The World Conquest: Giving Birth To Become A God-Chapter 725: Commerce Center Taking Shape
Deciding to build a branch in the Shadow Void Land, the absolutes quickly called their families and subordinates to take action.
With the arrival of multiple absolutes and masters of the Ocean of Law, the Shadow Void Land became more lively.
After gaining permission to buy land, the commerce center of the Aeon Plane began to take shape.
They began recruiting powerhouses on the multi-dimensional platform to work for them, speeding up the construction process.
Unfortunately, they faced a hefty trouble.
"What? You only paid in origin coins?"
"Tsk, what a cheapskate. I'll just take a task in the Administrative Hall!"
"If you want to hire us, you'd better be more generous."
The others also left, leaving the recruiters dumbfounded.
Although Maximus also paid in origin coins, he disguised it as contribution points.
As long as someone accumulated enough, they could convert contribution points into strands of causality.
As the highest resource in the world, even those who mastered the path of law struggled to own any.
Directly using it as the standard, many came to work in the Etherium Realm for a chance to get one.
"What do we do now?" The recruiters looked at each other, confused.
"Let's go to the Administrative Hall and see if we can use contribution points as payment."
The Administrative Hall was the governing building set up in the Shadow Void Land.
Besides some members of the Order of Maxim, it was mainly managed by the people of the Etherium Council.
Believing it was a waste of manpower to use members of the Order of Maxim for such work, Maximus had established another governing body.
Entering the Administrative Hall, they quickly received permission to circulate and manage contribution points more effectively.
Returning to recruit workers, this time they succeeded without any issues.
Seeing the pay was slightly higher, many quickly accepted the job.

Meanwhile, as the large tract of commercial land was being built, the absolutes discussed what to sell.
"Should we just sell our unique products?"
"No, it's too limited. It's more appropriate to sell everything we have."
"Wouldn't this offend Maximus?"
Although they had mocked the Shadowland commercial system for its lack of unique, high-quality products, they couldn't deny its variety.
Almost everything available in the Virtual Realm that could be bought was available in the Shadow Void Land.
As for tier 11 and 12, there were a few, but not many.
Since they decided to settle and profit from the Etherium Realm, they had to carefully choose what to sell without offending Maximus.
"It shouldn't be a problem. With his wealth, why would he care about these bits and pieces?"
"Yes, I even think if it weren't necessary, he wouldn't bother with this at all."
Hearing this, most of the absolutes couldn't help but nod.
With the ability to generate nearly limitless energy, why would Maximus bother with scraps?
With Maximus out of the equation, they soon began another intense discussion about the division of the market.
In the past, most of these matters had been agreed upon.
However, with the top forces of the Dimensional Alliance and the Devourer Faction joining a single market, a reshuffle was necessary.
---
A few hundred years later, Maximus and his family finally returned from their vacation.
Landing back in the Shadow Void Land, they immediately noticed the changes.
"Huh? This place seems a little different," Lux muttered, instantly sensing the difference.
As the manager of all the businesses of the Shadowcrest Family, Etherium Realm, and the Order of Maxim, there was no way he could miss the commercial revolution taking place.
"It seems they've started to take action," Maximus smiled, already understanding the situation.
Letting their minds sweep over the area, they quickly grasped what had happened.
"The top forces of the Aeon Plane have settled here?"
"No wonder it feels different!"
Though the Shadow Void Land had shown signs of prosperity in the past, it had never been this apparent.
While it had always been a gathering point for wealth, there were previously fewer avenues to spend it on.
Seeing the current liveliness different from the past, they couldn't help but be amazed.
"Awesome! How did you do it, Father?!"
"This is the first of its kind in the Aeon Plane. I didn't expect you could even pull this off!"
"It's because of the right timing and the right bait," Maximus smiled.
For countless epochs, the Aeon Plane had been divided into factions — the Dimensional Alliance and the Devourer Faction had been irreconcilable.
However, with the looming Dark Disaster, this hatred and division had been suppressed as the plane's top powers came together to prepare and seek a solution.
Meanwhile, with a wealth they couldn't ignore dangling before them, it was only natural they gathered to enjoy the feast.
Unable to contain their excitement, they began wandering through the Shadow Void Land to explore and shop.
"Let's meet up at the castle later," Maximus instructed, noting their excitement.
Still disguised from their trip, Maximus took his wives to wander among the crowd without being recognized.
"Please come and test our Sterling weapons! Only 1 contribution point per year!"
Hearing the call, Maximus and his wives unconsciously walked closer.

"Good sir, please come inside and let me show you the power of our Sterling treasures!"
"Oh? Are these made by the Sterling Family? What's different about them compared to others?" Maximus asked.
Daring to charge 1 contribution point to rent a treasure meant it had to have a unique appeal.
"Sir, look at this." The promoter pulled out a brush and began carving a void array that only a tier 10 array master could accomplish.
"A treasure embedded with the Absolute of Creation? Amazing!" Maximus nodded, recognizing its essence at a glance.
With the Absolute of Creation as support, this tier 10 treasure could grant someone a partial ability of a tier 10 array master.
"You have a good eye, sir!"
"How much would it cost to fully buy one?" Maximus asked.
"This... We're not selling these Sterling treasures," the promoter replied hesitantly.
Such treasures required the continuous infusion of the Absolute of Creation.
Without it, they would become nothing more than scrap material.
Continuing to infuse that power made selling them at any price a long-term loss.
Of course, Wesley, the wielder of the Absolute of Creation, could cut off the connection, rendering the treasure useless.
However, doing this on a large scale would ruin their long-standing reputation. They were from the Dimensional Alliance, not a Devourer.
"I understand. What about those higher-level treasures? How much is needed to rent them?" Maximus asked.
"Depending on the embedded ability, renting a tier 11 Sterling treasure costs between 10 to 10,000 contribution points."
"As for tier 12 Sterling treasures, we currently don't have any in stock."
Wesley had only advanced to the Absolute Realm a few hundred thousand years ago with the help of the Tower of Knowledge.
Embedding tier 11 abilities using the Absolute of Creation was currently his limit.
After inquiring further about the abilities and limitations of the Sterling treasures, Maximus and his wives left the promoter with a generous tip.
"It seems the first Absolute of Law I need to integrate with the Source of Knowledge has been decided..." Maximus thought.
Embedding such abilities into treasures or materials was akin to creating semi-ultimate treasures.
The only difference was that the former were natural manifestations of the Aeon Plane, while the latter could be mass-produced.
Once Maximus possessed a similar ability, the construction plans he envisioned could accelerate once again!
