Chapter 6 - A Trick To Bring The Old Man Back Home

"Alix, you know my grandfather, he is stubborn and wouldn't want to come back home. So my father wants Yingpei and I to go with him to bring him back." Fu Hua explained.

"I understand. When next am I seeing you?." Feng Alix asked with a peaceful expression on her face.

"In two days at most. I just hope Grandfather doesn't give us a hard time." Fu Hua said as he stood to his feet and picked a few important things from his work table.

"So, am I going to get a hug?." Feng Alix asked with a smile on her face as she stood to her feet.

The beautiful woman was almost as tall as Fu Hua. She had a nice figure with that air of elegance surrounding her.

She looked to be a woman of good manners.

Fu Hua stared at her before speaking up. "No PDA in my office, remember?."

"Gosh!. Sometimes I wonder if I'm actually your girlfriend or some woman you just have fun with." Alix Feng said as she rolled her eyes at him.

"Come on, you know I don't mean it that way. This is my office space and everything that goes on here must be in order and about work." Fu Hua said, reminding her of his work ethic.

"It's fine, I get. I will see you when you get back." Alix Feng said as she picked up her phone and purse from the table before walking away.

Fu Hua knew she wasn't happy, but he hadn't the time to chase after her. He had other important things to do. Once he gets back from the countryside, he will settle the matter with her.

Fu Hua informed his Assistant about his unavailability for a few days and also asked him to take care of some matters he can take care of, and the important ones that needed his attention, he would contact him through his Email.

After relaying some instructions to his assistant, he left the office building and went straight to his tinted black car which cost several thousands of dollars to get, and drove off.

Feng Alix was still at the underground parking lot when Fu Hua drove off. She was in her red car and watched Fu Hua drive off.

She looked pissed off that he didn't chase after her, but she decided to be calm, because she understood him, and she knew where to get him.

She was Alix Feng, one of the World's top models, and the only woman that managed to get in the Cold Fu Hua's heart. The only woman Fu Hua has ever fallen in love with.

She was proud of that title because Fu Hua came from a very influential family. He was rich, handsome, smart, and successful, the man of every woman's dreams.

But he was cold to others and only warmed to her.

If he had 100% warmth and gave his family 20℅ warmth, 30% belonged only to her, and the rest could be settled between himself and his friends, but for the most part, going to himself alone.

So, it could be said that she is the only woman The Cold Fu Hua has ever gotten together with, and that title has never been taken away from her, and she wouldn't let go of it, never!

Alix Feng didn't come from an influential family, she came from an average family. And because she was beautiful and smart when she was young, her mother pushed her into modeling so she could earn more money for the family.

And that was how her modeling career began. She had her mother to thank you, for bringing her to her current level.

Feeling better now, Alix Feng ignited the engine of her car and drove away.

When Fu Hua got to the Fu Mansion, everybody was waiting for him.

His father and brother were dressed and ready to depart. He picked a few clothes from his room before joining the others.

"Father, have you spoken to grandfather's doctor, he should go with us." Fu Yingpei suggested.

"The more reason grandfather wouldn't want to follow is back." Fu Hua replied.

"Your Brother is right. The Old man is stubborn these days and needs to be handled with caution. Bringing his doctor over will only agitate him further." Mr. Fu replied.

Mr. Fu was dressed in his military uniform. So he looked a bit too serious when he spoke.

"Dad, don't you think you are looking too serious In that costume?." Yingpei asked as he gave his father a scrutinizing gaze.

Fu Hua glanced at his foolish younger brother before quietly moving his gaze away.

Mr. Fu felt disrespected by his younger son for calling his Uniform which accorded him so much respect, a costume.

He wanted to strangle him, but he hadn't the time.

"You brat! I will deal with you later!!." Mr. Fu threatened before leading the way out of the house.

"Brother, did I say something wrong?." Yingpei whispered to his older brother.

"You called father's military uniform a costume? You sure want to die." Fu Hua replied.

"Oh! I didn't mean it that way." Yingpei replied as they both followed their father out.

"That has been your language since you came back from America last month." Fu Hua said, not surprised by his words.

"Oh! I didn't notice that. But why does Dad have to put it on when we are only going to bring grandfather home, is it necessary?." Yingpei asked.

"It is very necessary. That uniform may be the reason Grandfather would agree to come back home with us." Fu Hua replied.

"And why is that so?." Yingpei asked curiously.

He wanted to know if there was a trick with that uniform.

"You ask way too many questions." Fu Hua said to him, before going ahead to reply to him.

"When grandfather sees that Uniform, he would have no choice but to follow us back home. He doesn't like people knowing his true identity, and that's the reason he appears less on the internet and the media. He likes living a simple life."
