The Unveiling of Secret Queen-Chapter 1770: When Do You Plan to Let Me Go
After all, who wants to play with someone like her? In the future, whoever plays with Caryn Zachmann will have their status lowered. In this situation, no matter how capable Caryn is, who would want to take her along?
Leonardy Zachmann had contacted both the Yacoub Family and the group around her who used to play well together. When everyone heard about her issue, they avoided it like the plague, refusing to help.
Hendrik Zachmann was momentarily speechless.
Just then, Leonardy Zachmann’s phone rang.
He patted Hendrik’s shoulder forcefully and walked aside to answer the phone call.
Hendrik was still troubled about what to do next.
He heard Leonardy’s somewhat excited voice: "Found out? I understand, I’ll contact the other side right away, I understand, alright."
Hendrik was still in a state of confusion.
Leonardy, for the first time in two days, showed a hint of joy, striding over with a rare smile, and said to him: "Your grandfather found a connection, the people who took your sister were from the Heburn Family. I’m planning to contact them, trying to reach a reconciliation."
Hendrik breathed a sigh of relief, kept a stern face, and nodded: "I’ll go with you to meet the people from the Heburn Family."

At this moment, Caryn was still locked in a small room.
She was taken from the Zachmann Family, forcibly stuffed into a van, with the van’s glass covered by a window film.
Although they didn’t blindfold her, she didn’t see the road the entire way and had no idea where she was taken.
After arriving, she was knocked unconscious.
When she woke up, she found herself locked in a small dark room.
The small dark room was less than ten square meters, with an old high-up window for ventilation, and nothing else inside except a table and two chairs, leaving it empty.
There wasn’t a bed, nor anything to contact the outside world.
She seemed isolated from the world, with no one entering during this time.
For the entire day and night, she hadn’t eaten anything or had a sip of water, and certainly, no one spoke to her.
She felt as if thrown into boundless darkness, the empty silence was enough to drive a person insane...
As Caryn was nearly losing her patience, finally, the tightly closed door opened, and someone came in from outside.
The light from the opening door hurt Caryn’s eyes, and she couldn’t make out who entered at first glance. She blinked, and soon, she saw the appearance of the person who came in.
One was a familiar face she’d seen at the Zachmann Family.
It was Matthew.
Matthew was respectfully accompanying a middle-aged man in his forties, bowing his head and hunching, showing none of the arrogance he had at the Zachmann Family.
The middle-aged man had an elegant appearance, kept himself in good shape, dressed in casual attire, and was talking to a young woman on the side.
Caryn couldn’t help but notice the woman being centered by the two.
First, her appearance.
Caryn prided herself on her outstanding looks, but the person who came in wasn’t inferior; at least not worse than her. She seemed to be in her early twenties, with a restrained, dignified, and steady demeanor, appearing to be easy to talk to.
Across from herself, there was only one chair, and she originally thought the extraordinary-looking middle-aged man would sit there.
To her surprise, it was the smiling young woman who took the seat.
And Caryn heard the middle-aged man address her as ’Ms. Kingsley’.
Ms. Kingsley?
Caryn, having been locked up for a day and night, had her brain not functioning well, yet she still forced herself to sit up straight, pretending to be calm as she opened her mouth: "You’ve kept me here for so long, when do you plan to let me go?"
