Use Me Like A Drug (omegaverse bl)-Chapter 195: Ice cream morning

Yujun’s POV

Sand was against my skin, the cool breeze was in my hair, the moonlight was shining on my skin but I’m lying on my back on a large bed.

The bed is warm and soft, the room is filled with the noise from the sea outside, and it smells of jasmine, patchouli and milk in here.

The atmosphere is comfortably cozy as I burrow into the sheet and reach my hand out to pat the bed.

’No alpha’ my omega whines and I sit up in the bed instantly, looking around the small room for Jaehyun. 𝚏𝐫𝚎𝗲𝕨𝐞𝐛𝕟𝚘𝐯𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝗺

"Jaehyun" I call his name but there’s no response.

I climb out of bed, and when I look down at myself, I see that I’m dressed in a different cloth from what I chose last night, I’m now wearing a blue silk pajama set. Jaehyun must have changed me when he brought me in.

Moving quickly with my fist rubbing against my eyes to wake me up, I stand in the middle of the small living room, "Jaehyun?" I call again and I feel his alpha through our bond, tail thumping and panting.

The door burst open and he stands there, tall and puppy like with a wide grin splitting his face and his eyes are bright.

"I bought ice cream!" he declares and I scowl, "isn’t it too early for that?" I ask and he pouts like a real pup.

"Put it down Hwang Jaehyun, aigoo" I say as I snatch the bag out of hand to take it into the kitchen, "you left me alone to go buy ice cream" I say with a tsk.

"No, I wanted to surprise you with breakfast in bed" he says, standing behind me and hovering over my shoulder to see what I would do with the ice cream tub.

"Oh?" I say and open the bag, he bought things for a simple breakfast, orange juice and some packets of ramyeon.

"But I remembered I can’t cook, and I really want you to spend this vacation beside me, not on the toilet seat" he says and I make a face.

"Are you that bad?" I ask and the tall alpha sighs dramatically.

"I once sent Taeho the hospital, he didn’t know I made the ramyeon and he ate it" Jaehyun says, wearing a fond smile that slowly slips off his face at the mention of his dead former best friend and right man.

I feel his alpha’s excitement of the morning slowly shimmering down and instinctively, I move forward to bury my fingers in his hair.

"You miss him" I say and he leans in enough to press our foreheads together with a whine at the back of his throat, "yeah" he says truthfully.

We stay like that, and I release a soft wave of my pheromones to soothe my alpha.

Jaehyun chuckles softly and presses his nose into my neck, I wince as his nose brushes the raw bite on my neck, "I remember begging to smell you" he says and I sigh softly.

"I couldn’t even release my scent by myself back then" I say and he pulls away from me, "thank you Jaehyun" I say and he makes a purring like noise.

"It’s all you, it’s all your hard work, precious" he says and his eyes shines the way they do when he’s happy, "you act like an overgrown pup" I say and his face lights up again.

"What if our pup is just like me?" he asks and I gasp like it’s the most scandalous thing I have ever heard.

The alpha laughs and I feel the lightness settling in our bond again, Taeho doesn’t affect us, he doesn’t have any effect on us.

"I can’t handle two Jaehyuns at the same time, it’s too much" I say, shaking my shoulder to add effect and he laughs harder.

"You’ll never have a single moment of worry with two of us, think about it" he says and holds my waist, "no way, Haeri, don’t be like your dad" I say with my hand on my stomach.

"Haeri, look as beautiful as your mom but be just like me" the alpha says and I give him a light punch on his shoulder, "let me go, I need to cook" I say and he steps back slightly but keeps his hands on me.

I don’t scold him; I let him hold me as I go around the kitchen, moving with difficulty as I make eggs and toast.

The alpha finally lets go of me to stand in front of the fridge, looking at a drawing pinned with a magnet to the door.

He says, "Proof of my artistic gifts" and points to it.

"That’s an...egg yolk?" I ask, teasing him and he gives me an unimpressed look.

"It’s the sun, you are jealous of my abilities" he says and puts his hands on his hips like he’s inspecting something great and majestic.

"Hwang Jaehyun, you are an artistic genius, now move, I need to put this ice cream in the fridge" I say and he grumbles playfully, making me laugh even more.

He steps away and I complete my cooking before plating our meals and pouring orange juice out into our cups.

"We have to go fishing after this" Jaehyun says with his mouth full as if he suddenly remembered that fishing is a possibility and I grimace.

"You don’t like it? It’s okay, we can take a stroll" he says quickly and I shake my head, "it’s not that, it’s just that...I have never been to the seaside before" I say and he chews and swallows before giving me a response.

"I’m glad you’re having this first with me" he says.

"Me too" I confess and I feel the excitement return to our alpha through our bond in fullness, tail thumping and eyes bright.

I want to keep this part of him forever...Mad Dog Hwang is terrifying beautiful but In-love and Puppylike Jaehyun is better.

I hope we never have reasons to come out of this bubble.
