiny Divine King, he would have to defeat all adversaries, make all creatures of the Nine Great Kingdoms bow before him, and let the glory of Asgard illuminate the entire God Era World.
It had to be said, this would be an exceedingly difficult task.
During the several decades as the Nine Great Kingdoms gradually solidified, Odin had to lead campaigns almost daily against the various unruly forces within the Nine Great Kingdoms. Since his Golden Palace was built, he spent more days away than at home.
Sigh, ruling as a Divine King in the Nordic World, why did it feel like being caught in an endless 996 work cycle? If he wasn’t fighting, he was on his way to fight.
Which was unlike Greece, where it was either partying or on the way to a party.

Luo En quietly muttered to himself, feeling sorry for Odin while also nostalgically recalling his own once-decadent and luxurious life.
“Boom!”
A sudden thunderous noise interrupted Luo En’s thoughts.
He looked toward the sound and saw, to his astonishment, that outside the Immortal Palace, the Magic Barrier was rippling like water waves, and hundreds of Frost Giants with blue-green skin, wielding stone hammers and Long Spears, burst through bands of rainbow light. They marched majestically across the tri-colored crystal Rainbow Bridge, heading straight for the inner city of Asgard.
Jotunheim’s brats were creating trouble again…
Luo En’s expression darkened, and he reluctantly opened the Magic Circle Diagram, retrieving the Fiery Flame Demon Sword Leivatin.
With Divine King Odin away, and most of the well-known Chief Gods of the Asa Divine Race yet to be born, it was up to him, a good brother, to temporarily take the stage.
Seeing the sword light, fiery as Flames, rise from within the city, the panicky Asa Divine Race’s reserve forces instantly found their backbone, swiftly rallying toward the ignited area, excitedly surrounding the blood-brother of Divine King Odin, ready to face the Frost Giants at their doorstep.
A bloody battle was about to commence.
