The Seven Sisters and Their Hidden King-Chapter 419: The Pain of Tracy
Chapter 419 - 419: The Pain of Tracy
Eunuch?
If what Alice and Kate had said earlier was just teasing, then Queenie calling him a "eunuch" was a blatant insult.
"You've gone too far!" John growled inwardly.
Do they really think I'm some sick little kitten just because I haven't lashed out?
Annoyed and feeling humiliated by these beautiful but merciless women, John finally snapped. He shoved Queenie aside, his face cold and full of pride.
"You just want the room, don't you? Fine! I'll sleep on the damn sofa tonight, and no one can stop me!"
"Hmph! I thought you were about to ascend to heaven with all that drama," Queenie rolled her eyes.
When John had pushed her, she'd assumed he was going to do something bold—something crazy. But no, all that fire... just to claim the sofa.
Seriously? she thought, amused.
"Sleep on the sofa then. Just don't come crawling back," Queenie added with a smirk.
This guy really does have his moments, she thought. Stubborn to the core.
But then John suddenly paused, realizing something.
"Wait a second... Where's Tracy? Why isn't she back yet?" he asked, genuinely surprised.
"Oh, Tracy? She's probably out on a date," Alice said casually, trailing behind him and plopping down next to him on the sofa. She clearly just wanted to be near him.
"A date?!" John's eyes widened in shock.
"Yeah, why not?" Alice said with a shrug. "She's not a little girl. It's not weird for her to have a boyfriend. Not all of us are like Queenie, you know..."
She caught herself mid-sentence and shut her mouth quickly, not wanting Queenie to hear.
But John was already spiraling.
He felt a rush of jealousy he couldn't explain—even to himself.
Alice saw his expression and giggled. "What? Are you jealous? John, if you're gonna get that worked up, maybe we shouldn't have boyfriends at all. Are you planning to marry all of us or something?"
John was speechless.
Marry all of them?
He couldn't answer that. Not really.
But of course he was jealous. Still, to save face, he forced a calm tone and said, "I'm just worried about her. It's late, and we don't know anything about this guy..."
"Tracy is beautiful, gentle, and kind," Alice said with a dreamy smile. "No man can resist her. I wouldn't be surprised if she had ten suitors."
"No way!" John snapped.
Just the thought of some other man holding Tracy made his stomach twist.
His emotions toward his sisters were complicated—possessive, even. Not something he could easily put into words.
Alice just laughed, clearly enjoying his reaction.
"See? You are jealous! Why don't you just admit it?"
John's jaw clenched.
Then Queenie's voice cut in from behind the sofa. "Alright, Alice, stop messing with him. He might really blow up the house this time."
John turned, confused. "Wait—Queenie, are you saying she's not on a date?"
Queenie curled her lips and said flatly, "She's not. She's just busy with research. She's been staying at her clinic a lot lately. It's not unusual."
Tracy had often lived at the Feazer Medical Clinic before John came back, so Queenie didn't think much of it.
But... deep down, she was jealous.
She wondered, If I told him I had a boyfriend, would he react the same way?
Of course, she'd never say something like that. She was the aloof, untouchable one—too proud to joke about romance.
Hearing Queenie's explanation, John finally relaxed a little. His tensed shoulders eased, and a small breath escaped him.
The feeling that had swelled in his chest just moments ago... was hard to describe.
His emotions were just too tangled and overbearing when it came to his sisters.
Meanwhile, Alice couldn't hold it in anymore. She burst out laughing and clutched her belly, nearly falling off the sofa.
"Ha ha ha! Oh, John, you should've seen your face! That was hilarious!"
"You dare laugh?"
Edward glared at her from the side. "Roll over."
"Huh? Why?"
Smack!
John answered with action—he flipped Alice over and gave her a good, firm spanking.
She yelped and immediately stopped laughing.
"You bastard! Where do you think you're going? Get back here!" she yelled, her face flushing with both anger and embarrassment.
But John didn't even turn around. He waved a hand lazily and said, "Just going for a ride. Alice, your butt's way too bouncy—just like Queenie's. Ha ha!"
He teased them as he walked out.
The two beauties in the living room ground their teeth in fury.
"Don't come back tonight!" Queenie shouted, fuming.
With a scowl, she stomped over and locked all the doors and windows—even though she knew it wouldn't keep John out if he really wanted back in. Still, it made her feel like she'd taken some control back.
"How dare you tease me in front of her!" she muttered.
Outside, John hopped onto his bike—the one with those massive tires—and sped into the night, his mind racing.
Queenie had said Tracy was just working on new prescriptions at the clinic... but something didn't sit right with him.
His gut told him this was more than just research.
Soon, the Feazer Medical Clinic came into view.
From a distance, John could already sense it—a strong fluctuation of energy.
It was the Tripod of Cyan—the sacred artifact inside Tracy's body.
Ordinary people and even martial artists wouldn't be able to detect such energy. But to a cultivator, it was like a beacon in the night—bright, wild, and full of danger.
He had warned her repeatedly: Don't expose that treasure carelessly. Or it could get you killed.
Tracy knew the risks.
But now... the aura coming from the Tripod of Cyan was far too strong. Something was wrong.
The clinic's door was locked from the inside.
But John knew the layout.
He leapt to the second floor—where Tracy usually stayed—and forced open a window.

As he landed inside, his heart dropped.
There she was.
Tracy was curled up on the bed, her face twisted in agony. The Tripod of Cyan stood beside her, glowing ominously—its strange light bathing the room in an eerie shimmer.
