The NPC sets out to defeat the demon king-Chapter 10
Chapter 10 - 10
"My name is Cecilia," the woman declared with a confident tone, her voice as clear as a bell. She stood tall, her long, wavy hair catching the light of the sun. Her figure—especially her conspicuously large breasts, barely restrained by the tight fabric of her outfit—made her impossible to ignore.
"I will be a member of your party from now on," she continued with a graceful bow. "Please, take good care of me."
As she bent at the waist, her ample chest moved with a delayed, deliberate bounce, drawing a soft, synchronized sway that looked almost exaggerated—like the kind of thing you'd see in a dream rather than reality.
And just like that, she had invited herself into our group, as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
I had no idea if she was actually going to be useful. But then again, she was given the Sword Master Blessing by the goddess.
There was at least some potential there.
"Uh... okay," I said hesitantly. My gaze drifted toward her again, noticing the confident way she carried herself. "For starters... can you cook?"
Maybe she didn't have the skill for swordplay yet, but if she could handle a kitchen, that'd be something.
"My grandfather always does the cooking for me," she replied brightly, placing a hand on her hip. "But I'm pretty sure I'm good at cooking!"
She smiled with the confidence of someone who had never tried, but firmly believed they'd be a natural.
Her tone was cheerful. A bit too cheerful, in fact.
I highly doubted she had any real skill, but... who knew? Maybe she had a hidden knack for it.
"Um... H-How about you two? What are your names?" she asked, tilting her head with curiosity. Her breasts subtly bounced again with the movement, like they had a life of their own.
"I am Sirius," I replied. "And this is..."
Oh. Right. I still didn't even know the goddess's actual name. What was I supposed to call her?
Before I could say anything more, Cecilia's eyes widened as recognition dawned on her face.
"You're the Goddess, aren't you?!" she gasped, stepping forward with gleaming eyes, voice rising with sudden excitement. Her chest heaved with the motion, bouncing in full, hypnotic waves.
"You are! I'll never forget that face! You were... absolutely stunning the moment I laid eyes on you! So divine! So beautiful! I was completely entranced!"
Cecilia practically sparkled with awe. Her expression was a mix of admiration and dreamy longing as she looked at the goddess like a radiant star descended from the heavens.
"I actually wished I could've stayed longer just to ask more about you," she added, her voice trailing into something softer and almost breathless. "I mean... you're just so beautiful."
The goddess, hearing all this praise, beamed with delight.
"Fufufu..." she chuckled, lifting her chin and striking a proud pose. Her eyes glimmered with self-satisfaction. "Of course! It's only natural. I am the ever-gracious and beautifully great goddess, after all!"
She radiated pure self-glory, soaking up the admiration like sunlight.
"Of course! Of course!" she said, spinning to face Cecilia. "You do understand how magnificent I am, right?"
"Yes! Yes!" Cecilia nodded rapidly, her enthusiasm shaking her frame. Her breasts bounced in sync, seemingly echoing her excitement.
"You understand that I'm something beyond your reach? That I am to be revered and respected?"
"Of course I do!"
"You truly get it?"
"I do! I do!"
"You really do understand!"
The goddess suddenly lunged forward and wrapped Cecilia in a hug. Their large breasts collided mid-air with a squishy, overwhelming impact, flesh meeting flesh in what felt like a slow-motion battle between soft titanic forces.
But then, after a beat, the goddess leaned back slightly. Her eyes narrowed as she looked down at their chests.
Cecilia's were noticeably bigger.
There was a flicker of defeat in the goddess's expression.
Still, she shook her head as if to dismiss the thought, her pride battling with reality.
Then she turned her gaze toward me.
"See that?" she said, gesturing toward Cecilia. "She reveres me. Worships me. Meanwhile, you're the only one who treats me with so much disrespect."
"That's because she doesn't know how stupid you really are," I muttered.
"I'm not that stupid!" she pouted with a small stomp. "In fact, I'd say I made an excellent decision in giving her the Sword Master Blessing."
"Oh really? And why's that?" I asked, eyeing her skeptically.
"For one," she began, holding up a finger, "she's genuinely kind-hearted. You can tell she wants to use her power to help others. That's noble. And besides, have you seen her boobs? They're enormous. Seriously, they were practically spilling out of her clothes with every step she took. Did you not notice how much they were jiggling?"
"...And what, exactly, do her breasts have to do with your decision to give her the Sword Master Blessing?"
The goddess looked at me like I'd missed something obvious.
"Because!" she said dramatically. "With those boobs, every strike she makes is going to carry extra force. The gravity alone is going to amplify her movements. Normally, Sword Masters are elegant but lack raw, explosive power... but she can slice through anything like it's soft butter, all thanks to the added impact from her chest's momentum. It's genius! You should be praising me!"
I stared at her, dumbfounded.
This goddess... didn't have the slightest idea how swordsmanship actually worked.
I brought my hand down lightly but firmly onto her forehead in a casual chop.
"Ow!" she yelped, recoiling with a wince as her hands flew up to cradle her head. Her brows furrowed as she glared at me, her fingers rubbing the spot where a faint red mark had already bloomed.
"Hey! What was that for?!"
Her indignation was clear, and her voice cracked slightly with disbelief, as if completely unaware of how absurd her reasoning had just sounded.
"Is that really your basis for choosing her? Just because she has big boobs?" I asked flatly, not even bothering to mask my annoyance.
"Of course not!" she snapped back, almost too quickly.
Well, from the way it sounded, it definitely seemed like she gave the Sword Master Blessing just because of Cecilia's chest size.
"Well," I exhaled, shifting the topic, "now that introductions are finally out of the way, we should probably keep moving."
I pulled out the map from my bag and unfurled it carefully. The parchment was weathered, creased from repeated use, but still readable. I scanned it with focus, tracing our current path with my finger.
We were still relatively close to Cecilia's village with us just above the denser part of the surrounding forest. Judging by the landmarks, if we kept up a steady pace, we could reach the end of the nearby cliff by tomorrow. That would be a good vantage point to head east toward the next small settlement.
As I studied the route, I felt a presence close in behind me. Cecilia leaned in over my shoulder.
In doing so, her soft, full breasts pressed against my back, firm yet plush through the fabric of her clothes.
My body stiffened.
I hadn't so much as held a girl's hand before, let alone experienced this level of unintentional physical contact. My heart thudded in my chest, the pulse beating in my ears as I tried to keep a straight face.
And it wasn't helping that Cecilia was, by all accounts, stunning. That kind of beauty—paired with her obliviousness to personal space—was practically lethal.
"Ehem..." I coughed sharply, shaking my head and stepping away to clear the heat building in my face.

The sun continued to dip westward as we walked, golden rays slanting through the forest canopy.
Cecilia seemed to be enjoying herself. She walked with a light bounce in her step, humming a cheerful tune that matched the sway of her hips and the gentle rhythm of her bouncing chest.

The goddess, on the other hand, was the complete opposite.
She groaned every few minutes, complaining that her legs were sore and that walking was beneath her divine status.
"We've been walking forever," she whined again, dragging her feet like a sulking child.
We'd been on the road for about four hours since we left Cecilia's village. The sun was getting lower, the shadows stretching longer. I figured it was about time to take a break before dusk fully settled in.
"Ugh... Finally. Thank you..." the goddess muttered as she plopped herself down unceremoniously onto a large, flat stone. She immediately kicked off her shoes and began massaging her feet with exaggerated groans, as though she'd just hiked across a desert.
Meanwhile, I turned my attention to setting up camp. I picked a relatively flat patch of earth with some natural cover, began unrolling the bedrolls, and started preparing a fire pit.
As I worked, I heard light footsteps approaching.
"Hey, Sirius..." Cecilia's voice came gently from beside me. She leaned in close—too close—her breath tickling my ear.
My body jolted in response as I felt the now-familiar softness of her breasts pressing into my arm again, sending a surge of heat rushing to my face.
Seriously... did this girl not understand what personal space was? Then again, considering her... proportions, maybe it was physically impossible for her to avoid contact like that.
Still, her question was a natural one.
"How come you're traveling with the goddess?" she whispered, curiosity glowing in her voice.
I blinked, pausing in the middle of stacking firewood.
Yeah... Why was I traveling with the goddess?
Should I tell her the reason? Well... considering she'd probably be on our side from now on, it made sense to let her in on it.
"It's because of my blessing. It allows me to call on the goddess for help," I said.
I bent the truth a little, but it was close enough to the actual explanation to make sense.
"Is that so? Heeeehhh~..." she replied, her voice laced with intrigue and curiosity. "You must have a really powerful blessing if it lets you do something like that, Sirius."
Her chest was still firmly pressing against me. Too close... way too close! I could feel the heat radiating off her body, and it was making it seriously hard to think straight.
I managed to force out a response to keep things moving. "How about you? Why did you decide to join us on this journey?"
"Ah... Hehehe..." She laughed nervously, reaching up to scratch the side of her cheek, eyes averting for a moment. "It's probably because..." Her voice trailed off and she suddenly blushed, glancing up at me before looking away. "N-No. Never mind. It's nothing."
I tilted my head a little. What was that supposed to mean?
"But well," she continued, her tone lightening again, "I do want to become an adventurer. To see more of the world, y'know? My grandfather used to be an explorer when he was younger, and... I guess I want to follow in his footsteps. That's part of the reason, I guess?"
That sounded like a solid reason. Though, part of me couldn't help but wonder what the other part was.
"Hmm? By the way, Sirius—what are these?" she asked suddenly, pointing toward the sleeping bags I had laid out.
"Oh, those?" I replied. "That's where we're going to sleep."
"Really? Hm... I thought we were going to stay at an inn or something," she said, sounding genuinely surprised.
"You say that like you forgot to bring one yourself..." I chuckled. But as the words left my mouth, a realization hit me.
I turned to look at her.
She smiled innocently, then clasped her hands together in front of her chest, gave a cheeky wink, and stuck out her tongue just a bit between her lips.
"Tee-hee..."
That's not something you "tee-hee" about!
