Yunah’s POV

My scream dies as Gawon moves me out of the way and Yubin unnie stands in front of us with her chest rising and falling.

"Can we help you?" Gawon asks with a low hiss, "another omega?" Yubin replies with a growl, her eyes are alpha red but the omega protecting me doesn’t budge, unafraid of my sister and what she can do.

"Do you have a problem with omegas existing?" Gawon asks and Yubin snarls, her usually icy appearance is full of rage and bitterness, I’ve never seen her look this ugly before.

"Unnie..." I call quietly.

"You are coming with me" she says and I stand behind Gawon, holding on to her shirt in worry, this unnie of mine is father’s perfect copy.

Which means they are both ruthless, selfish and wicked, they will do anything to get what they want.

"Yunah, get your things and come home with me right now" she says with anger, and I shake my head, "you can’t tell me what to do, I belong with the Hwang pack now" I say to her and she grabs her hair to let out a bloodcurdling scream.

"WHAT DID I DO TO DESERVE THIS?" she screams and I stare at her in worry.

"Whatever you did, figure it out away from my mate, get lost" Gawon says and flashes her eyes at Yubin.

"This pack will be the downfall of mafia clans’ greatness, omegas without respect?" she asks, talking to herself with her hands on her head.

"Would you prefer to be thrown out?" Yujun oppa’s voice calls from behind and I see him standing there with his hand on his baby bump and a relaxed look on his face.

He looks exactly how Yubin hates; confidently omega, beautiful and...himself.

Is that a lingerie?

"I will be back" Yubin growls and leaves, wobbling as she goes, she hasn’t been touched by anyone physically, but I can tell she has been broken mentally.

I let out a giggle as soon as she leaves our sight, Gawon is still tensed and angry, "what’s so funny?" she asks with a confused frown.

"My oppa is so pretty in a lingerie" I say with my hand over my mouth like we just didn’t witness our half-sister’s melt down and he sighs, "cuddle?" he asks and I nod.

"I need to shower and change first" he says and I go to give him a hug, he smells mildly distressed, "oppa did something happen?" I ask in worry and he sighs again.

"Jaehyun is an idiot" Yujun oppa says, shaking his head.

"Should I leave you two to it?" Gawon asks and my omega whines immediately at the thought of Gawon being away from me.

"I’ll just be around, you can come to me when you’re done" she says and I look at Yujun oppa, he looks tired like he needs the cuddle a lot, "you don’t have to..." he starts.

"I want to, I want to spend time with you oppa" I say eagerly and Gawon and I say goodbye to each other temporarily.

"I missed you, sunshine" oppa says and I link my arm with his and I smile at him as we make our way to his and Jaehyun oppa’s room.

The room looks like it hasn’t been slept in overnight but is messy.

The bed is rumpled and stained, obviously they had some fun on it last night. "Oppa...what is this?"

"Oh my..." Oppa blushed red as he rushes to pull the sheets off the bed, I stand there laughing as he cleans up the room.

"Sorry, you shouldn’t see any of that" he says with a wince and my laughter stops, "oppa, you’re already pregnant and I know how babies are made, I’m an adult" I add and he looks at me.

"You will always be a baby to me" he says and I sigh, not arguing with him.

I love him so much and I love how he loves me.

I sit on the clean bed and wait for him to shower, change and return for our cuddling.

When he does, he’s wearing a green hoodie, he looks warm but exhausted as we climb into the bed and I rest my face on his neck.

"So much has happened" he says softly and I hum in response.

"I can’t believe we stood up to Yubin noona and mom" I say and he sighs, "I’m glad, I never thought we’d ever make it out" oppa says and I look up at his face.

"Good job, big brother, you saved us both" I say and he smiles softly before dipping his head down to rub his nose against mine.

"You smell of milk stronger with each day that passes" I note, the smell of milk is warm and beautiful, it’s weaker than his jasmine but it’s there.

"I saw my baby today at the hospital" he says and I gasp with excitement.

I don’t want a pup for myself, but seeing my oppa beat all the repression and being pregnant with his own pup is everything to me.

"Is it a boy or a girl?" I ask.

"It’s a secret" oppa says with a small laugh and I roll my eyes, "I will find out anyways, congratulations oppa" I say and he yawns.

"Tired?" I ask.

"Exhausted, that silly alpha of mine won’t be here yet" he says as his eyes slip shut, his scent soften as he lets himself relax next to me.

The room feels like a small space in heaven for people who have been treated unjustly and I love it, I lean closer to my older brother, my protector.

"Oppa" I whisper as I remember something.

"Hmmm Yuyu?" he asks.

"You said you wanted to tell me something" I say softly, not wanting to break the soft bubble over us, but oppa tenses.

"I’ll tell you later" he says and opens his eyes, I can see the sadness and guilt in it, "you know you can tell me anything right? Oppa?" I say and he takes a sharp breath in through his nose.

"I know sunshine" he says.

"I love you, I’ll always be by your side" I add and he kisses my temple gently.

I love my brother with my heart, nothing can change that.
