The S+ Class Omega Takes Over Again [BL]-Chapter 63: Rebuilding the nest
One step ahead of Yoon Seoyul, Cheon Areum swiftly slipped the drawing into his inventory. Just like that, the paper vanished from his hand. Victory—fair and square. With a satisfied expression, he reached up and patted Yoon Seoyul’s cheek lightly before leaning in to place a quick peck on his lips.
"I’ll give you a print of it later."
Yoon Seoyul looked at him with disappointment in his eyes.
"Can’t I have the original?"
"No."
"..."
After a long second of silence, Yoon Seoyul sighed softly and finally backed away in defeat. Just then, Cheon Areum noticed Rian quietly leaving the living room, his drawing supplies tucked in his arms.
"Wait, Rian! I need your help with something... Only you can do it!"
Cheon Areum suddenly called out, stretching his hand toward him dramatically, as if delivering the line of a tragic hero. Rian paused mid-step and turned around, blinking at him curiously.
"What is it, hyung?"
*
"I don’t think I can go in there either..."
Cheon Areum sat on the floor beside the bed, one hand holding Rian’s as the boy stood next to him. Both of them stared at the blocked entrance of the little nest tucked beneath the bed. The blankets and pieces of clothing Cheon Areum had previously stuffed under there had shifted and collapsed inward, leaving the opening too narrow to reach anything properly.
Normally, Cheon Areum would have been able to crawl inside without much trouble if he didn’t have his wings on him right now, and Yoon Seoyul was way out of the question, leaving him with only one person fit for the job: Rian.
"You can do it, Rian! Fighting!"
Cheon Areum encouraged him shamelessly for his own purposes, raising his free hand into a small fist of determination, cheering him on for a problem that was very clearly his own fault. Rian tilted his head, considering the situation seriously for a moment.
Then he nodded faintly and murmured,
"I’ll try, hyung."
The reason Cheon Areum needed someone to dive into what Yoon Seoyul insisted on calling his nest was simple. It had become far too stuffed. What had once been a comfortable little hiding spot had slowly turned into an overfilled storage space of soft materials and random items he had dragged in over time. Now there was barely any room left for him to fit inside properly.
Which defeated the entire purpose.
So unfortunately... assistance was required. Rian crouched down in front of the bed, placing both knees on the floor before easily slipping underneath.
Unlike Cheon Areum, he fit inside instantly.
From the darkness beneath the bed, his small hands immediately began grabbing things and pushing them outward—blankets, clothes, cushions—shoving them across the floor one after another as he cleared the space with surprising efficiency. To deal with the growing pile of things being pushed out from under the bed, Cheon Areum grabbed them one by one and immediately tossed them behind him.
Directly at Yoon Seoyul.
Yoon Seoyul, who had been quietly sitting in the corner of the bed the entire time, found himself turned into an unwilling receiver for the steadily flying items. He caught them all without complaint. After catching each item, he calmly placed it down beside him, sorting everything into neat piles.
"How much more is in there?"
After several minutes of continuously catching and stacking the items being thrown his way, Yoon Seoyul finally asked. The neatly sorted piles around him had already grown into small mountains.
"I already have half of my closet here."
At Yoon Seoyul’s request, Cheon Areum bent down to check the progress for himself. Leaning toward the edge of the bed, he peeked underneath. Rian was lying flat under the frame, arms and legs spread out as he stared up at the wooden slats above him with a tired expression, clearly taking a short break from the exhausting task.
"There are still a few things left, also the body pillow."
Cheon Areum reported. Seeing his hyung, Rian turned to him.
"Hyung... I can’t move this one. It’s too big..."
Rian lifted one hand weakly and pointed at the oversized body pillow resting beneath his head.
"Leave the rest and come out now."
"Okay!"
Instantly rejuvenated at the permission, Rian wriggled his way out from under the bed, squeezing himself through the narrow space until he finally popped out onto the floor. But his relief lasted only a second.
"You might have to put these back later too, so don’t go anywhere."
"Okay..."
The enthusiasm in Rian’s voice noticeably dimmed. Realizing he was still far from finished with this mission, he climbed onto the bed and flopped down on top of it to rest for a bit. Meanwhile, Yoon Seoyul and Cheon Areum began organizing the mountain of items that had been dragged out of the so-called nest. Yoon Seoyul sorted them neatly while Cheon Areum inspected each one as if deciding its fate.
In truth, at least half of the things lying around them were definitely going right back under the bed.
"What about this one? I want to wear this hoodie. I’ve been looking for it for a month..."
Yoon Seoyul held up the hoodie from one of the piles, inspecting it as if he had just rediscovered a long-lost possession.
"No, it’s mine. It’s going back!"
Cheon Areum immediately snatched it out of his hands without hesitation. Before Yoon Seoyul could protest, he shoved the hoodie straight back under the bed. Just like that, its fate was sealed. By the time they were done sorting everything, the only items that had actually been eliminated were a few old cushions and some extra blankets.
Everything else had mysteriously found its way back into the nest.
Satisfied with the results, Cheon Areum crouched beside the bed again and began personally instructing Rian on how to rebuild it properly—this time making sure the entrance stayed clear so he could easily crawl in and out. Under his serious supervision, Rian carefully arranged the cushions and clothes back into place, turning the messy pile into something that actually resembled a comfortable little nest.
