Third Life Reincarnation: Finally Born Into a Magical World-Chapter 60: Teaching a lesson
Ryan didn’t answer immediately. He simply warned Su Jian and Fan Chun one last time, his tone calm but sharp. "Move aside. If you keep blocking the road, I won’t be polite."
It wasn’t that Ryan had a good temper. These two were nothing more than ants to him. He simply didn’t want to cause trouble at the Western Mansion branch.
Anywhere else, they’d already be corpses.
"Ha! Not polite?" Su Jian sneered. "You, little runt, have you even been weaned?"
"You’re dead!" Li Wujie’s face flushed red.
From childhood to now, no one had ever dared speak to him like this.
Li Wujie was the Li Clan’s treasured genius, doted on and protected. Arrogance was practically carved into his bones. If not for Ryan holding him back earlier, he would have attacked long ago.
Ryan sighed lightly and shook his head. "Some people really are cheap and insist on courting death."
He turned to Li Wujie. "Go ahead and teach these guys a lesson. But this is the Western Mansion gate. Keep it light."
Ryan had already seen through their strength.
Su Jian: eight-star Elite.
Fan Chun: seven-star Elite.
Neither stood a chance against Li Wujie.
Li Wujie’s eyes lit up instantly. "Alright!"
"Light?" Su Jian burst into laughter. "You’re going to laugh me to death!"
"A waste and a brat, trying to scare us?" Fan Chun laughed just as hard. "Come on, I’m right here."
Their arrogance was unbearable.
"Hmph!"
Li Wujie stopped talking.
He moved. "Stone-Breaking Fist!"
The punch exploded forward like thunder.
Su Jian and Fan Chun reacted instantly. They weren’t idiots. Mocking was one thing, but they knew family disciples always had some strength.
Unfortunately—
They were still far too weak.
Boom!
"Ah!"
"Ah!"
The punch slammed into them like a mountain.
This was absolute suppression.
Su Jian and Fan Chun were sent flying at the same time, crashing heavily to the ground.
"Impossible!" Su Jian staggered up, clutching his face, blood pouring from his nose. His voice trembled.
"A kid... how can he be this strong?" Fan Chun was equally stunned, staring in disbelief.
Both of them finally realized something was terribly wrong.
Zhu Yin’s mouth fell open. She stared at Li Wujie in shock. Such terrifying strength at such a young age... his future was unimaginable.
Wang Bi’er, on the other hand, remained calm. She had expected this outcome. The only surprise was that it wasn’t Ryan who made the move.
"Who... who are you?" Su Jian asked cautiously now, his tone completely different.
"If I don’t change my name or surname," Li Wujie said proudly, lifting his chin, "I am Li Wujie, the third young master of the Li Clan."
"Li... Li Wujie?" Su Jian stiffened, clearly planning to investigate later.
Fan Chun’s gaze burned with hatred as it swept over Ryan and Li Wujie, as if wishing he could tear them apart with his eyes.
Ryan spoke calmly. "This is just a warning. Next time, it won’t be a single punch. And it won’t be Wujie making the move."
"Hmph!" Li Wujie snorted. "If Brother Wei hadn’t stopped me, you’d both be cripples already."
"Let’s go," Ryan said lightly.
He turned and left with Li Wujie. This time, no one dared stop them.
"Li Wei’s still trash. You didn’t even fight. What are you proud of?" Su Jian shouted unwillingly at their backs.
Fan Chun’s voice followed, venomous and cold. "Li Wei. Li Wujie. Just wait. Tomorrow’s qualification test... I’ll have my brother take revenge for me!"
Their threats echoed behind them.
Ryan didn’t even slow his steps. Inwardly, he smirked. Fine, Bring it on. Tomorrow, you and your brother will only end up being humiliated.

Heavenly Cold City;
Inside the grand hall of a mansion, a group of men in black stood with their heads lowered, bodies trembling, not daring to breathe too loudly.
Seated above them, on a Taishi chair carved from dark wood, was a middle-aged man in a golden robe. His posture was relaxed, his expression calm, but the faint pressure radiating from him made the air feel heavy.
This man was Shen Yu.
"Well?" Shen Yu asked lightly.
His tone was unhurried, but everyone present knew better. Beneath that calm surface, impatience and anger were churning. One careless word could cost a life.
A silver-robed warrior stepped forward, knelt on one knee, and reported with a trembling voice, "We have searched the entire Yangsha Ancient Road, including all areas within a ten-mile radius. There is no trace of Leader Song or the others. Nothing at all."
"Useless!" Shen Yu snapped, his gaze turning icy.
The silver-robed warrior slammed his head to the ground. "Leader Shen, please spare us! We truly did our utmost. This matter is far too strange. There isn’t even a single clue left behind!"
Another silver-robed warrior hesitated, then stepped forward to speak. "Leader Shen, according to what we’ve learned, Ryan returned to the Li Clan several days ago. Leader Song and his group disappeared precisely when they intercepted Li Wei on the Yangsha Ancient Road. This subordinate believes... this matter may be related to Li Wei."
Shen Yu’s eyes narrowed. "Related how?"
The silver-robed warrior swallowed. "Perhaps Leader Song and the others were killed by Li Wei... or by someone standing behind Li Wei. Otherwise, it makes no sense that not even a corpse or trace remains."
Shen Yu fell silent, fingers tapping lightly against the armrest.
The silver-robed warrior quickly added, "Of course, this is only speculation. Li Wei is merely sixteen years old. No matter how talented, he shouldn’t possess the strength to contend with an Upper Exalt. And the Li Clan’s strongest expert is Li Gengxin, only at the Nine-star Upper Elite level. They couldn’t possibly threaten Leader Song. Therefore, Li Wei must have a powerful backer."
"Oh?" Shen Yu’s expression shifted slightly. "Go on."
"If that backer could eliminate Leader Song Fengxin and his men without leaving any traces, then charging in blindly would only lead to unnecessary losses," the silver-robed warrior continued. "If we confront them head-on now, we may end up like them."
Shen Yu frowned deeply.
Song Fengxin’s strength was comparable to his own. If Song Fengxin had truly been killed without resistance, then even he couldn’t afford to be careless.
After a long pause, Shen Yu asked, "Then what do you propose?"
The silver-robed warrior’s eyes lit up. "Tomorrow is the Western Mansion branch’s annual qualification test. Li Wei should be participating. During the examination, those behind him will not be able to intervene openly."
"We can blend into the crowd and capture Li Wei during the test. Once he’s in our hands, we can force the people behind him to reveal themselves."
"A single move to complete two objectives," he said proudly. "We seize Li Wei and lure out his backers. Why wouldn’t we do it?"
Shen Yu’s eyes gleamed.
"Good," he said slowly. "Very good."
He nodded in satisfaction. "Remember your merit. When this is over, you’ll be rewarded."
The silver-robed warrior dropped to his knees at once. "Thank you, Leader Shen!" 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝒆𝒘𝙚𝓫𝙣𝙤𝒗𝙚𝓵.𝙘𝙤𝙢
"Rise," Shen Yu said indifferently. "You’ve done well."
The group withdrew quietly, leaving the hall empty once more.
Shen Yu leaned back in his chair, staring into the distance, his expression complex.
"Old Feng," he murmured softly, "we argued all the time... but you shouldn’t have ended like this."
His eyes hardened, killing intent surging.
"Rest easy. The one who harmed you won’t live long. I will personally take his head and offer it before your spirit."
A terrifying aura burst forth, shaking the hall. The remaining silver-robed warriors outside collapsed to the ground in fear.
