When Shen Yichi and his buddies arrived at the high-end restaurant, one of his friends couldn’t help but click his tongue and whispered, "Bro, are we really going to eat here?"

"Qiqi said to eat here, so keep your back straight and don’t look sneaky, or you’ll embarrass me." Shen Yichi had been to such high-end restaurants before, but he still wasn’t used to them; he always felt awkward.

The restaurant staff had been informed in advance, so when the group arrived, they were led directly to where Qiao Qiqi and Yang Xiaoqing were seated.

The two had switched tables; they initially sat at a small table, but since there were more people now, they changed to a larger table.

The guys sat down and Qiao Qiqi asked the waiter to bring the menu, letting them order for themselves.

Everyone was taken aback by the prices on the menu; it was just too expensive.

"Qiqi, the stuff here is too pricey. Should we find another place?" Shen Yichi also thought it was expensive; a single dish costing thousands was outrageous.

Even though he’d won some substantial prize money from racing before, he had never been to such an expensive place.

"Come on, tonight’s prize money is enough for this meal. Order whatever you want, don’t hold back with me!" Qiao Qiqi said in a relaxed tone.

"Don’t look down on us! We’re friends; surely Qiqi and I can treat you to a meal, right? If you respect us, then order away! The more you eat, the happier I’ll be!" Yang Xiaoqing said exuberantly.

She wasn’t good at racing, but treating friends to a meal was well within her means.
