The Unveiling of Secret Queen-Chapter 1757: If It Were Someone Else, Even $3.50 Would Make Me Feel Stingy
After she posted her latest update on Twitter, she felt much more at ease.
To avoid more people coming to persuade her, Caryn Zachmann simply turned off her phone and started applying lotions and creams while sitting at the dressing table.
She even slightly curled her lips, openly displaying the demeanor of a victor.

In a coffee shop in downtown Beijing.
Lowie Wilmar had arrived early.
He found a spot outside and ordered a cup of coffee and a peach juice from the waiter. The coffee was definitely for him, while the unsweetened peach juice was for Nathalie Quinlan.
Because he remembered that Nathalie didn’t like coffee or milk tea, she was avoiding sweet drinks.
Soon, the waiter first brought his coffee over.
Lowie picked up the coffee cup, took a sip, then lifted his wrist to check the time on his watch. It was still five minutes before the time he had agreed to meet Nathalie.
She’s always punctual.
He started looking around.
Sure enough, he spotted a familiar figure approaching him at a leisurely pace from the bus stop.
On a Friday afternoon in Beijing, the streets were quite crowded.
The sidewalks were filled with students and white-collar workers from nearby offices.
The girl walked among the crowd. 𝘧𝓇ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝘣𝓃ℴ𝓋𝑒𝑙.𝑐𝘰𝑚
In the early autumn weather, Nathalie Quinlan was wearing a white sweater, a duckbill cap that partially hid her excessively attractive face. She wore canvas shoes with untied laces tucked casually on the side, walking slowly in this direction.
Earphones were plugged into her ears, the cord hanging down from the sweater, making for a laid-back look.
But her aura was undeniably strong.
Even though her outfit was simple, Nathalie stood out in the crowd naturally as someone impossible to ignore.
Lowie hadn’t seen her in a while, and catching sight of the girl from afar felt almost like a scene from another lifetime.
Fortunately, after his moment of distraction, he came back to his senses just in time to see Nathalie crossing the street, already close to the coffee shop.
"Nathalie, over here." Lowie waved at the girl.
Nathalie saw him and immediately walked over.
Just then, the waiter brought over the freshly squeezed juice, placing it on the table opposite Lowie.
She pulled out a chair and sat down, raised an eyebrow, and with a familiar tone, looked at the young man across from her and asked, "You ordered this for me?"
"Tsk." As soon as Lowie saw her, he couldn’t help but adopt a roguish demeanor, grinning widely as he leaned back and gestured with his chin towards the coffee in front of him: "Who else would I order for? My money is only for you to spend, others don’t even get the chance."
Nathalie sat slouched in the chair, her arm draped over the armrest, quite lazily. From her angle, she could see the menu inside the café. She curled her lips, a wild and fiery look: "You think 35 is enough to mention."
"Otherwise? If it weren’t for you, I’d even feel a pinch over 3.5." He exaggeratedly covered his chest, pretending to be heartbroken.
Nathalie’s lip twitched at his act, slightly shielding her eyes in exasperation. Her phone was right by her side; she picked it up, found his avatar, and transferred some money to him, with flair: "Take it."
"I was just joking." Lowie said, but his body honestly picked up his phone right away. Seeing the money transferred by Nathalie, he couldn’t help but smile mischievously: "Thanks, Nathalie the Goddess, for... supporting me."
Nathalie the Goddess...
Recently, Nathalie has felt sensitive about this nickname. She raised an eyebrow at him, her voice a bit husky: "If you don’t want it, give it back to me."
