He got his laptop before he began going through the pending files that were on his briefcase and that was also the same reason he had dropped by.

He was wearing a black suit with a black shirt and it was the same with Huo Qi. They always preferred dark colors and had their hair designed into a curtain mullet, shaping their heads.

"Let’s say I did find both families having suspicious activities on that specific day of the kids’ birth; we will analyze things together once he is in a good mood. As you can see, he is unapproachable at the moment." With all that was happening around Huo Ting Cheng, it was best if they had a chat later on when he had a clear and calm mind.

"Work on those suspicious figures first and collect the necessary possible information you could get while he is in that terrible mood. Actually, you should get everyone’s details on the previous day and on that day of the kids’ birth and at least make yourself useful and have the information ready as we would need it..." He slightly smirked eying him.

He didn’t have a family or kids to worry about, how could he understand what their master was going through?

"I have already done that and compiled all the data I got! Even though I ain’t as smart as you, I know how to do and complete those basic missions I have been assigned to." He grumbled as Huo Ting Cheng walked out of the bathroom over to the wardroom all cleaned up and looking fresh.

It seemed to be early as the sun hadn’t risen yet.

"Li Feng? What brings you over here? Shouldn’t you be heading over to the company? I didn’t say I needed your company and nagging!" He eyed him as he took a seat on the couch, leaning back comfortably while massaging his temples, trying to alleviate that headache that was slowly eating him up. His long hair was strewn all over falling around his head towards the shoulders and others towards the forehead as it was long.

He looked like a soft fur puppy that anyone could pet from the head. He was wearing some comfy clothes; from the inside, he wore a white vest and then a black sweater cardigan on top, plus some wide cotton pants with black leather sandals.

"There are some files that need your approval and that’s the reason why I dropped by!" He lifted his head and eyed him from those dark bluish eyes over to the dark circles around his eyes. He did look exhausted. His skin looked paler.

"They can wait! I don’t want to hear anything to do with work or office! Work on the already approved projects!" He wasn’t in the mood to look at those files, not even the summary of it. They had to wait until he was in the proper mindset.

"Okay..." Secretary Li couldn’t force him. They can let those other files stay pending while working on the others that he had already approved. When it came to them, they didn’t have anything like urgency in their dictionary! They worked at their own pace. They had enough money in their accounts.
