Transmigrated Into the World of Magic and Swords-Chapter 123: Divine Class Skill
Chapter 123: Divine Class Skill
"We are home, auntie Lexie, auntie Scarlett." After saying that, Luna sat on the couch, licking her ice cream happily.
"Welcome home." Scarlett and Lexie responded in unison.
"You are back early today." Ren was pleasantly surprised when he saw them because he previously thought they were still working.
"I had finished my work so I could go home early." Lexie wanted to spend time with Scarlett and the others, so she went home right after finishing her work.
"I returned home early to make preparations because I’m going to Vraisa City tomorrow morning," Scarlett told him the reason why she went home early.
Ren’s happy demeanor shifted into surprise. "Vraisa City?"
"Yes." Scarlett answered, "I need to buy defense equipment and materials to make armor and weapons, so I have to go to Vraisa City."
"How long will you be gone?" he threw a question at Scarlett.
"I can finish my business in half a day, but it takes twelve days to reach Vraisa City." Scarlett answered, "Ren, come with me. You can explore Vraisa City later."
"This..." Ren could not answer her question immediately.
"Sister Lexie, what is your answer to my previous question?" Lexie had not answered her question, so Scarlett threw this question at her.
If Lexie and Ren agreed to go to Vraisa City with her, they could go on a date after her business was done.
She believed it would be exciting because they had never been on a date together in another city.
"Sister Scarlett, I can’t leave Luna alone for a long time." Lexie refused indirectly.
Scarlett’s shoulders dropped slightly, but she nodded in understanding. "What about you, Ren?"
Ren shifted his gaze to Lexie and Luna.
He wanted to accompany Scarlett, but at the same time, he didn’t want to be separated from Luna and Lexie.
’Wait.’
He suddenly remembered the Void Steps card.
’Yes. I can use that skill to send everyone to Vraisa City. Maybe Lexie will change her mind later.’ freёweɓnovel.com
His lips curled up into a smile when he found a solution to his problem.
"Lexie, how about we accompany Scarlett to Vraisa City?" he didn’t reveal the Void Steps skill immediately.
"Ren, I want to accompany sister Scarlett, but I can’t leave Luna alone for a long time." It would take them almost a month to get back to Nightshire City, so Lexie refused again because she didn’t have the heart to leave her niece alone for a long time.
"We can take Luna with us later." He knew why Lexie refused to accompany Scarlett because they knew how much she cared about Luna.
"Ren, the journey to Vraisa City is dangerous. I don’t want to put Luna’s life in danger." Lexie believed they would face bandits or bad people on their way to Vraisa City, so she didn’t change her mind.
"What if I can take us to Vraisa City within seconds? Will you change your mind?" Ren finally revealed his Divine class skill.
"Within seconds?" Lexie’s voice faltered in disbelief.
Not only Lexie, Scarlett also failed to control her emotions because Vraisa City was far from Nightshire City.
"Ren, is that true?" Scarlett inquired.
"Yes." he responded as he nodded, "I have a skill called Void Steps skill. It’s a skill that allows me to cover thousands of kilometers with just a single step."
Scarlett and Lexie were even more surprised upon hearing his words because they had never heard of such a skill before.
"How about I take you to Herora City now?" He wanted to prove to them that he was not lying.
Lexie and Scarlett exchanged a glance with each other before finally nodding their heads in agreement.
As the group of four were walking out of the living room, Ren activated the Void Steps card, allowing him to master the Void Steps skill instantly.
After they were on the terrace, Ren asked, "Who will I take to Herora City first?"
"Me." Lexie volunteered.
He grabbed her right hand and said, "Get ready. I will take you to Herora City now."
"Un." She nodded her head.
After Ren lifted his right leg, the scenery around them shifted.
The view of the city under construction transformed into the entrance gate of Herora City. There was no longer a buying and selling scene in front of them.
It was replaced by the sight of people queuing to enter Herora City.
’We are really in Herora City.’
Lexie stared at the words’ Herora City’ on the entrance gate with an expression of disbelief.
Sure, Ren had told her that he could take her to Herora City within seconds, but hearing it and experiencing it were two different things.
It could not be compared because she could feel it when everything around her suddenly changed.
’What kind of skill is this? Did he master another Divine class skill?’
Due to how shocked she was, she only stared at Ren without saying a single thing because she could not express her feelings in words.
Ren smiled softly as he looked at her surprised face. "I will take you back to my home."
And like before, the scenery around them shifted again.
Now, they were on the terrace of his house again.
"How is it, sister Lexie?" Scarlett asked curiously.
Lexie was still in a state of shock, so she didn’t answer Scarlett’s question.
"It’s your turn now." Ren grabbed Scarlett’s right hand. "Get ready. I will take you to Herora City now."
Scarlett looked at Lexie before finally nodding her head.
Like what happened to Lexie, the expression of deep shock blossomed on her face after Ren took her to the entrance gate of Herora City.
She had just seen the busy street, but the next second, what she saw was completely different.
It was as if they teleported from Nightshire City to Herora City.
’Divine class skill?’
She believed only a Divine Class skill could do something like that.
"I will take you back now." After saying that, Ren used the Void Steps skill again, allowing them to travel back to his house.
Then, the group of four headed to the living room again.
After they sat on the sofa, Ren asked, "So, how is it, Lexie?"
"I agree." Lexie changed her mind instantly because he could take them to Vraisa City safely.
"Great!" Ren’s lips curled up into a smile because, with this, he didn’t need to be separated from Lexie and Luna.
"Ren, is it a Divine class skill?" Scarlett asked curiously.
"Yes." He responded, "It’s Divine class low-level skill."
"How many people can you take at once?" Scarlett threw another question at him.
"I don’t know." Ren had never used the Void Steps skill before, so he didn’t know the answer. "I think I can only take two people at once."
"Ren, where did you get this skill?" Lexie inquired.
Instead of answering Lexie’s question immediately, Ren asked, "Do you still remember the story when I was resting in a cave and found a hidden door?"
"Do you mean you got this skill from the skeleton’s space ring?" Lexie inquired.
"Yes." He lied to her. "There is another Divine class skill called the Finger of Death skill. I have also mastered it."
Lexie and Scarlett believed him immediately because there was a rank 6 defensive formation in the skeleton’s space ring.
"Ren, how many Divine class skills have you mastered until now?" Lexie asked curiously.
"I’ve mastered three Divine class skills." Ren gave an honest answer because they were his women.
"Three?" Lexie widened her eyes in surprise.
Ordinary awakeners could only dream of mastering Divine class skills. They could master it if they were lucky or got a very good mentor.
As for genius awakeners, it would take them at least twenty years to master one Divine class skill.
Yet here, Ren, who was still young, had mastered three Divine class skills.
Not one.
Not two.
But three Divine class skills!
Based on his age, it should be impossible for him to master three Divine class skills because he was still nineteen years old.
So how?
How could he master three Divine class skills at the age of nineteen?
Was mastering Divine class skills as easy as mastering Earth class skills?
’I know he is a genius, but this is still hard to believe.’
Lexie was sure other awakeners would react the same if they heard what he said because it was something hard to believe.
Of course, she believed his words.
She was like this because she was stunned, nothing more than that.
’Does that mean he is a genius among geniuses?’
She immediately shook her head because he could master three Divine class skills at a young age.
"Monster." One word escaped from Lexie’s mouth because that was the right word to describe his talent.
The corner of Ren’s lips twitched. "Lexie, isn’t it cruel to call your boyfriend a monster? Your man is not a monster. He is only Aeris with grade S talent."
"No. You are a monster because no human should have a talent like yours." Lexie still labeled him as a monster because his talent was so terrifying.
"Scarlett, did you hear it? Lexie is so cruel to me." He snitched to Scarlett like a kid.
Scarlett sat next to him and embraced his right arm. "Sister Lexie, Ren is not a monster. He is just an amazing man."
"Un, un. My Scarlett is good!" Ren nodded happily.
Black lines formed on Lexie’s forehead.
"Big brother, are we going to another city tomorrow?" Luna asked as she licked her ice cream.
"Yes." Ren responded, "We will go to Vraisa City tomorrow morning."
"Yay!" Luna said happily. "Let’s buy Tanghulu and steamed buns tomorrow."
"Luna, we are going to another city, so let’s try the local food," Ren uttered.
"Un." Luna nodded her head. "But let’s buy Tanghulu and steamed buns, too."
The corner of Ren’s lips twitched.
’She really likes Tanghulu and steamed buns.’
